It just happened last night my bf was betting in a live dealer baccarat and waiting for a pattern….He was surprised he didn’t even touch his fone and He was on a bet for $512, what the f—-… He can’t cancel it coz the dealer is already giving out the cards. Never never bet here… you will loose all

I don't usually gamble so can make mistakes. I'm annoyed that it was so easy to erroneously cash out a bet. I was trying to get back to my list of bets ( Eurovision song contest gambler only)
And touched cash out by mistake. 17 cent returned to me on my 2.50€ bet. I just wanted to reinstate my bet bet immediately but no option to do do.
I would like to suggest you have a confirm button to prevent others making such errors. Not much money I know but has left a bad feeling.

Slots are crap compared to other sites. They’re really slow and disconnect you a lot. Probably done deliberately to avoid paying out bonuses. Also the default stake should really be set at the minimum to avoid accidental clicks costing high stakes, but of course Betfair and other corrupt casinos like to have the default stake higher so they rake in more money. Pure scum.

Shocking customer service if thats what you can call it. Withdrew winnings, never turned up in bank account. Contacted via online messenger chat, which is the only option 5 times. Absolutely no use. An absolute disgrace of a company will never use again.

bet fair and paddy power are the same rip of company they host fake slots that have high rtp but pay nothing and have done all month they are just thieving c___s. Actually I was a big fan of betfair from almost the beginning. I had an account here since 2005-2006. Two years ago they suspended my account without notification. I have asked them about the reasons both via live chat, e-mail and twitter but they were not able to clarify the reasons. I think they are far way away from a reliable, trustful company.

Not a bitter man in any way shape or form.
I’ve used Betfair for years and now it’s done, they’ve lost a £200 withdrawal, I know it’s not the biggest amount compared to some people but 9 days now and when you message them via the app they keep acknowledging they can see it but tell me to wait for an email update.
I keep messaging them via the app daily and they keep telling me to be patient and wait for the email update..

I’m absolutely fuming with them and it’s clear you run the risk of not getting your funds down the 2-5 days route.

I’ve made hundreds of transactions without this type of issue but 9 days and an admission it should be in my account and still no sign of the funds is not acceptable at all.. be very careful, I’ve had plenty of days where I’ve converted £100 into 2k and now I wouldn’t risk it with Betfair.

Total scam on the games …do not even try them ..they are fixed… I have used them over a year ..it is stated they pay out over 90% yet I have invested over £10k over a year and lost £8k… which is more like 20%… The way they con you is that 90% of wins paid out are LESS than the stake…so you will get loads of wins at this lower than stake value which they somehow class as wins. ! Betfair should be made to pay out the difference of any losses less than 90% ..but you can be sure unless someone wins a court case against them they will keep on taking .. my advice is steer well clear or like anyone I know who has used the games .. you will lose big time !

I don't recommend Betfair.
I opened an account with them. I recieved an email for a £5 bonus but it was x35 wagering requirements. I didn't think I would be able to do it. so I went on to spin to win and ended up building my balance. I got four separate multipliers. I then was notified I had done the wagering requirements, my balance was £80 but they only let you keep £50. I tried to add my card but it was declined because someone had used my card on their account. I withdraw by bank transfer. Couple hours later they had closed my account, not explained why. Was not able to message them because you have to sign in but I couldn't as they had removed my account.

Their very quick to take your money but don't like paying you what you win.

I put three bets on for the Northern independence party to win hartlepool. Just because they were such good pay off odds. On the 8th of April the party failed to register so didn't even run. Betfair refused to give my stake back saying that a none runner is the same as a loser. Which is incorrect they offered me 15 pound in my account. I said I'm not happy I'm going to make a video about this and they said fine. Will never use netfair again and I would advise other people to stay away from these crooks.

Betfair be careful with this firm tell you to pay money into account with a old card my Apple Pay. Then nothing they say it is about fraud? Thing is you can check your wallet no money phone the bank no money Betfair say they paid it? Speak to them and ask for a snapshot?Betfair say they paid it but agents can’t find it then cut you off stick to any other bookmaker no problems ever just lost £100 and willl never get it back although on Betfair it shows -80 was £20 don’t like winners so be careful and don’t use Betfair ever

Stop deleting my reviews you utter tossers! BetFair is extremely corrupt and will add high amounts into the stake box and then a website error will cause the high stake bet to be placed with no way of cancelling the bet or being able to cash it out. Absolutely disgusting practices from this so called ‘fair’ bookmaker.

Withdrew EUR 20 to my Maestro bank account but only received EUR 15.
I contacted the customer support and they told me that there are two options when withdrawing funds to card: 1) no fee, 2) EUR 5 fee.
Everywhere on Betfair, however, it is promoted that withdrawals are free and the customer support agent just ignored my requests to provide me with the page/link where this ridiculous 'explanation' was provided to the users. They just decide how much to transfer to you, based on your account holding, betting amounts, etc.
Cheap service, I'm glad I only lost EUR 5 with these scammers. I do not recommend.

