Keep out of this betting site my wife won 5500 and fully verified the account with their confirmation. What they did they paid just 2200 and stop us 3300 saying to some transfer on her bank account from my self (her husband) it's loan money and can't be gambling. Did anyone here ever such a nonsense and refuse with such shameless a payout on a fairly winning it's ridiculous, keep out they will not pay your winning, I will write everywhere about this scam they do .

TERRIBLE experience after using my card then using my wife's (obviously with her permission married 30 plus years) plus we both played on the site! After transferring money from OUR joint account to my wife's deposit after deposit fine I won the money went in her account fine then won again all fine...then won again only to be told withdrawal declined!! Asked why because its not your card plus your only allowed one card at a time 😆 😂 yet they let me have 2 on mine and my wife's unbelievable!! Anyway got a complaint with resolver but not got anywhere...so now got a complaint with the Gambling Commission but prob won't get my money

Failure in making a withdrawal It has now been 9 days since I requested a withdrawal from my account and the money has still not been received. You asked me to send documents via email which I did within an hour. Emails and live chat are offering no solution. Very poor customer service.

Never look after customers they give you £1 free bets every now and again or £2. Expect you to spend loads and get little back. Customer service advisors and supervisors are so rude aswell.
