Paddy Power oofer the best foot bets & promotions in my opinion. Their Bet Builder is the best of any betting site. If a player goes of before halftime they will void tht selection & keep your bet alive. They regularly give price boosts & free bets if you have been placing bets throughout the week. They have fun games like beat the drop which can be entered free. Also they offer good deals & promotions on their Horse Racing. For Golf majors they offer 12 places each way which is amongst the best of any bookies. Never had a real issue but i recently had a query regarding beat the drop & i was very happy how it was resolved. Great deals on Cheltenham races too. All in all these reasons have made Paddy Power become my favourite bookies.

Absolutely crooked cheating bastrds. Played blackjack lost over £100, didn’t even win 1 hand, this goes to show that this site is fixedand crooked,, slow dealing, dealer gets 21 in 6 cards unfecking believable.so crooked.rigged slots and cheating on blackjack, what else can they get away with.Why are they not investigated? complaints procedure is appaling,took a hour get getting left on hold and would not correct the bet ,tried again in the morning bit quicker but kept saying because the settlers have settled it they cannot change the result.so i have withdrawn most of my money and will bet with bet365 from now on.the bet was only for a £1betbut its clear they dont give a toss about there loyal customers.sid not put them down for micky mouse outfit but there you go

The late shift staff an Indian man at Canary Wharf branch E14 .was very rude and arrogant to all the customers, turning off all TV screen and telling every customers to leave the shop at 9.40pm . the actual Closing time is 10pm . And always short change with all winning bets .will never go to Paddy power retail shops anymore.

Absolute joke of a betting store. I used this site for 5 years I was on a jackpot on the goonies slot and it froze. Kicked me out of the game for some unknown reason. I’d spent loads. AVOID!!!!!

Joined one day, won some money, they blocked me on the second day and they are making it almost impossible to my account back working. Still not got it back. Much easier to use Bet365 or Betfred

This site doesn’t give you any wins, gives you here and there pocket change so you can keep playing and then bonuses barely give you any money back if anything even make you lose. Wouldn’t recommend to play it

SHICKING customer service I have been a customer for over 3 years and regularly add money I added 25 pound fir my account to be blocked now asking me all sorts of questions for my money back absolute joke I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them as when things go wrong there useless ticontact and even if you do get a agent the don’t UNDERTSAND ENGLISH

Normally reaching out to customer service is a pain, as I’m sure we all can agree, but Vishal absolutely nailed it for me this eve. I had a pain withdrawing some funds as there was an old card attached to my account which I couldn’t remove. Vishal sorted this out for me with very little pain from my end and I’d like to thank them very much.

I don’t win any money really – maybe a few qui here and there – but I use Paddy Power for entertainment and only spend what I can afford to lose. I have only ever had one issue that I needed to use customer service for and it was dealt with nicely and quickly. I see a majority of 1 star reviews and based on my experience, I don’t get that.

System for complaints is totally incompetent. So far have wasted over 2 hrs trying to talk to someone about my issue. Finally received an email which was referring to the WRONG BET. So I had to start whole process again because I could not reply to the email. They were given the correct Bet ref no on 5 sep occasions and looked at the wrong bet. I don’t know if this is accidental or a deliberate policy to make me so frustrated that I give up and do not chase the issue.

Always reasonable and helpful with good bet offers and free bets. Odds are competitive to. Only think they do need to do is give you the 2 goal payout on accumulated footy bets not just singles 👍

Hi everyone, been with paddy power for years but NO MORE. i had a bet on wed 27th in running & won £418 for £44 stake.. of course an hour after told on my account i was MINUS £272 & TOOK my £100 & odd balance also!!!!… 24 hours later altered my balance to ZERO!!!!… he settled on taking my balance of £100 odd.. because he can???… this is a true happening & he is a BAD LOSER.. of course they will blame a ( computer glitch) & the punter has no where to… thats his thank you to me ( stealing over a £100 ) for years & years of loyalty!!!!! Enough is Enough. Just plated slingo elf, staked over £116, on 1 effing game, staked over £95, trying to get 1 effing number, but didn’t come in. Of the app is really good an agent (actual human) reply to you within 2 mins usually .. friendly and polite staff and theu do try there best to resolve any issues you got .

Honest review: good portal for playing. Cheating Crooked bastrds. Just played crooked bloody blackjack, lost £128, drew 2, won nil, , got 21, dealer had blackjack, doubled up on £16, got 20, dealer got 21 in 5 effing cards, not once bloody twice. Lost 8 hands in a bloody row, then 6 in a row, yet again dodgy bloody cards, enough is enough, closing account. I don’t mind losing thats the chance I take but when I keep getting mugged on this crooked site, this is why its crooked and fixed. Signed up for an offer to deposit £10, play £10 on bingo to qualify for 40 free spins and £40 bobbins across slots and bingo. I done the qualifying things and then looked to get my bonuses but it showed as 50% complete and I’d need to deposit another £10. I contacted support who told me that as I’d used my debit card through Apple pay that it didn’t count. I checked and whilst it does say you need to fund with a debit card (which my Applepay is) it does not state that using Applepay will do you getting the bonus. Absolute scam.

Paddy power say that they will pay you out when you’re team goes 2 up I had a bet Aston Villa to win they went 2-0 up and lost 3-2 the bet didn’t offer me the win so what I say to everyone who bets on paddy power change to bet 365 because when you’re team is 2-0 up they pay you straight out. I won’t be doing any football bets with paddy power anymore

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this site. The Website and app are good and easy to use. I had an issue withdrawing some winnings recently but a short chat with an online agent via their website sorted my issues out quickly and efficiently. I have no complaints and will continue to be a paddy power customer.
