Betfair are trading under a false name. According to Paddy Power betfair Real name is. Paddy Power Betfair. Ltd. I have an email from paddy and his powers to prove it. How can you trust a company that doesn't even use its real name. Bogus betfair closed my account because I fell out with paddy's power. Absolutely shocking eh!so avoid both these companies bet365 is the best online booky by a mile.

Abysmal customer service. Haven't settled a very small football bet, despite the match finishing almost 2 hours ago. Used live chat, kept being asked to "wait a few moments" while they found my details, & was then told that they're very busy (not at this time of night they're not) & that a member of support would get back to me. Just being fobbed off.

I should probably just stick to using KALOOKI SPORTSBOOK, as they match the top firms, settle bets instantly, & transfer winnings back to me within 30 seconds of asking!

not a great selection of games and no way to filter games by provider or max payout etc

Terrible rewards system in place. They offer a selection of rewards in each package but say someone only plays slots its a total waste getting a free sports bet and vice versa, its just awful way to say thanks to your long term customers, and the free spins offers in the promotions page are literally all 10p or 20p free spins so it makes it not worth taking.

But worst of all, i spent hundreds in the last few weeks here and no free spins or nothing not a single thanks for being a long term customer.

Also dont worry about the affiliate program. I dont want it if my Twitch and Youtube viewers are going to be treat like another number.

Very rubbish site it's just a scam like all of them you get a free spin but some how you're money gets took and they only suspend your cashouts on the bets when the team what's going to lose your bet is about to play because they already know every result it's all rigged I even pulled them on it saying that it's fixed all they did was say I can assure you it's not and since then I can't chat to them lol because they know like I said to them every bet what is suspended it's only on the team what loses your bet

Do not use. Had my account hacked and £200 withdrawn to a random account without my authorisation and Betfair didn’t want to know or help out. Their security controls are obviously not up to standard. I’ve never had anything else hacked like this.

Dont bet very often but was astonished to find my account suspended. Logged on to find answers and found myself being asked this question- "What is your what is your migration answer"? This makes absolutely no sense. I then verified my DOB only to be told "those pesky bots didnt verify it" This company have stolen my money. Avoid.

Absolute disgusting. AVOID. I made a bet with them which was set to win! I had £180 down. Went to login to my account to check my winnings and they had closed my account without an email. Took me one hour on live chat and they still wouldn’t tell me why it was closed and refused to re open it. I’m battling to get my money. Even just my original funds of £180 . In this day and age this shouldn’t be the case.

Signed up for promotion, verified my account, let me deposit and done my bet which won but was waiting for it to settle, then my account has been deleted, had to go on live chat to see what the heck went on. They said
Betfair and paddy are now merged together and I apparently have been banned from paddy despite not using them for years as I moved to sky bet, as this is the case Betfair deleted my account and told me not to bother with them or paddy and took my money. Never even had a Betfair account before either and will never advise people to use them after this, absolute cons! They let everyone sign up no matter what just to take your money then delete you later on!

Today 01:55 I registered at Betfair.com. I have uploaded all the necessary information to approve my identity. I was approved 02:05 and after I added my credit card and transferred money from my bank. I have received an email from Betfair that they just closed my account and I can't access it anymore. I have tried to get in touch with customer support, but they don't give me a clear answer why, only bot replying to my messages. I feel like I got scammed by "legit company", I believe they are Scamming a lot people like that and this cannot go unreported. First of all how they can let anyone to register and put their money on the account before giving any explanations or anything that might happen in this case the Customer support replied to me that I can only have one account. But I have never had any accounts before, I have never registered my self on these platforms..

With my experience with Betfair as been pretty fair to be honest.
I have had some good wins and no problems with withdrawals.
I noticed a comment below saying they wouldn't let you with draw could be one of 2 things.
1 you have a couple of cards on your account make sure it's the correct card you want it to go bk on.
2 wagering requirements, if u had a bonus or a welcome bonus free spins u need to wager them, it's not a con. If you are new to gambling like I was, read and make sure u know how to wager them after all it is a gambling sight.
I would advice to make a deposit.

Visited betfair a few times now to give a review.
Had ok wins with the bets i'm betting on and lost a few but that's gambling for you.
If u don't have big betting money bet small when u win, run!!! lol,
Had no issues as yet with withdrawals.
It's a trusted sight, as for RTP yeah its their.
But it's never an answer to a quick book.

Worst customer service, no follow up emails or confirmations on requests to delete the account, their proof of identity requests are perversely intrusive and ask for too much information pushing the line of identity theft. They allowwed me to make a bet before my account was suspended and I have been unable to unlock my account as I have serious concerns about the legality and SECURITY of the information being asked of me to provide. Strongly advise against these people.

Absolutely disgusting I had a scatter where I won 67 but the cash didn’t go into my account balance I went straight into chat where the woman was very rude and disgusting told me it did not happen and I need to send a snapshot which I didn’t have because obviously I don’t snapshot everytime I win as you don’t expect this to happen so now I cant get what I won I have phoned a solicitor and told everyone to avoid this casino I have contacted fca gambling commissions I am honestly disgusted with the service I recieved from the chat! I'd of given no stars. Absolute disgrace! So after speaking to a agent on live chat this morning called SHANE who is a Nob! I said to him that I was missing £10 from the promo crazy time, where you have to place a £5 bet on a bonus and if it wins you get £10 free credited, did this and wasn't credited with the £10 so after getting in touch with live chat. Shane rudely told me I hadn't met the requirements of the promo and due to this my account is now frozen for 24 hours! There liers and there customer servic is God dam rude, than he closed the chat without even given me chance to write back. Would not recommend this site too anyone , it's that bad stay away

Deposited after being a member for several months. Deposit was with PayPal. Got an immediate notification that deposit had gone through… Didn't shown in account or transactions. This was at 2pm today. Contacted live help who stated there was an issue with e wallets and would be credited in an hour at the latest. Its now 10pm 8 hours later no credit of deposit or refund to PayPal. Contacted live help told just be patient it'll credit eventually. They have my money with no intention of credit or refund and not even an apology. If you want to deposit money for it to disappear completely feel free to use this site. Otherwise avoid avoid avoid.

