Absolute scum bags. I had the account for a number of years and mostly lost money. Thats fine its gambling and I never gambled more than I could afford to lose. However for the first time ever I had a bit of a lucky streak and over the course of a month I won a few hundred £££’s ……….. then bam without warning they restrict my account from all offers.If you do not want people to take advantage of offers then don’t keep ramming them down customers. throats.

Horrendous customer service. Paddy Power randomly closed my account due to self isolation error on there part, 5 days later some unhelpful gentleman phoned to say it was an error. Still locked out my account with open bets. Avoid this shocking company. Then I had to agree to certain terms under safer gambling rules even though I’ve never had a problem. The most backwards company I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid them and use another betting site is advised

Offered me enhanced odds of 36/1 on a bet, as a thank you for joining. Put £1 on the bet, and it won. They paid me 55p. How is that 36/1. Withdrawn my deposit and returned to Betfair.

PaddyPower is holding my money hostage. I deposited 2000 euro into my account, and then they froze my account. I contacted customer service and they told me that they’re worried about my gambling habits and that I’ll have to speak with the responsible gambling team.This questionaire/interrogation process took over an hour to complete. I had to answer so many questions and whenever I gave an answer to a question, the agent took about five minutes to reply back each time, with another question. Then after all that waiting, they decided to enforce a 30 day break on my account.I told them no, that I want to withdraw my 2000 deposit first, that I don’t feel comfortable letting it sit in a suspended account all month. They just told me that the break is for my own good and that I shouldn’t have deposited 2000 if I didn’t feel comfortable losing it.That infuriated me because I DIDN’T LOSE IT. It’s my money, and I want it back. I even told them, that if they’re so worried about my gambling habits, that they can permanently shut down my account, but let me withdraw my money first. They told me no, that money can’t be withdrawn from a suspended account.Anyway, after the month break ended, I logged in and they still wouldn’t let me withdraw. Made me endure another round of questioning, and now my account is suspended for another month. I just want my 2000 back, but they refuse to let me withdraw it.Now I have to wait another month, and the same thing will probably happen again.Trash scam website. They have no problem accepting deposits but suddenly worry when you try to withdraw.

Waited 30 minutes to speak to an agent via online chat. The agent, Tom, then responds with as assumption about why I was contacting (which was wrong) and ends the conversation, meaning I have to wait again.

I enjoy this site however I must stress if you do win and withdraw, don’t go back for awhile because it doesn’t matter how much you play, you will not get feature rounds or any fair wins. I’ve had a dreadful experience using PaddyPower and still even now they owe me money from over a month ago I was a new customer and when I complained about their service they closed my account saying it’s a business decision and I made a complaint through their customer service dept. Still nothing!! These cowboys of the gambling world shouldn’t be allowed to operate like this…. I’m appalled that gambling sites like this are allowed to get away with behaviour like this… hopefully the gambling commission will read some of these reviews and act accordingly!!

Beware of giving them your money. After a slingo malfunction (paid for extra spin, it told me there was an error and I needed to refresh. Money was taken, spin didn’t happen), I waited for almost an hour to get through on chat. I had the game ID number, but yet “it’s not our fault”. Asked to be put through to a technical department – “there’s only me that can resolve this”. Really? I asked for a refund of the £6.99 it had taken from that and another game, and was told I could have £5 game bonus. No, I’d like my money back please, since I didn’t cause the malfunction. The answer was no. So I have closed my accounts with PP, Betfair and Sky, and I spend a fair bit on gambling. All for the sake of a few quid and a complete lack of responsibility. Clever lads!

I usually use paddy power because of its huge variety of promotion’s , but after today and what I’ve just witnessed, I’ll never touch this site again. I was playing a live wheel on their site, baring in mind, I had around 80p in bonus funds so I don’t mind in the slightest that I lost it. I’ll probably be called a liar by paddy power but I’ve just witnessed the host grab the wheel as it was zooming in for a close up, as if he was controlling it to land on the one. The next spin, it was about to land on a bonus and I was like “typical” because I had not placed a bet on a bonus that round. The connection went funny and it came back to it being on a one which was right next to the bonus, no pushing and pulling of the wheel. Just still as if it had been placed on the one. This wheel was pumping out ones for fun, so when the multiplier landed on 15x on landing on a 1 , you beat believe it didn’t land on a one. I’ve always been sceptical about these live wheels but this has just put the nail in the coffin, I wish I would have recorded it for the nay sayers.
