MobileBet do not make it clear on their front page how to access their customer service options. Their original page prior to entering the site, which include a promotional offer, has a link to the live chat on the right-hand side, but not an FAQ. A quick Google search tells you that you can access their help page by simply adding ‘support’ to the website address. Live Chat and email is included, though these only run from around 8-9am to 9-9.30pm every day. It is worth noting that MobileBet, being a new company compared to some of their longer-established rivals, have a selection of bets to match any of them. The Mobilebet site is very easy on the eye and they have made the welcome page interface very basic. This is a good thing as it makes it very easy to find the sport you wish to bet on. We did find that pages take a little time to load which could be frustrating for some users.

The colour scjeme of the site is excellent, using a black, dark grey and lime green scheme to enhance the userbility of the whole site.

When you reach the home page you have a single main menu with just 5 options so nothing confusing here. Also the top section clearly displays the main welcome bonus which is a 200% matched deposit bonuses well as a clear green question mark (?) making it very easy to get to the help section.

When we look at the main page it uses the three column approach. The left column holds upcoming events and not a list of sports like many other sites

The middle section is where Mobilebet really have it right. You have a scrolling horizontal sports menu which has the name of the sport as well as a big coloured icon to clearly show which sports are available to bet on. This bar can be scrolled by just clicking a left or right arrow.

The right hand side of the page holdes the betslip.

That is it, a really nicely laid out page that just does what it is supposed to do.

In terms of additional content like a blog or tips or data analysis, then this is where Mobilebet are very weak as their is nothing like this to help punters/bettors with their picks.

The average betting margin across sports at Mobilebet is not too bad at 5.1%. There is certainly room for improvement, especially in the margin they have for tennis betting which runs at an average of 7.2% which is not competitive compared to other sportsbooks and online bookmakers.
