What sports can I bet on?

10. What types of odds formats do you offer on RedBet.

RedBet offer a full range of odds formats including European, Decimal and American.

How easy to the eye is the RedBet website?

The Redbet page is quite easy on the eye with a black, red and white colour scheme. We liked the fact that the buttons and navigation links were big with bolded text in all capital letters, it just makes for a nice navigation.

The main menu is on the left side and this contains two main sections. The first section is “Top Events” which focuses on some of the bigger UK and US sports, like the FA Cup and Premier League in the UK and the NBA and NHL in the United States. Below this is a section titled Live Betting and this is where all the other sports are shown.

Clicking on a sport will open up all of the leagues or events that are available for this sport and it makes it nice and easy to sort and filter.

Once you go into a specific game then the markets are laid out nice and cleanly, and you have different market types that can be reached by clicking a button at the top of each event. This section is held in the centre column.

The only thing we did not like about the interface is a support pop up tab at the bottom of the screen which cannot be switched off and this hides some content which can be annoying.

Does RedBet offer competitive odds or the best odds in a certain sport?

In terms of the odds offer Redbet are not very competitive at all. They have an overall average margin of 5.9% which is high but it is individual margins on some sports that are very extreme.

If we touch on Ice Hockey which of course is not that popular for UK punters. However, this is trading at a 10% margin which really is extremely high.

If we look at football which at 6.3% is one of the highest margins around and will not be attractive to more savvy football bettors.

Overall the margins on RedBet need improving and we will be keeping an eye on this and updating over the coming months.

How good is the market coverage and selection of bets on RedBet?

Although odds are weak on RedBet, the same cannot be said about market coverage or the number of markets that are available on each event.

If we look at football first then you will find a huge selection of leagues to bet on. On this review we found 160 leagues and on each event you can find up to 120 markets being traded on each game with some even reaching as high as a 150 markets on the top level games from the leading leagues in Europe.

This is not just for football either. If we look at Tennis and some of the US Sports, you also have strong market depth here as well.

How good is In Play betting on RedBet?

In-play rather than pre-match is a major part of the Redbet site and as we mentioned they have a very strong coverage across a wide range of sports.

What selection of bonuses and re-occurring promotions does RedBet have?

The sign up offer with Redbet is Bet £10 and Get £10, but it is not just straightforward. To get your free £10 bet you need to place 5 wagers of £10 before your free bet is allocated. You have to place your 5 bets within a 7 days period to be eligible for the free bet.

Apart from this there are no other stringent rules or wagering requirements. This bonus is available twice for you to take advantage of.

How easy is it to deposit and withdraw funds with an RedBet account?

RedBet make it straightforward to deposit and withdraw funds. The options are a little limited compared to other sportsbooks but they do only deal with highly trusted payment processors including: VISA, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Trustly and a new processor called Zimpler which uses your mobile phone to facilitate deposits.

How friendly and fast is the RedBet customer service and live chat service?

Support is quick (took about 15 seconds to get a support response) and the agents we dealt with when testing the Live Chat were very courteous and could answer a couple of difficult questions with no problem.

They also have one of the best betting bonuses for new punters too, as well as continually offering fun and high-value promotions on a regular basis. Redbet Sports Betting has had a sound reputation since they launched back in 2004, but their high margin and quality service comes with some serious limitations. Aside from not allowing customers to use Paypal, unquestionably the most significant of these is the number of countries in which their service is not available.

These currently include the following; Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Bahrain, China, Denmark, Eritrea, Ethiopia, France, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Yemen, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Mauretania, Mauritius, Morocco, Norfolk Island, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Spain, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and the United States of America (its territories and possessions, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

All withdrawals take 24 hours to be processed, leaving Redbet trailing some of its competitors in this regard.

In-play experience

One of the perks of betting at Redbet is the fact they offer two different kinds of in-play betting, Live Betting and SuperLive Betting. The latter is intended for more specific options in a game, including things such as “goal within the next 60 seconds” or what’s happening “minute by “minute’ but there are a vast array of options available, which makes this kind of in-play betting rather thrilling. The Live Betting option, meanwhile, offers the standard sports opportunities you’ll find at most places.
