On the 16th of August 2024, my little brother and I won DKK 60,000 through Heyspin. This money cannot be withdrawn without having documents regarding ID and address approved. This is required due to the Money Laundering Act, which we fully understand. What is not understandable, however, is that at every attempt they simply reject documentation that we send in. They have approved my brother's ID but refuse to accept neither bank statements nor his lease as proof of address even though they specifically write on their site that "bank statements must be less than 3 months old”, which we have accommodated through 30 pages of account statements from the last few months per D.D. They want him to submit new documents for the 5th time even though they have received the latest ones and they also want his health insurance certificate even though they have both his driver's license and his passport. My advice is to stay away from Heyspin and other companies associated with them, they cheat and deceive you if you are lucky enough to win there, and they threaten to close your account if you don't get approved documents within 1 month, which is impossible when they resist, and refuse to respond to email or in their live chat. They are reported to the police for fraud, and they are reported to the consumer council and the gambling authority. If others have experienced the same, please contact me, as they do not have to get away with fraud.

What a cheating site! Holding my money..only £400.for over 6 months since I closed account. £1000’s lost with them!!They keep requesting documents of me holding my debit cards and ID cards.which .I’ve sent a dozen times and each time the email is returned..sometimes 3 days later! I think they block you so nothing gets throughCan’t log in to upload as account closed.Tried no end of email addresses…none exist.DONT PLAY THIS SITE….its a sham.
