I’d give these a$$holes zero stars if I could. I asked a question about blocking the annoying casino portion after they routinely get the most ridiculous hands in BlackJack and only keep the Sportsbook. Next thing I know my account is restricted. Have no idea why or for how long. Their customer service IS LITERALLY NONEXISTENT! Chat is never available and they don’t respond to messages. All I want is my $ back for all the future bets I made. F them I have many other options been using Fan Duel instead. F these guys. My next step is to get hold of the state gaming board. This company makes millions and millions of dollars and doesn’t have any live customer service. What a joke

Low bid casino games never hit. Hundreds of dollars spent in $20-$25 deposits and barely ever win. Waste your money somewhere else. There are Reddit threads saturated with experiences like this.
