I won £42 and for some reason the total amount was then taken back from me. I don't understand the reason why? It asked if I wanted to give back my bonus which wss £12.34 but it took the full amount from my online account with you. I was unable to contact you through the online chat. I would appreciate an explanation and my funds reinstated.