Would not recommend I registered as a new player I wanted a change from my usual game sites I deposited money and a after a couple of weeks playing I now have a restriction on my account for promotions and free daily games after contacting support where I was told that this restriction is standard practice I was very disappointed as a funded account player I didn’t have a restriction when depositing it’s a unfair bookmaker I would advise you to play and spend your money elsewhere maybe a bookmaker who are more loyal to customers and not just take deposits and then restrict your account my account is now fully closed with no intentions of opening up again now or in the future unhappy ex betfair player

I have sadly played for a while with this shower and initially I was breaking even if not slightly up. I only play slots. The last 6 months they have just taken every penny I play with bonus games either paying a few quid or literally nothing. I have raised my issues with their live chat and they don't give a toss. I was offered £5 as a goodwill gesture which I told them was offensive. I was then cut off. No one will help you and I have just reported them to the Maltese gaming authority for inaccurate return to player percentages and total disregard in dealing with players issues. I wish to God everyone who uses this site reported them to the authorities instead of just sounding off and doing nothing about it. Betfair are arrogant and are liars. Do not use them as you will regret it.

Suspended my account out of the blue when I had near £4000 worth of open bets on the exchange. Caused me huge losses and unnecessary stress. Will never use these incompetent fools again.

The reviews on here can't all be wrong. Do yourself a favour and do not join betunfair. If you have an account with them, close it and run away while you still can. There are plenty of better alternatives out there.

It is so so so bad! Back and Lay betting is confusing. The sports betting is terrible… I put $250 on a first goal scorer in the AFL, it came in. However because my bet hadn’t been matched it had only put my bet down as a $8 bet. Absolutely pathetic, confusing and terrible app.

I had been with Betfair for a few years, and over time I have had a few wins and also a few loses, not a problem, but I have noticed on a couple of occasions I've had bets cashed out and just assumed that I clicked then by mistake, so this time around I put two bets on the premier League handicap, and at the end of the season I had actually won, but then the problems began, I waited a few days for payout but nothing, I contacted Betfair and they said they would look into it, a few weeks went by and still nothing, contacted again, said they will raise a complaint, should hear soon, over 2 months later still nothing, I contacted again now say they can't find bet, I provided the date the transaction / betting numbers and they replied by saying that they can't find the bet, I went on my betting history on their site and it's there, but they can't find it, account now closed, will use the local shop from now on.

I've been a customer of Betfair for approx 10 years, can't complain much about the site or the amount of events available. Recently decided to set a limit on my account… Firstly started with a loss limit, seems a good start but then quickly realised that the daily loss limit includes anti post/future bets. So once placed those bets stand as a daily loss for each day until settled. So for instance if I place my limit in one go for an event in two weeks time I can not then place another bet. A good way for Betfair to deter problem gamblers I suspect.
So I thought I'd set up a daily deposit limit, seems more my thing…. £40 a day I thought, that will stop me chasing winnings… I deposit the amount and withdraw £90 at the end of the day quite happy with myself, the next day though I try to deposit £20 and told I've already reached my limit?.. hmmmmm turns out it's not a daily limit after all, but a 24 hour limit.. so as I deposited my cash last night to watch the darts at 7pm.. I now can't deposit again till 7pm so today I can't put my feet up and place a bet on the racing on my day off as planned …. Not till 7pm.
Now yes some may think it's doing its job, but others will see it as another deterrent of setting limits. Something Betfair I presume are wanting no one to do. Other companies offer the daily limits that run from midnight to midnight…. For this reason and this reason alone, for those of us who wish to limit gambling to fun I'm rating Betfair a 1star….

This has to be the worst online casino I have ver played on. I have put on in the last few months over a grand and I have won absolutely nothing and this is on low stakes. I can't believe a site like this is actually in business and the customer service is dreadful. The games don't show the correct rtp either you can check the actual rtp of any game and there was a shocking number of games that didn't show the correct rtp this is against the law. Awful company. I've been with them over 10 years and they've completely screwed me over. Started asking for source of funds. I provided all documents and answered all questions yet my account remains suspended. They actually suspended my account whilst I had an in play bet on and without any warning.

I have an account with betfair for a number of years
Recently I had a large amount of money removed from my betfair account. Betfair said I placed the bet on a horse and the bet lost.
I am 100 % sure I had no bet at the races they say I backed the horse.
No-one has access to my account except me.

I closed my account.
I was wondering if anyone else has come across this…advice much appreciated

Every time I have “won” a bet on this company they find a way to bend the rules of the bet. They don’t state clearly the rules of the bet so they mislead you to think you win and explain how you haven’t won by making up rules that aren’t stated anywhere on the betting slip. It makes it impossible for you to cash your winnings without contacting customer service and then they come up with BS excuses. I have closed my account with this company they are shocking. And should be investigated for conning people. Avoid at all cost
