I opened an account with an offer of £60 in free bets when you stake £10. I did. My £10 stake won and I got my free bets. Used £4 and had a winner. 2 days later my account was suspended the reason being I had to verify who I was. They wanted a bank statement utility bill picture of passport and bank card. It's easier getting into Thailand! I send a picture of my passport and get a message that the account had been verified and all is well, it wasn't. So I go onto a chat online to try and sort it out. They said they needed the passport
picture again plus all the other things mentioned. I ask why and they say it's to verify who I am. I've got 5 other betting account's and none of them ask for personal information like this. In my eyes they had no intention of giving £60 in free bets they just want you to sign up. I said I wanted to close the account they said they would give me my £10 back but not my winnings!! We shall see? Do not trust this betting account there are plenty of good ones out there and this isn't one

please don’t play here. they are the most untrustworthy scummy company ever. a few things. no suspensions on cash outs so there own terms and conditions say. but if it’s a big game and you’ve got a large fold bet and a few selections come in they’ll rob you and leave the cash out suspended the whole game until you lose the bet vile and then they’ll offer you a 10p bet even tho your stake is £10 insulting and rude tell lies and say your browser is at fault when twitter and other people complaining about suspended cash out!! another thing to add to the scum list. promos in the spins section always always go wrong. won a game bonus and i nearly got a full square in a game as i got 34 free spins in the game then just as i was about to win a full screen low and behold error error kicked me out of the game fishy or what. so waited a week for them

One star given because no stars not an option.Betfair are holding my money, and won’t let me us it to bet.
Their advertised phone number no longer exists, I cannot reach them and the helpline says log in to resolve the problem. I cannot log in.
They continue to hold my funds against my wishes. This is basically theft! Avoid!!!

Still enjoying this site , and no im not working for the company..Im a granny sat at home playing a few games like anyone else . I don't expect to win every time I go on ..but tbh ..ive not lost a great amount either. I won again today 160 played the 10 so left myself with 150 to withdraw. Was expecting to be let down and fingers crossed they paid it out . Well they come up trumps again within 4 hours I have my money in my PayPal account . I'm not sure what lots of you moaners are talking about..they've not once not paid me and in less time than expected. This place is in partnership with paddy Power who only have 1.4 star rating put both companies together and you get a less than 3.0 star rating out of 10 does this say it all. Both companies should have their gambling licences revoked. They treat exchange customers with distain, like a captive audience that they don't need to do anything for, like nationalised industries in the 1970s when you waited 3 months for a phone to be installed.

They've got four hours downtime this morning that was apparently planned, but they didn't communicate this downtime in advance.

And I'm restricted to bets of pennies on the Sportsbook, they presumably think I have more insight than most on ManUtd v Villa.

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before joining. I'm a new customer and only play slots ..I don't bother with the bonuses etc ..just like to play my own money ..if I loose I loose if I win its a bonus ..
I've had two plays on betfair and twice I've come off winning ..not alot but enough to enjoy the games . If you play with an open mind then your not disappointed. I played each time around 8pm and stopped playing around 10pm a good couple of hours fun. And the winnings have been in my account by the morning ..and I get up at 5am . Not bad ..thanks betfair .

Have been here for 3 days.

But based on my early experience its been great. I love there sports promotions, very clear and always credit as states very quickly after bet settlements. Withdrawals processed within 12 hours, in my account was within 24 hours after this.

Livecasino is what it is, all casinos let these latvian providers operate through them, the casinos pay the winnings out that's it.

Everyone's negative views on slots well I can't really say anything as to be honest I've been on alot of sites and slots are what they are too, it's not a charity.

The worst.

I was using my wise card to pay in. Everything went fine until I wanted to withdraw. I am chasing my money for half a year now. Customer support cannot always act like they open a ticket or something but I never got a feedback about the processes from them, you have to chase them.

I used Betfair for a long time and everything was fine until I noticed a bet hadn't been paid out correctly. No problem I thought, I'll contact customer services and get it sorted. Absolutely terrible experience, a week of being called a liar, told I was wrong and passed around before being told sorry you where right, we've settled the bet correctly and given you £30 of free bets as an apology.

All good until it happened again a few weeks later, and went through the same again, as well as what I was being told constantly changing, Betfair trying to tell me the information I had given them was different to what I had (luckily I'd kept all correspondence) and even trying to alter what happened on the previous instance.

Decent enough betting site when things go smoothly but god awful customer service agents which has resulted in me closing my account and going elsewhere.

It doesn’t even deserve the one star I rated but unfortunately had too do that to write a review I seen an offer about bet £20 and even if you lose you get your £20 back …nope I never got my £20 back ! I then spoke to them either on the phone or live chat they tried to fob me off by saying I had betted on the wrong thing ? That should’ve been stated clearly which to my knowledge it wasn’t ! I’m not an idiot I can read ! Anyway they offered no solution apart from suspending my account due too “concerning comments “ from me on the live chat ,I spoke to 3 diff people the first guy jestin was lovely and told me he was very sorry about this and I would receive my £20 refund within 1 day then I spoke to another guy named Thiago who asked me could I wait 5-10 minutes so he can look at my file ,I said sure that’s fine ,anyway 20 minutes later still no reply from Thiago so had to start a new chat AGAIN! So explained everything that had just happened and if that’s what they deem as “concerning comments “ and suspend accounts over then I’ll be taking this further as all I did was tell her I have been told 3 different things from 3 different people and surely they keep a log off these chats ? I do not recommend using this service to anyone at all as instead of an apology for all the conflicting information I had been given and maybe as a goodwill gesture giving me my £20 back nope they suspended my account and told me to await an email which btw I have NEVER received !

Very poor service. Opened account with required £10 stake to receive promotional free bets offer. Free bets not received so contacted customer service and was advised to check T&C's in detail, ended up having to put a further £10 stake to receive offer. Closed account after one week and will use Skybet or Bet365, far better service and clearer promotions available.
