I have uploaded my photo I.d and proof of address. Account was randomly suspended as I tried to log on yesterday: ‘Access to this account is denied – this account has been closed. Please contact us if you have any questions.’I would rather them to tell me that my account was banned and that it was unrecoverable. Rather than telling me to contact customer service. So, I contacted customer service – it took a really long time and multiple transfers from agent to agent. Was asked to provide my information again. All that effort then to tell me that my account was unrecoverable.They then went on saying that they ‘cannot disclose any information and details on why it was banned’. What’s the point of telling me to contact you for more detail. Garbageeeeee…Spent 40 minutes on this trashh .I have accounts on other sites and had no problem!!

Made a bet on the grand national. Won it. £700. Used Apple Pay to deposit but they couldn’t pay my winnings back via Apple Pay. Told me to deposit £5 with another card and then I could withdraw to that account. I did. It didn’t work. Checked the app 10 mins later and they ha d closed my account. No telephone helpline only a chatbot. Chatted with the chat bot and they told and they told be they needed to remove Apple Pay so I could withdraw to the card. Still waiting for them to do something to help. Now £705 lost in transit. Ridiculous.

Unable to withdraw to debit card. Took 2 attempts via their chat facility for them to finally do a manual transfer taking upto 5 days!. I hope everything goes through. Also wonder if they are GDPR compliant as I would like them to delete ALL my details as I will never be using them again

Beware of this company! Signed up for a promotion deposit 10 get 10 free bet, but they denied my eligibility because I deposited the money using apple pay instead of card?!? This even though I pointed out that the first option offered after signing up is to deposit with apple pay! Complete rip off

Went for a promotional offer, deposit £10, bet £10, verify phone number to receive a free £10 bet. Only to find out after speaking to Brendan on the chat help service that it’s only accepted if you deposit with debit card – I was unable to find out how to generate a transaction code to connect my bank and used PayPal with minimal deposit requirement of £20. So I’ve just waisted £20 for absolutely no reason.Worst experience ever.

Don’t bother I joined this morning and haven’t even deposited any money yet and was kept waiting trying to solve problem with their chat room failed twice after an hour gave up but had to tell them to cancel my account as I couldn’t find where to do that !!! If 0 stars was possible it would be too good. I got 5th on the grand National and they won’t pay out. This lot reduced my ability to place a Lucky 15 of .25 EW to just .12. In effect they were telling me how much of my money I could bet with.Yet, I could place a bet of any amount on a single horse to win or be placed. But no -not a wager on a Lucky 15 amounting to £7.50. My account has been suspended without any knowledge or reason other than it was a mistake on their part. Odds offered on Paddypower are ridiculously low with 1.83 and 1.83 for a win/lose bet very common – particularly on smaller markets. More of a scam are the in running Cashout values. Example £50 Win on Rahm placed on both PP and Betfair (not on the exchange). At exactly the same time PP were offering £58 Cashout while Betfair were offering £82. This ridiculously low Cashout value has now become a common feature on Paddypower. Go elsewhere for better odds and cashout value.

It is a joke when you put a bet on your horse amazingly comes in at least a point then go to the sight and there no change ,but the worst thing is they stopped giving best odds ,that’s fine but ounce racing has started impossible to no if the race your betting on is best odds or not ,when you text them to check could be the main they open or end of the day same old crap we so busy you will have to wait 40 mins. Well I joined paddy power almost a year ago as I have been quite lucky in the local shops with slots, first of all I had to fight tooth and nail for my deposit bonus which I did eventually get…. £15. Not bad right????…… Well me thinking I’m going to play this smart…. 15 quid with 20 pence spins. Visited PP Surbiton branch this morning to pick up a £25 winning football bet. My partner does the 49’ers and asked me to put on a bet. I was writing this on a PP slip when the young man on the counter shouted out to me ‘we can’t accept bets that are not on our standard 49’s slip. I said to him ‘you really know how to get rid of customers’ The bet would have been on the standard form but on principle, in view of his abrupt attitude. I took it to Corals. He also said that they had had trouble with our bets in the past, to which I replied ‘Yes but you had a lot of our business too. He is referring to the odd occasion when a £3 or £4 betv included some extra 4 timers at a 1,2,3,4 or 5p stake, which is quite acceptable to other bookies ie Hills & Coral. I told him to just pay me my winnings and that I had not visited PP for an arguement. This guy is rude and patronising. I will not be dealing with PP again.

Paddy power is one of the worst betting sites I’ve ever used. I tried to deposit money when I tried to verify the deposit something went wrong and it registered as a deposit. So it counted towards my daily limit. So I went in chat to sort it out. They had me on there for 2 hours. To say come back tomorrow when you’re limits reset. I missed all my games for tonight’s football. Iv logged on 3 times to paddy power and iv had a problem everytime. Avoid Paddy Power if you want to get your bet on. Iv closed my account.
