Signed up with 50 free spins offer, won £15 so withdrew £10 to an Asda gift card. Got an email an hour later saying they’d closed my account on “business grounds”. When I contacted customer service they said I wouldn’t be getting the gift card. So I just wasted my time. Absolute scam, I’m just glad I didn’t put any money into my account yet.

I had a Lucky 15 (on line account) bet last Friday evening for Saturday afternoon – £7.50 in total. All 4 selections won returning just over £8K.Withdrawing the winnings was a nightmare – kept been sent to BETFAIR where I do not have an account. Had to open an “on line” account with Betfair to get my money out of Paddy Power.I closed the Betfair account immediately after withdrawing my winnings. Is this some type of money laundering or cartel between the two?Since Monday last Paddy Power has placed a restriction on my usual Lucky 15 bet of £7.50. Yesterday, I was restricted to to just .13p instead of my usual .25 ew.I cannot speak to them about it all robotic chat service that answer every question you didn’t ask.Fortunately, I have a Unibet, William Hill and Betfred account where there is a proper service.Bye Bye Paddy Power – I won’t miss your paltry offerings.

Absolutely disgusting company needs to be shut down!! Customer service is appalling iv never been treated so bad ever. The online chat is useless they say give them 20mins while they look into something then I put hello are you still there then it’s back to the robot again to go through it all over again I will never ever use this horrible site! Claimed I did a reverse withdrawal, despite not doing so, and that being prohibited. Then suspended my account.Customer service is rubbish and haven’t helped at all, blaming me – I’ve lost money and I’m livid.

Signed up to an offer via an aggregate site on PP. Got chat help as it converted into a deal but I couldn’t use it on anything other than slots. Why even have £ + Spins in their own offer when launching via their actual site. Won’t be coming back. I could see a slight difference on PP’s own site but it still didn’t have a happy outcome

I have bet on the horse that refused to run. They were saying on TV the customers who has places the bet on this horse will get their money back or a free bet so I assumed I was getting my money back but to my surprised I was told it didn’t aplied to my as I placed my bet on the machine not over the counter. It was my first time in the shop so I didn’t know there is the difference betting on the machine or over the counter. I felt exploited and taken advantage. Why they have these machines at their shop when the customer is worst off by betting on them?!

Never again. Racing Post promoted Paddy Power for Cheltenham this year. Open an account for £10 and get £50 worth of Bets (plus £2 a day free) absolutely fine until you win then they suspend the account requesting verification (which due diligence should have meant they did it before opening an account). Suspended on day 2 of Cheltenham and it has taken 7 days trying to get it unlocked despite having sent everything. I have spent hours of my life on chat, on one day 7 different agents over 3 hours. So I made a complaint and only got resolution after asking for a reference as I had been escalated to ‘Paddy Power’s Management Resolution Team’ after asking for the reference all of a sudden they managed to unsuspend my account. Needless to say………. I am shutting down and will never ever recommend them to anyone at all.

I have used Paddy Power for a number of years now, and always been happy with the easy use of their site. But sadly I am looking now for another sports bookie, because Paddy Power have massively reduced their best odds guaranteed races, many of my friends have also noticed the removal of this benefit

Took money from account when placing bet but never confirmed the bet even though money came out of account it never showed as a bet or a deposit and the horse won ?‍♀️. Then had a fraud alert from my bank and had my bank account suspended.HSBC Bank went through a long security process of questions before releasing my account. Then when I placed another bet albeit only £5.00 this triggered another fraud alert and I had to do the same all over again. Bank strongly advised me against using this betting app.

Trying to re activate my account, was waiting in a que for half an hour then an agent come on the chat asked for my full name and then told me to wait 25 minutes because they’re really busy. Fuming at this point waited over 25 minutes and messaged back the agent had shut my chat down and I’m back waiting again in a que. It’s an absolute joke shocking customer service there is no phone number to contact them directly. Poor very poor.

this company has branded me a self excluded personi have never self excluded on any siteit was between Christmas and new year 2022/23i went to play online poker on poker stars and was banned because of paddy power saying i was self excluded ,, the mistake was sorted buy poker stars in less than a week they informed me that i was not the person paddy claimed and i was reinstated. No chance getting through to them people at paddy i wrote to manager director in london, and got stupid bloke called steve spouting from their help centre that safe gambling dept, of there dodgy crude company company say i have to show them everything but the kitchen sink to prove who i am, despite it being a mistake buy them, i do not want to use their inept company but they are holding info about me which is wrong and which they will not rectify ,i do not think this is legal and am planning my next move to challenge this dreadful company, i have never self excluded myself on any betting site. richard stewart

I have always stated that Paddy Power is absolutely useless like probably asis most of them but today really hits the truth home I tried on Friday 17/3/23 to do Rachel Blackmores 5 horses that she riding today for £1 e/w accum but they would not let me do it a message came up in red the maximum bet for this bet is 0.00 now really does this make any sense the chances of this bet coming up are slim and even if it did win it would not break the bank and that is why I feel that they are useless and should be closed down by the gambling commission.enough said.

Awful. After a number of years using them I was suddenly required to verify my account to continue using it. I uploaded all documents required but nothing progressed. I contacted customer services but they couldn’t help so I asked to close my account and withdraw my balance. My account was closed and I was informed I would receive my funds by the end of the day. After waiting 3 days I contacted them again to request the funds and was told it can take up to 5 days. It has now been 6 days but still nothing and now I can’t even get hold of customer services. Avoid like the plague!

Yup. Definitely rigged. Worked out the pattern everytime I come on this site. It’s the same with Betfred. They all work together. Game spinning the way it’s supposed to but only paying penny’s n I mean penny’s. n just when I think am about to hit the big one, it all over sudden freezes for around 30-40 seconds then I don’t win anything. Wil litterly take the lot without a single win then just as you get to your last 30 or something pence, they pay out 12p if your lucky 24p making you think yea it’s coming now but take the whole lot. Awful scam site! Opted for new player bingo bonus. Deposit and play £10 on bingo and receive £30 bonus. Received nothing! I am told my account has been suspended due to no ID being verified so I send them my details. I check in a week later to be told I have no account and they can’t find no account yet unable to make new one because of says I already have one.I now realise Paddy Power outsource their customer service abroad which leaves issues because they cannot understand basic English. It’s riddled with spelling mistakes , they keep spelling my name wrong & can never answer my simple worded queries.Yesterday I was on live chat 2 hours with 15 minute replies, worst connection due to their outsourced customer service and best believe each agent kept passing me to another one.