Worlds worst place to play slots

OK so iv been playing here for 3 weeks now and to be honest not 1 single good win or this is so funny. Not even 1 slot bonus I consider this place to be fake. OK so you all know about random number generator and return to player what is called rtp and rgn all slots run on this system and every time I play at bet fair all I keep getting is the same reels coming in. I have recorded my game play and looked at all my spins writing down the time and date to when that same reel came back in. Am always wanting the last bonus symbol to come in on the reels to get a slot bonus and it never does. Now this is very interesting indeed. OK so I did a test on my account and it seems that the algorithm had changed from it from day to day so when I did a full sloot test by playing rick and morty megaways in 4 different casinos it took me on average at paddy Power £6.00 to £13.00 to hit a bonus round at slot boss it took £8.00 to £ 10.00 and at Leo vegas it took around £9.00 to £15.00 but the expectation of that you can buy the bonus for £15.00 at Leo vegas. Now the good part over 400 spins at bet fair and I hit nothing and has been like this for 3 weeks. I confronted then in a live chat session and recorded it to. This was funny as the person in the live chat did not have a clue he started saying you can play 1.000 spins on a slots machine and hit nothing. So I stopped him and told him you are completely wrong. As you can buy that slot bonus for 150 spins at Leo vegas. He then went on give me lots ov verbal abuse saying I was fibbing you can not buy bonus rounds on slots and it's not a. Bonus round if you have to buy it. I explained to him that I have run 2 tests the first was to see in any algorithm had changed in my account and I ttest of slot by playing the same slot in 4 casinos and told him the out come. I also told him that I was getting the same reels coming in only at bet fair. He once again went on to call me a complete fibber. I told him I have it recorded and uploaded to social media Web sites and asked him to click the link I have provided. It the went quiet for 10 min as he was probably had watched the video link and then was ashamed to say anything. So after that 10 minutes I started to write in the chat are you still there no no response. So I started to write who fibbing now you work for a company that is fake that's why you have 1.3 star rating out of 5 on Trustpilot. You have made false accusations against myself what is a UK law section 40 paragraph 2. I told him to make this a official complaint of writing in a live chat as I have it recorded. But still no responce and I also told him that I will be writing to Malta gambling authority's. And then he closed the live chat on myself

I had all my account verified and set up.haf no issue spending money then after spending a ton of money I finally get a little win. I withdrew some of the money and kept some on the game. After I withdrew I went back to playing and within 2 minutes I got a big feature and during the feature my account was locked and I was logged out. I go straight to live chat and was told to email paddy power security with I'd even though I'd already verifed so I sent 15 emails and they eventually sent one back saying we dont read these no more we deal with everything on live chat. So I go back to live chat to a guy called Francis who was rude and had zero customer respect or care. I told them what's happening and they said my I hadn't got a bank on this account,(how did I deposit then) i have pictures of withdraws which i took so they couldn't deny the withdraw, then they said they wanted bank statements- then they said they wanted more documents after all that. Then at the end they said oh where sorry your date of birth doesnt match.send us the right one or this chat is ended. I send picture of my account details saying your are age verified and ready to go and they sent a message back saying, I'm not going round in circles,I told you to send the right details so this chat is finished! I've never known anything like it. It's a disgrace. I literally can not do anything about it. Betfair send me to paddy power email.then they send me to betfair. Opened an account last week and verified it straight away. Received an email saying account was verified. Went on to place two big bets on their sportsbook, on Champions league topscorer, and Man City to reach the final. Watched the match and was delighted with the result. Logged in to my account to see the bets were void!!
Live chat told me they needed more documents and this was normal practice…I could not believe it. I have been betting for a long time, but this is a first for me…
I was asked to provide more documents, which I did, and told the bets might get reinstated. I am waiting 4 days now and they are still processing with very little hope of my bets actually getting reinstated.
If you think because a bookie is a big name, and spends a lot of money on marketing, this also makes them trustworthy, think again!
Absolutely appaling and frankly illegal behaviour by these thieves. STAY AWAY!

Firstly it took a while to get verified but that was partly my fault. However, it was difficult to get to speak with someone who could help resolve the issue and I had to provide lots of documents more then any other bookie i've an account with every asked for. Anyways, it was resolved and my account was verified. So, after about two weeks, I decided to start using an e-wallet for Betfair transactions simply because I don't want bookies and exchanges showing up on my bank statement all the time. With bookies I had no issue using an e-wallet (once you deposit and withdraw back to it, no issue) So with Betfair, I deposited with the e-wallet, used the funds to make two small bets which both won and started a withdraw of some of the winnings, around 40 euro (so a small amount) Then they suspended my account for proof of funds and asked for everything short of my tax returns. Let me put it this way, you need less financial proof to get a loan of several thousand! What's worse is the agent couldn't solve the issue and now I've been left waiting hoping they will return my money which is only 100 euro but still. I've been made feel like some sort of criminal. I get needing to make sure people are using legit funds but I think this was overkill. Fine flag my account and watch for suspicious activity but this was jumping the gun. They didn't even email me to see if there was a reasonable explanation for using a e-wallet. Plus they allow use of e-wallets on their site so it makes sense customers would use the option. I would avoid Betfair. There are other exchanges out there. My one star is not so much based on them requiring proof of things, thats a given but rather on how many documents the ask for. They behave like a taxman and I personally don't feel comfortable giving that amount of detailed financial information to a bookie not because I'm doing something dishonest but because they are a private company not a government agency.

