Played slots on this site and won over 2k.They paid out but then wanted a safe gambling interview. Spent over 2 hours asking questions about my financial and personal life. I gave up and closed my account.

Betfair suspended my account as they want proof of ID.i have been a customer for 20 years. They have my bank account details, email, phone number, address and I’m in the electoral role. I refused there request as My data with Talktalk and EON was hacked.Also they are based in a foreign country outside UK jurisdiction. After 2 hours of chat I managed to get my balance credit back. But after 20 years no more Betfair.

Betfair is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I was with them way back in the early days in 2001 and they were a great, honest company then. Now they are transformed into a multi national scammer. My current account had several hundred pounds in it with many long term bets, when with no reason they suspended my account. Days of enquiring why brought no joy, until a manager got fed up with my enquiries and closed my account stealing all my winning ongoing bets. Its unbelievable. Complete theft, and they know they can get away with it. Betfair are a total fraudulent company. There really should be a minus 5 stars for this company. And a court appearance for corporate theft

Very helpful customer service my account had been self excluded for over 6 months since my self-exclusion had finished. The helpful person on the chat, talked me through a few things and said my account would be updated and up and running again in 24 hours

Opened an account and deposited 25 pound. Played live casino and won £200 withdrew £190. Left the other £10 to play later on that day. Withdrawal process was quick and fast and thats about as good as it gets.. account soon got suspended and now when i try to withdraw the remainder it refuses me and does not allow me to withdraw

As you all know i bet on the french racing,now i do pass a few on the french when they are definately over priced….so this guy said to me i can have £2000 a month on betfair my reaction was ” You must be doing your brains in then” So i told him to bet LETWAR ew in 12.25 pau at 7/1 (won at 10/3) 02/02/24, Next bet restricted he said “thats never happened before” my reply “welcome to my world ” 🤣🤣🤣

The customer service is excellent as they sorted out the things in few minutes..But I recommend that background themes or attractive fonts options should be added to make the app more captivating. Thanks

Absolute scam company. Advertised a joining offer that required me to bet £1 on a specific outcome. Followed the rules exactly, then did not pay out. Said I’d deposited with Apple Pay and not a card. Do you think this kind of behaviour generates customers? Do you think I would ever use your company again? Do you think I would recommend you to my friends? Do you know what brand damage is? Do you know what reputation means? Cheaters.

Betfair exchange accepting bets BUT not settling them after the official result has been announced. Customer service say there is a technical issue but cannot give any indication of how long it will take to sort out. I have bets from 22:03 on a growing number of markets ( currently 19 markets) that have not been settled. The time now is 00:00. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Read a lot of negative reviews especially regarding getting money refunded. I did encounter a slight problem not realising minimum refund would be £50.00 so I deposited more money to make my balance £60.00 and then requested withdrawal ,the £60.00 was in my bank account within five minutes, fantastic service thank you.

I had an unbelievable experience recently on Prize Pinball firstly everyone knows it is impossible to win the jackpot as it has barely disappeared out of sight when the ball lands and it can’t reappear that quickly so it doesn’t really matter if they list all of the so called winners because there are no winners on Prize Pinball its just a big con.Secondly the ball hung for about three or four seconds like defying gravity before doing a sharp right angle turn and landing in the x which was the only x showing at the time I had to laugh as it is so obvious that its rigged to the hilt you might win 10p or 20p maybe 50p or a £1 if your lucky but despite what they say or claim no one will win the jackpot because its fixed to the hilt like everything else on Betfair.

Waste of your money on black jack. It is pure cheat. If you win at a table and sitt alone, a betfair employe will come in and make you loose.You maybe win 15-45 min after that they rob you – if you want to give your well earned money away for free,Log in to betfair. They will take all your money.

Been with them years when suddenly I had to be verified again , sent licence sent phone bill as proof of address and even bank statements and my card front and back , all declined and not verified, strange since I was already verified with my same licence , and proof off address all the same as it was when I first joined , not been able to access account of months so have attempted again and will see how that goes but I won’t hold my breath , I would look over it if I had a large deposit but my limit is set at £30 a month so not like I am spending thousands.

I was a new customer. Loaded documents. Did not hear anything. When I tried to log in it stated that I should load documents. Contacted their live chat – after chatting to 5 representatives I gave up. One of their reps asked me for my last deposit and the name of my first pet. I tried to explain that I was a new customer but was told that he was sorry but without the info – he could not help !!!However the name of my first pet was not the question asked when I opened the account plus I could not log into the system so there was no deposit made ! this seriously concerned me. I started the live chat at 18:57 and by 20:25 – I had had enough. I have now closed the account with out losing a penny ! Just lost my confidence in casinos and bookmaking sites who just seem want to get your money and do not care about the customer.Definately the impression that I have been getting more and more recently.

Spotted what I thought was an error with a bet settlement. Contacted support who quickly responded and after a few minutes the issue was resolved. I had got my Oxford City and UTD confused.

I always thought Betfair Exchange was a legit company as you actually get to be the book maker. Always trying to take you money off you at every chance.Watch out for the cashout scam guys. Have moved to an alternative exchange now after months trying to get the money back they scammed off me.Bunch of Muppets you should be ashamed who work for them. For some reason my google authenticator is not working and I could not log in. Worst of all, I could not receive sms too. The chat agent Aishwarya was so patience about my problem. So I lodged money into Betfair won 400 euro on a horse race. When I tried to withdraw the money it will only allow me put a certain amount in each card. There’s 3 cards on the account 2 cancelled they won’t allow me remove the cards unless I’m verified. When I try verify it wouldn’t accept my bank statement or phone bill which clearly have my address which is not cropped or edited. I honestly think they have it setup like this so people will gamble away their winnings. I tried contacting customer support which is useless.

Should be called BETUNFAIR. A sorry excuse for an online Bookie. What you’d expect from an off shore operation!!! Impossible to contact when things go wrong which is all the time!Had a case where they paid out and then took back not once but twice on the same bet…. Couldn’t run a bath this lot. I’m off to Bet 365 or another.
