You can stake over 500x without a bonus on low stakes that’s thousands of spins without a bonus, then when you do get a bonus it pays 10x or less, they have altered their RTP on slots or flipped a switch, I deposited 800 and got around 5 bonuses all paying way less than i staked. AVOID.

Do not use betfair, use any other sportsbook or platform you can. I had placed a bet and I had won, to see that they did not payout my winnings as they placed an “automatic lay bet” against the same odd without my knowledge at all? How is it that on the bet slip It only had gold trip the horse to win, and when the result came out it said that there was a bet placed for and against the same horse to win?? So dogey when I called to let them know what had happened they just referred me to terms and conditions knowing that will go no where.

i have been fighting to get my money released from this company for over two weeks every time i contact them it is over a hr on live chat to come back to no managers are free to take your complaint and then they close the chat after asking you to contact them at a later date you can not make a complaint without going through the manager so no complaints made also no movement on my money not a large sum just shy of a grand i can still use their site just not withdraw my money

Not really understand the RTP and the RNG because not real. About 90% plain spin from 90% about 15 % trying the free spin nothing else. The rest 10 % I mean 10 spin from 100 max biggest about 60 pence 1 time the rest 2,3,4 and 12 pence. Something wrong with my experience or the RTP count for the house I don’t know but seriously nothing to do with this crap. watch out where you spend money but definitely not this site that.

I can absolutely say this casino is rigged. Slots pay nothing and never hit bonuses. The only roulette tables worth playing are non betfair ones. If you choose to play the betfair version of roulette i will guarantee you it’s a scam. 12 colour streaks over and over again that it’s mathematically impossible. The dealers are RUDE, condescending and will gaslight you. The spins are so inconsistent and they never spin from the number landed. I also have evidence that the roulette tables will land on numbers with the least bets on it. Absolutely disgraceful site. Spent 5 days trying to get in contact with a human on the live chat and not a chance. Tried to close my account 3 times and no reply from customer service either.

A good sight and app. Money hits bank account in seconds when you withdraw. Although they ban you from daily free spin, if you don’t spend enough/play enough on other games. I did eventually get reinstated though.

I made a withdrawal of a good amount of money. Never received into bank account. Contacted Betfair on live chat, which took forever, told to contact bank, bank could not see transaction number, told to go back to betfair who said they transferred money and it was up to my bank to sort out. Joke of a company…

Well, this is a joke of a company. I was enticed in with free spins and I won just over £5 with those free spins. I went to withdraw it as a Tesco voucher and during the process, I got an email saying that my account was closed and there was no way to appeal it. I even started a chat with customer service about it to just even find out why it had happened and after complaining about how it’s not exactly fair (ironic, due to the name) then there was an “error” and the chat failed. I think with the dodgy dealing I went through, I hardly think this was an accident.Don’t be sucked in with fake “free” spin promises, don’t get any hopes up if you do win anything, and DEFO do not give this company any of your money! Ooft! I play the bonus pinball game that they currently offer 1 spin a day for free, I have been doing well getting the odd 40p 50p etc once a day, sometimes I have to use their allocated games to spend it which is fine anything I win on those games goes into my main account wallet. Betfair is easily the worst bookmaker in the uk. Im talking about the sportsbook and not the exchange. The sportsbook side with the traders etc is without doubt the mug end of the industry. Always last up with odds on overseas racing and restricting bets. Clueless custmoer service who are equivalent to monkeys pulled off the street and asked to repeat standard replies written down for them. The sportsbook runs a distant last to any other company.

Been discriminated against today as there was an offer for.today only on horse racing, where you bet 10 quid on doubles or more and get a free bet, did the offer.never got the free bet, when I queried with costumer services, they told me that my account was restricted to.promotion , was a company decision, no further explanation given when asked, I know friends who.done this.offer.with no issues. Stay away from this site. Sportsbook will limit your bets if you managed to win any bets at all, with no explanation or reasoning. The odds to win on the casino are inflated when you register to drag you in and then are flatlined to the point where you wont see any wins for months.

I was a customers since 1999 when they started but last month they asked for bank statements and proof of investments, house ownership, earnings etc. I provided that all the same day but they reduced my net deposit limit to 100 a month. I queried this and a month later am still waiting for a reply. I’ve finally given up and deleted my account. For years the betting industry didn’t care about customers spending 1000’s but now they panic if someone spends more than a 100 a month. It’s a total over reaction and they are too stupid to figure out how to care while allowing people to be grown ups. It’s pathetic.

On September 23, 2022 I made a wire transfer to Betfair and by September 30, 2022 was not posted yet in my account. I contacted the help desk a few times and they said that my ticket# was not even revised. And on September 30, 2022. I was updating my phone number and they just closed my account without any notice. They stole my money and never send me an email about the issue

The worst company to Bet on tennis. Their brokers are a joke, never give you option to chose from the whole daily lineups. Always the straight forward matches are not available. Even when the match starts, not available inplay. Only when the favourite takes the lead, the odd drops and the match appears. Very dishonest and quite doggy. All the others companies this never happens, you are a disgrace, even though the matches seems straight forward, there are surprises, you would make money, people will lose bets. There has to be a change in approach, otherwise, you will go down. Not surprised on the customer service reviews, they are useless. Bet365 and all the rest are much better, at least they don’t play it doggy. You have to sack the brokers team, every single one of them. My experience with Betfair was it is a a great site. Joined last night. Won £400 / withdrew it. Sent all my ID/Verifications. No more than any other site asks for. My winning are in bank now. So I have no negatives about Betfair and would recommend it to others.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with for customer services, 30 minutes wait in a chat connected to an advisor before passing data protection. Spoke to a manager called Liam who said not his problem and transferred me back to another agent to go through the same thing I’d already been through twice. All down to your system not withdrawing funds correctly, shambles of a company, shambles of a service.

I’ve noticed when your put a bet on ready for a cash out fornthe fact cashout symbols are there for that reason for a cashout, so when you’ve placed the bet as soon as your bet starts to lost they disable the csshout bit so you lose all your money

I’ve been with Betfair for over a decade, 99% of my bets/wagering are on the Betfair exchange. I’ve never once had any issues, the Betfair exchange in my opinion is the Gordon Ramsey of sports betting. The reviews here are really low but I believe that’s because people usually only leave a review if they are unhappy with something. I don’t like seeing the stories of people not being paid out, that’s really poor and not how anyone wants to see a company behave. But as Caan Berry advises, this seems to be a common practice with all bookies. But I’m 100% confident you will almost never have any issues when betting on the exchanges.

Absolutely disgusting companyI signed up deposited and claimed and played the welcome offer without issue then I played a casino slot with a bonus they gave me and turned a few pounds into £250. I withdrew the amount and waited.They then asked me for identification and returned the money to my balance stating I would not get paid until that was sent in. Updated my address, so they deleted my account and stole my winnings. Betfair only offered a chat bot to deal with it, which ended in a computer says no reply. I must of bet £1000’s over the years, they’re probably doing a favour deleting the account but I’d still like my winnings.
