They owe my 76 year old mother over 7000 pound and closed her account due too money laundering she's 76 for god sake she has applied for a ccj to the director of the company and it's come to our attention they are trying to strike the company off on companies house so we have put a block on that for now till we send it baliffs in for the funds they owe plus interest

Love this site. I get 25% back on anything I lose with a max of £50 as a free bet every week. They give away free bets all the time , generally really good and withdrawals are always same day, within 2 hours, sometimes immediate. (Unless you withdraw late at night into early hours)

I was having issues depositing funds with Quinn where I was following the process and completing the approval in my banking app. Despite this, the transaction was declining. As I tried a couple of times if must have flagged on Quinn's side and they proactively reached out via email to explain the error code I was receiving and that it sat with the bank side. I reached out to my bank who confirmed the issue was their side. I've never had this proactive contact from a bookie before so it was greatly appreciated!! Thanks Aine

I find the promotion system very miniscule Quinnbet unlike 90% of slots gives bonus features and feels a little more legit but the Issue i find is not a lot of games and also does not have good enough daily opt in bonuses which makes the other sites more appealing i spend about £50-60 daily but for me to get these daily benefits for loyalty makes losing more acceptable if i can get 25% deposit bonus and 30 spins etc for £20 im gonna got to that site, especially these days as the return rate of mega Sites like sun vegas, w.hill, ladbrokes, betfair so on have really made life a misery for pro gamblers i played 32 red for 8 months straight instead using diff sites daily to see how sticking to 1 would take effect and in that 8 months i didnt even get a bonus feature on Big bass splash for 10 free spins, Lastly a common understanding among users is that if i lose e.g. £1000 in a month i expect a £450 return regardless because mathmatically thats how a regulated sites minimum payout should be but if i play play play an not even see some wins to survive then adios

I used my bank card (had to be cut up though out of date) so used my wife's with her permission because we both play on the site! Now I won a few times and they paid the money into her account then I won again £600 but they refused to pay me wanted verification fare enough anyway I have started a dispute...quick enough to take my money I even transferred from my bank to my wife's unbelievable they won't even pay back what we deposited