Started using the app for the first time during the end of lockdown 3 and I have never betted online before. I usually go the high street shops like William hill and bet fred in Blackpool.So firstly,

The app itself:it’s good easy to navigate around plenty of things to bet on I like roulette and blackjack and football

Customer service:Non existent apart from a chat robot they try make it difficult for you to get in touch so if anything goes wrong you have had it

Getting paid:Is does take 2 days to enter your bank account but I spent a couple of grand on the roulette and football recently so they pay me straight away so it does vary

At the end of the day I would imagine these betting apps all the same?soon as you start snatching a few thousand they will start playing dirty tricks and excuses not to pay you so my advise just use them as a bit of fun and if you ever gonna put a big bet on just use the high street shops just to make sure

In the 2000's betfair was good.at some point around 2010 it became clear to me that it was no longer(if it ever had been) punters vs punters.the 'managed' exchanges for racing are controlled completely by insiders, I am guessing employees, that watch everything you do, know exactly when you login and will try to ensure you cannot make a profit.There is no doubt about it either that they do this.obv not happy with a small % they want EVERYONE to lose.I went on for a few months 2017 or so and it was even worse.the 'auto cash-out' feature only locks your desired profit in when the horse is crossing the line to win so they can pocket the difference.I watched races where the cash out stayed around 10 times my auto cash out value for 2-3 minutes and it never cashed out and the horses lost.paddy power taking over betfair ruined what was left of a great concept.don't believe the adverts, it's you against the bookie-not other punters.believe me!!

Betfair are in a dominant market position. Unfortunately this means that they do not have to respect their customers as basically in the betting exchange world they have little opposition. This is evidenced by Betfair's attitude to negative reviews on Trustpilot.
They have not responded to one single negative review in the past twelve months. I was a customer for over twenty years. My betting turnover with Betfair over this period was around £80k to which I made a small loss. So I presume I was a good customer. Recently I changed both my email address and my home phone number. I updated my new contract details in my Betfair account via the edit process provided by the company exactly for this purpose. The next day when I tried to log into my account,a notice appeared,"account closed".Betfair had made a mistake in closing my account,unfortunately for me they would not accept this. I tried several times to resolve the situation via the chat service,they would not accept that they had made a mistake. I asked, as I am entitled to make a complaint.
I was assured this process would happen,it didn't,So thats it I am no longer allowed to bet with Betfair.

Asked for a mailing address for a subject access request so i could get all my data they hold on me, they refused a number of times to give me the physical mailing address and even tried to make me do it over live chat just so i couldnt send it recorded and tracked mail so i know when they got it, all casinos are liars

Only used their App a few times and it’s clunky and not user friendly at all. Has also crashed repeatedly and just now their cash out and in play betting has been suspended due to a technical fault. I’m going back to SkyBet.

I recently had to review STSbet because those scumbags are attempting to welch on a winning bet. Lots of my reviews for bookies are of similar experiences to that one.

Earlier today Betfair imposed temporary limits on my account, as yesterday I did deposit quite a large sum of money. They asked me questions all based on what I'm getting from gambling, how much it effects my life, etc.

Betfair genuinely chased me up to check i was gambling within my means and I wasn't depressed and chasing previous losses or whatever. My account was quickly unrestricted.

Could I really be bothered having to answer some "sort of" personal questions about my gambling… no not really. However the fact that this is something they do if someone makes a huge deposit and places lots of bets was just kind of nice to see.

Deposits and withdrawals are all very fast, sportsbook odds are some of the best, the exchange side is brilliant, they don't attempt to not pay out on winning bets and bets tend to be settled very quickly.

In an industry of absolute scumbags devoid of any morals, Betfair is actually quite a decent place to gamble with

Well after having not played on here for a while I tried to log in, no access as proof of I.D needed, contacted live chat, after uploading documents account was re-opened in about 20 minutes, great. Pondered about and played for a while then went to contact preferences and changed how they could contact me, put to by post and email only, next thing logged out of account and no access. Contacted live help who got me up and running in about 20 minutes. Played the site for a few hours then decided to check my account, how they contacted me was all ticked so changed my preferences to via post or email, I was kicked out again….contacted live support got the lovely Nicole, after twenty minutes told to try my account again as was showing active with no problems, still no access, the lovely Nicole then said please wait while she contacts management, an hour later she tells me she has reset my password and to check my email….I said o.k I will try that….she immediately shut the chat window…strange I thought…checked email…sure enough there was an email, however all it said was password had been changed, to what I have no idea?..went into live help yet again and now they refuse to answer me, I have money in this account! absolute disgrace…my advice stay well clear this site is illegal in my opinion.
