This company stole £5.500 from me after i accidentally self excluded from what i thought was only slots and casino which i had never used on the site. They refused my explanation that i only intended to exclude from slot/games even though i had almost £100 in credit in the account and £5.500 in live exchange bets placed months before the event,Ask yourself who would deliberately self exclude with £5.600 in their account it was simply a technical mistake to try and close off the casino/slot part which other bookmakers do.By not listening and Refusing me the opportunity to cash out with a significant profit and forcing me into a total loss situation even though multiple emails phone calls i made they refused to listen to the terrible predicament i found myself in and refused to void or return my exchange bets, The stress i have suffered is beyond belief and this company is an abusive uncaring unlistening online monster,I had an account with them for 15yrs with no problems before whatsoever and they cited falsely protecting me even though they clearly caused me a catastrophic loss, I have to take these people to court now as they are now since paddy power took a majority shareholding a total disgrace.

Honestly don’t know how this shambles of a company have any customers left. The casino has the lowest payout imaginable, it just takes takes takes until your money is all gone. The sportsbook has worst odds out of everyone. The exchange is rubbish and full of their own bots and has 20%+ premium charges if you dare to win.Add to all the above that the customer service is non existent. There is no telephone number and no email address available to contact them if you have a query. All they have is a live chat hidden away staffed by foreigners in some far away European country who have little to no idea about anything at all related to the betting site. This company is owned by Paddy Power so best stay clear of them aswell. Believe me you’ll end up tearing your hair out or lose all your money or both. They never take responsibility when the exchange goes down, which is a common occurance and means you are unable to trade out. All in all I would stay as far away from these as you can.

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. 1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are “fair and honest” which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through….that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. I was told there was an error on the site, so I should of got my money back, but was offered £3 bonus to use on the faulty site ?. WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! They are absolute robbing C*nts who should not be operating and anybody who says “oh this person is only sayin this because their a sore loser need to think again because that’s not the case at all. I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve done it to warn people who are thinking of even opening an account with them to think again! Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give £5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Closed my account, reason being is that was ‘a security issue’, customer services do not get any more information to give you than that. Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and won’t pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my £120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. I went to play slots with £1 left, but without even selecting anything my balance completely went! The account activity is too vague to identify what happened. I believe this was a bug, and I wouldn't be surprised given how rubbish their app is. I won't be touching this website or their app again, in case this happens and I lose more money.

Well I've been on this site for a couple of weeks now and still can't find a problem . Won 160 last night on spins and it's the most I've ever won on any slots .
