Found them to be unable to accept when in wrong and no idea of how to handle the public in disputes. They would rather a client shut their account than try to actually resolve the problem obviously do not care about client goodwill would never use this company or associated companies again

Been with them since 2001 and they used to be world classThen they sold to paddy power and the rest is history. I can remember speaking to someone in the UK for CS, now no chance you can barely understand them and the line is so bad. Constant faults and errors and impossible to sort anything outLive video has been faulty for 15 years!!!!! I can’t watch a race without it buffering. Not worth even 1 star. Sport book app or online is so rubbish, designe so poor, so.complicaited. Slots- can nothing say,but it total.rubbish. to win anything is no chance. Absolute scam company, won £60 and wanted loads of documentation to prove its me, however didn’t ask for it when taking my money… I shown all relevant documentation and they constantly make excuses to not pay out. I signed up and deposited £1270 doing a £250 spin on the roulette, I fortunately won £900 and withdrew £1900. Funds were received the next day, I thought about trying my luck on blackjack and lost 9 hands in a row, basically all the profit I had made. Maybe I was just unlucky but a bit of a coincidence, called it a day afterwards. The R.T.P. over the weekend was nothing short of scandalous, almost theft like – my weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) R.T.P. is 61.19% Staked-£308.82 Returned £188.97. Yesterday (Sunday) is 44.84% Staked £91.91 Returned £41.22, at one point yesterday it was 34.58% Staked £61.36 Returned £21.22 after £40 had been deposited and played through. I used Betfair for about 3-4 weeks. I won a good amount and withdrawals are fast (small amounts instantly, larger amounts within 24 hours). I hit a losing streak (but still up overall) and was playing most days which isn’t ideal so I decided to take a break which was easy to do and took instant effect. Generally, Betfair is no fuss and no nonsense. Verification upon opening the account rather than at point of withdrawal which is much better. I joined betfair about a month a go. Withdrawals are fast, there’s no faffing such as asking for documents at the point of withdrawal (they do it before you deposit which is good).I played every other day. I would win some days, lose some days, perfectly expected. Over all, I was up so happy days. I played tonight though and went 128 spins without a single win. I’ve played roulette on and off for a few years on maybe 4 or 5 different sites and sometimes I’d go 40-50 spins without a win but never 128. I went to my transaction history and noticed that one day I’d win then the next time I was on I’d lose. So there was a pattern. Win then lose in a solid pattern. So going by that logic, I’d win tomorrow if I went on or is it just to make me think I will? Who knows. Used them for nearly 20 years. They have gone over the top with the Gambling Commission account review and requiring intimate details of my personal affairs that even a bank, building society or credit card company wouldn’t want on a loan/mortgage/credit application! And this is to use my own money. Dreadful.Unfortunately while they retain a virtual monopoly among betting exchanges they will be able to continue to ride roughshod over customers. Maybe all the people closing their accounts will move to Betdaq and add enough liquidity to make them a viable competitor.

Dreadful customer service and there poker deals are extremely rigged . They will tell u Random number generator selects the cards . One you cannot defy probity without odds manipulation (CHEATING) Hand clashes and suck outs well beyond true odds. Worth pointing out no tests are done on the source that the RNG uses for selecting the cards.It doesn’t take a lot to have say 100 hearts and 10 other suits if you want a heart selected and its still RANDOM Mmmmmm. Don’t be fooled they CHEAT to increase rake and will not agree to independent testing of true probability.

Would give it a minus star if possible. Got scammed on the cash out market. Placed a bet on an underdog team and when that team was winning 2-0, I tried to cash out my profits but Betfair site conviently went down for at least 20mins due to ‘technical issues’ apparently. By the time betfair site conveniently started working again the score was 2-2, therefore losing my pofits and my money. Betfair customer services said it’s in their T&C’s that cash market is never guaranteed. Avoid using this platform.

Betfair poker like all other poker sites is rigged.they all use the same algorithms. So many consistent bad beats v chip leaders. Go all in against chip leader, you’ll probably get beat, chasers get rewarded. Played a few sites, they’re all the same.
