Pretty poor.. it should be a good experience but the website sucks especially whwn you try to use it on a mobile. A child must have wrote the script and the customer service is terrible.

I had the displeasure to meet people from the arrogant IT team at Betfair a number of years ago. I wouldn't be so arrogant if I couldn't do something as simple as implement a password reset process that actually works!

I hate this company with passion, as a full time matched bettor they've restricted my account to £100 deposits per month despite me proving almost £100k winnings on other bookies. They suspend my account whenever they feel like it and disconnect from live-chats they wish. they should be ashamed of themselves, exploit peoples gambling addictions yet restricting people who can prove they are making a living using the exchange risk free.

The betfair managers do not realise that one day they will be deceased.

They closed my account with a few thousand in the balance. I have an account with Paddy Power which has been verified for decades and they are asking myself to email identification and bank statements.

They are very inhuman and they have no respect for the customers.

I have now closed my a/c with some difficulty,
nothing is as straight forward as it could be with this
outfit
One problem was that I couldn't withdraw money ..
.. all I got was a page telling me that I wasn't allowed
access to that information … for months on end!
They took no notice of emails, but strangely depositing
money wasn't a problem!
… Also at one stage they insisted I had a 'gambling
problem' .. they kept sending me irritating emails requesting that I phone them .. For what reason I have
no idea!
Customer service? lol
There are decent betting companies out there.. it's
not difficult to find a better one than this crowd !

They took nearly £30,000 from me in less than a day. Then allowed me to give them thousands more over a period of a few months and didn't stop me. They literally ruined my life. Something needs to be done and these gambling sites need to be stopped.

I've been restricted to small stakes of less than £10. Should consider changing your name, nothing 'fair' about your company. Constant bugs and wrong information too. Avoid.

Should change the name to bet unfair. So ridiculous that I played the slot game and 650 spins (40p) with only one bonus round (just 7.6 pounds payout). And in the blackjack table dealer got 20 and 21 five times in a row. Even Paddypower or Virgin games are better than this casino.

I used to like Betfair but since they were taken over by Paddy Power they have gone downhill at a rate that makes the Gadarene swine look like the backmarkers in a 3 mile selling hurdle at Hexham. BSP multiples were withdrawn, then the concession regarding return of stakes if a runner went odds on in play then lost. Customer service has deteriorated, it is hard to get hold of anybody. It is no surprise that the amounts matched per race have plummeted over the last year or so. Sorry Betfair but you have lost the plot.

I've reviewed about these closing my accounts already. They locked me out and made me verify even after I already did all that and deposited and played etc. I went to live chat to verify and they told me every time my date of birth was wrong and anyway I managed to get it all verified again and then I withdrew 1500, the day the money was ment to be coming I checked the site and my account had been locked again! They held it all and told me to verify again and again. In the end they said because me and my mum have an account with them they are totally closing both our accounts and are no longer able to use their services. No bonuses was claimed ever, and my mum has not once deposited or played with them. They told her to put a fake phone number on sign up to be allowed to sign up as it wouldn't allow her to create an account! Avoid these scammers at all cost. I play with 888 and I win and lose but when I win it's big and have zero problems with them. Ever. They pay on time everytime and the games play fair.

Stay away from this company, just like the others.
You continue to play normally for a while, you earn very little at first, but then the games start to close and the application starts to crash. You look for a solution to your problems and they try to see you as a little child. Then when you continue to play, they make you a VIP, they assign you a customer representative, they give you a little bonus on certain days and one day they lock your account, under the name of Responsible Gaming. Don't believe the games you play here. It seems that an algorithm works entirely based on the amount of deposit. Also, you can never catch the RTP rates, but if you ask, they will say that millions of spins are being evaluated! Big lie!

Betfair was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $14006 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. Betfair have just informed that they are limiting me to £2000 deposit per month as a result of responsible gambling review, I have been with them for 12 months and deposits sit at £72300 withdrawals £73000 which clearly shows I am in profit. Old limit £5000 per day deposit so how am I being irresponsible, complete madness. I have left.

Horrendous experience, I signed up for free bets and when I enquired about them they said I don’t qualify as in point 4 if says your 1st bet must evens or above. My second bet was but in the advert it only says place a £10 bet of evens or better in the 1st 7 days not 1st one. Sorry I have not got time to read all the small print. For me false advertising, the live chat agent was so abrupt, rude and refused to get me a manager. Fred Done is the founder, I feel I have been done. Avoid at all costs and look elsewhere

Pathetic site, slowest withdrawals out of the whole of the exchange betting sites, smarkets takes about 6 hours, matchbook and betdaq both the next day.. betfair exchange 2 days now and still waiting, appalling considering they are the largest bookmaker/exchange out of them all.. a disgrace.. they restrict you quite easily on sportsbook too i would not rate this company at all, i have taken out all my money and will not use them again, promotions are poor, odds are disgraceful especially on football accumulators.. disgrace

I thought was a good respectful site and I became a member, then between one thing and the other started to get worse, no possible to have a proper response from customers service, always excuses….! The priority team they are not helpful at all, I did ask to stop sending me everyday the reminders about my time spent on the site, recently I fund my account blocked because they want to me do not stay and play to long or even at night time!! They review my deposit and they decided to give me a maximum of £750 per month. If any of the usual roulette spin goes wrong because the dealers are spinning on the wrong site of the running wheel….instead of apologies and rectify the problem they just stop the bet even if was a winning number! No matter how to complaint for anything because is just a waisted time, keep asking a lots of personal question with no regards at all about people privacy, one moment they call you and give the best VIP treatment….the next day they change everything and they say that the new gambling rules not permit to treat VIP customers anymore! Provided all documents 3 weeks ago and nothing.

