Total thief’s, you win then they suspend your account saying this is due to them needing to verify who you are, both sides of bank card provided, full UK licence all provided, gas bill provided and still they keep running around in circles. Both sides of my card needed providing as they don’t believe that natwest puts the details on the back not the front.You don’t get this rubbish with the national lottery, casinos or even with Coral. Don’t give them a penny of your money as they will take it and then lock you out making stupid excuses.

Bad? Thats actually compliment for this company. Im currently running 100 days – 100 times try challenge on their Pinball daily Jackpot /Rewards machine…….and let me tell you that past 60 tries didn’t sum up even to 20 quid in total….and this daily dame is only available for depositors …whats more I already spent with them over a grand multiple times in the past always ending up the exact same 0£ balance which I don’t mind in the end its supposed to be for gun and entertainment.I however wasn’t entertained at all, to say the least. I’ve tryed to contact you at least 50 times since 19:20 last night, your chat is unusable they have no idea what there doing, I’ve emailed every email address I can find for you and no reply I’ve called numbers I’ve found on the internet and no answer or deadline, I placed two bets on the without favourite market last night 7:10 Yarmouth, there was a withdrawn horse (odds 200/1 in normal market) my first bet you made a 50% deduction due to this withdrawn horse who was available at 20/1 in this market less than a minute before is withdrawal then my other bet you made a 35% deduction from my bet and withdrawn horse was available at 66/1 so on both markets there should be no deduction but trying to get through to you to get an explanation and someone to correct it is impossible

The platform is OK but if something goes awry the support is truly shambolic.30 minutes waiting for response. A further 30 minutes for an escalation manager. Unhelpful staff. Signed up easily, deposited easily won £20. Went to withdraw and behold my account is now suspended asking for my documents and personal details along with a picture. Didn’t have a problem when I deposited, as soon as I Withdraw….Suspension. For no reason the customer service was really rude. I just had a general question about deposit limits and I guess due to language barrier (the offer swedish support but the support answer in english) I didn’t get a clear answer to my question. I chose to withdraw my winnings as a voucher which was supposed to take just a few minutes according to the betfair website. After an hour I contacted support, who initially couldn’t even find a record of my withdrawal. 2 hours after requesting the voucher I am still waiting. Very misleading to claim this would only take minutes. If I had known this would take so long, I would have chosen a different option.

My self and my wife have had an account each with Betfair for at least 20 years. My wife uses her account once a year. i.e Today. Grand National.WARNING I believe BETFAIR has been hacked. Or are committing FRAUD.My wife found out for no reason and without any warning her account has been closed ? They will not give her access to her account although she answered all security questions OK – They said they would not re-open her account unless she sent them her Driving Licence/Passport & Bank Statement this is very dubious as they already have these when the account was opened ? She asked for all her money to be refunded back to her Bank Account and they have refused unless she sends them her identity documents – surely this is FRAUD certainly THEFT if they will not give her money back out of her account. I urge everyone to report this to ACTION FRAUD how many millions will they be stealing from their loyal customers if this is happening.

Contacted betfair for the first time in 20 years because I had a small amount £36 in account but after logging in it was on 0. Spoke to Therese, Tulasi, Piotr, Kaushik so far and got nowhere, I’m waiting for payments team to get in touch. I asked them to suspend my account as I think the site has been compromised. I’ll update if the team get back to me.

The casino allowed someone to use my debit card to make 6 deposits total £150 even though they have admitted they found the account the card was used and took action they refuse to refund me. They said go through the bank who also refuse to refund me because i was abroad at the time and i could not stop the card so they said the casino need to give me this back. The casino will not help and refuse point blank and not sure how this can happen security checks should be done when making deposits. I can’t get a manager to speak to the complaint teamare not helping and getting no where.

I am 60 now and have had an active account with Betfair since I was in my 40s. However the last few days have been a very frustrating experience. It all started when I tried to register a new card to my payments method. Due to mastercard credit card regulations this card was unfortunately declined. However it didn’t end there. In their infinite wisdom Betfair deemed it necessary to also suspend my account. In order to regain access to it I had to completely go through the WHOLE verification process again by uploading a load of ‘necessary’ documentation. After 20 years you’d think there would be an element of mutual trust and common sense in play here. I have also been informed that I can no longer email or phone customer services with any issue no matter how urgent. For anyone who knows how annoying the Help Bots can be this was very irritationg to hear. Two days later and my account is still inactive. I am never logging onto the Betfair site again. Very disappointing..

I have been a betfair customer since they started 24 years ago. I have recently had my account limited to 300 a month with no explanation and no way of having this lifted. They tell me its the company which has done this and thetes nothing i can do. Has anyone else had this problem?
