This afternoon, I went on Coral, deposited £40 with no problem. I played my games and ended up getting up to £149, so I went to withdraw, and my account got flagged, where I needed to upload my passport, birth certificate, and electricity bill. I did all this through the live chat. The live chat agent said,"Can you also please confirm your registered email address? This is to make sure that you'll receive an update from us."So, I gave the agent my email address; this was at around 5pm. All was good until 8pm when I got an email:"Login attempt with incorrect passwordHi Brendan,Our system has detected a login attempt on your account with an incorrect password at 20:13 on the 06-12-2024. If you did not initiate this login attempt, then please change your password."I believe the agent tried to log into my account after tricking me into giving up my email address. I went back to the live chat, where they didn't care or offer any help._________________________MY ACCOUNT HAS SINCE BEEN CLOSED! THEY SIMPLY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP ME