They are holding my money and wont pay me back. Balance transfer request turned out to be fake after 12 days.

Thieving scum. I speak to them every day to be told to wait and wait but nothing ever happens.

So u join place a few bets then without warning they suspend your account. Now the most rediculous pathetic policy they have is to lift the suspension on your account they have to phone you and this call can take weeks, you can never get any help online or by phone regarding this. So please join other sites its the worse policy off any betting sites i have come across.

Account got suspended. Asking for a bunch of my financial details. But then never reply to my replies. I have had the account since 2017 and have been steadily making money. Of course I'm addicted to gambling if I see exploitations in the odds your platform has provided. At that point gambling becomes investment.

As soon as the little guy takes money away from these large corporations, a suspension is in order.

This company is awful. Signed up, won a bit, next second my accounts suspended, sent in ID spoke to livechat, sent in ID again, must have spoken to about 5 different people on live chat throughout a few days, the last one said all my ID was fine and the suspension would be removed. Did it happen? Nope. Days later and still suspended. Gunna stick to William Hill/Ladbrokes etc. This company will do anything to not pay out.

Through some Betfair internal fault multiple accounts in my name were listed as being open. My main account got suspended and access to my cash held was prohibited. This was 14 days ago. I have sent multiple emails but had not one reply! I have now been told that the department dealing with the suspension [kycDOTcoATbetfairDOTcom] does not reply to emails! Furthermore the only reply from the messaging service is that "it is being dealt with by the relevant department" So basically there is if F*** all you can do. I have passed my case over the the Ombudsman who I hope to find more receptive.
PS I have been a Betfair customer for over 20 years but that loyalty appears to count for nothing.

Not a great site for football betting the cashout seems to be unavailable most of the time even when all your bets are winning? Thought I would try the slots OMG 2hrs before I got a bonus feature then it paid £1.32 on a 60p spin?? Think the best advise is don't play slots online they are the bookies guaranteed revenue stream, lose a few million on football or horses get it back on the slots just turn up and down as they please to ensure they get their profits.

The betfair exchange is the best thing there is for sports betting. Stay away from bookmakers, they ll all screw you over (also the ones on betfair obviously). In an exchange, the site doesnt care if you win or lose, which is why its actually possible to make money there.

Betfair currently have a lot of my money and whilst I was using them this morning all of a sudden my page switched and I had a 'Account Closed' message across the top of my screen. I have open bets on the exchange that have been matched and I also have unmatched bets which I can no longer manage as any and all access to the site is blocked other than to a completely useless 'Customer' Services – not CS, simply there to fob customers off with delay tactics. The reason my account was closed – I didn't supply them with a pay-slip, something that they know I cannot supply them with as I am not employed. I had already supplied them with bank statements, paypal statements, proof of identity, proof of income from house sale via my solicitor…
This was simply another example of Betfair culling the accounts of customers who win money and do not pay huge commissions.
If you want to gamble and lose then choose Betfair – if you want to be allowed to win then source an alternative site

If I could give no stars I would…I use webmoney for depositing and almost everytime I make a deposit I have to wait up to 2 weeks to see those money on my bf acc.Betfair states that this kind of deposit takes up to 30 minutes to go through…what a joke.Every time I contact customer support they tell me the same nonsense story…to wait 24 hours to clear the funds and if I dont get the money by then ,I have to contact them again and wait 72 hours which in truth are more like 7-8 days and only after if I am lucky,I will have those funds available.Customer support is a joke and I would know that because I worked as a customer support for a chain of casinos and we would never be aloud to treat any customers the way they do.Webmoney is an instant money trasnfer system and the only one holding the funds is betfair.I had these kind of experiences with them at least 30 times in the last 7-8 months and I decided to warn everyone who would use webmoney to deposit…think twice before you do so…

I contacted customer services which was painful

Day after day I've played their "ball scratching" free game in Bingo.
"OH BALLS!" is what I've had since last Xmas.
So I went to play games in their "casino". Once, I did win, but really, over the years, I must have spent a good amount there. Curiously, when I play those same games on other sites, they win. Betfair seems to lower the Spin Slot games so it just takes your money, eventually.

Been a member of this site for a while now l’m not a big gambler, but do like the odd flutter, a recent game l was down £15 but playing on landed 15 free spins @ x 10 the win on each spin, during the spins won another 3 spins in play, pot was £70 up and still 11 spins when the game reloaded…. yes you guessed it the 11 spins left had disappeared on the reload, customer service attitude was the spins had played out, an actual wt..f moment,within 8 seconds of the game reloading, never happens when your actually losing money, l’ve heard of these scams before but never thought l would actually experience it, find another company to gamble your money with these people just can’t be trusted.

I opened an account with Betfair.es yesterday to play poker.
My account was verified immediately. I made around a €500 deposit and played.

My account stands at €650 now. I woke up this morning to find an email saying that my account was closed. I have absolutely no idea why. I can't cashout.

I spoke to a customer service rep on live chat who didn't give me any answers except to say that my account was closed. I asked why and what about my money and she said that she was forwarding my query to the right department and to wait 72 hours for a response.

Not a sore loser here…
On the vetting side, the app is not even slightly user friendly, can't seem to put on multiples on any market other than the match outcome.
Markets are generally poor, and if you want to put on a bet fast… Forget it.

They need to seriously update the app and the user friendliness.
I use pretty kuch all of the apps to check odds and offers.
I can safely say, regardless of offers, I won't be using this site.
Its frustratingly poor.

Proper gamblers….. Avoid.
