Got absolutely scammed AGAIN by paddy power. They offered a free e5 bet if you bet e5 on the boxing, so I decided to avail of this and low and behold I transferred the money put bet on but no free bet . I tried numerous times to enquire but automated bulls##t. Waited 1hr 10 minutes to be connected to live chat but just says “waiting to be connected “.I know it’s only e5 but the cheek of them. The old Paddy Power would never treat punters like thisUPDATE:paddy power connected me TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER, is this really how customers should be treated. Absolutely disgraceful. If we all boycott them,maybe they will change

The prices are affordable but most of all the help line is excellent. Clear. concise and the advisors are always polite and go that little bit extra to ensure your query is answered in full. I also enjoy their special promotions, which are very easy to do do and cost just 1 pound GBP. All in all a good experience.

I don’t know who makes up your rtp on slots cos it’s an absolute lie. Basically just fleece people no bonuses to be had and then have the cheek to put a limit on my deposits. Wouldn’t have to do that if you actually let people win you crooked shower. I’d report you but for the absolute hassle of it… so many other sites you get your money back but paddy power you get nothing other then thousands of euros in negative deposits. It was great to eventually thank the human at the end of the conversation and pass on my thanks to the team. The virtual assistant tried very hard to take me to places I didn’t want to go, he even gave me £1 for my trouble. Wait until the boss finds out, lol. Just played blackjack lost £100,didn’t win 1 fecking hand, drew 1.Such crooked cards, slow dealing, should have known better especially at Xmas, payouts in slots are virtually,nil. robbing punters to pay for cancer charity so they not actually paying out of there own pockets. They have no customer service and their staff are totally incompetent. I spent 3 hours on their chat trying to speak to a manager and still they wouldn’t put me through. They are basically a bunch of scammers. There is no way to contact them apart from the chat and the staff on there just ignore your messages and just pass you on to someone else when you try to explain what you’re problem is. Stay well clear of these cowboys. All they want is to take your money. Their email address doesn’t even work!

How low can these bloody cheating Crooked bastrds go.Played slingo lucky pants yet again. 1 game lost over £98 on 1 game, and 1 number still didn’t come in.almost 500/1 odds, 20p game and it didn’t come in.3rd day running I have lost over £300 playing this crooked game,almost identical play, lost over £105 on 1 game, needed 1number, didn’t get it, and then £96 on 1 game, again needing 1 number didn’t get it, this is too much of a coincidence, to lose this amount trying to get 1 number, .This goes to show it is crooked and fixed payouts, without a shadow of a doubt. The company and their service agents are amazing, personal experience with their representative Naga, they were direct and to the point, extremely helpful with any issues regarding accounts funds or cash outs. If you’re going to gamble and want the best experience doing so I’d highly recommend paddy power but remember to gamble responsibly

Ignore with all the means. Reported to Gaming commissioner to investigate they Terms and conditions. For proof of transfer all you need is pdf format of that transaction from your bank statement only been advised with gamingcommission, but paddy power refused and want full bank statement as PDF . My account is locked and they don’t let to pay in or withdraw suddenly after big win till I give them my full bank statement 🙃. The chat line is bot and not real agent . So many people complain s. So would make documtry about this company with gaming commissioners in UK.

I don’t even want to give a 1* awful customer service! Always cheating customers of price odds when you prove it to them that they were wrong they then make mess with your app been with them 10 years never had to verify anything, now I have to send a new ID , proof of address, and much more and this comes after showing they were, wrong must of hurt! When I asked why , answer it’s in our policy to do so no reason why, they have frozen my account which I can’t take anything out until I do all they are asking for! One of the better bookmakers out there. Odds seem a lot more generous than your Sky’s and William Hill’s. Never had a problem withdrawing money and all round have had a pleasant experience with paddy power. Also the customer service is bang on. Would definitely recommend over the other bookies.

Absolutely horrendous. Recently had a problem where they posted a live score incorrectly and when I brought this to their attention they replied that their small print says that they are not a live score site and if details were wrong they’re not responsible. Customer service is abrupt and don’t do apologies. Horrible service, there has to be better out there

RTP are not accurate, never won anything significant with Paddypower.com if you are into gaming paddypower has a lot of slots that are Paddypower only and they are the ones that are going to shine when it comes to poor return to player rates. There are some better online casinos put there that have better RTP; biggest let down with paddypower is that you would trust paddypower’s own slots but at the end of the day are the ones to avoid as whether you do small or large bets they will skin your balance. Also I see many negative feedbacks on trustpilot and Paddypower never replies; not a good sign

Don’t touch these. These used to be my go to for games but getting a feature is like rocking horse droppings now. Getting a win worth withdrawing is almost impossible. Plus the new system of deposit limits should be illegal, if you withdraw now it’s adds on to your limit allowing you to put it back in to lose.

Really bad they are doing the usual collecting money for Christmas by rigging the payouts on machines even if you hit a bonus in £2 you get less that what you put in. Once you get addicted they change the odds of winning as usual.

Dealer had 5 blackjack out of 6 bloody hands, 1 hand I doubled up from £16 to £32, I got 21, dealer turns over blackjack, such cheating Crooked cards on a big scale..then played bloody slingo space invaders, staked nearly £70, as only wanted 1 number, but on 5 occasions wild came in and dropped down, now rigging the bloody Reels as well.got top round, I thought it was £40, plus x20 stake, 40x stake and 50 x stake, with 5 lives, for every one you hit, total win bloody £18.10,as top payout was only £10,not £40+, I would never have carried on staking this amount if I had known, very misleading as it clearly say 40. I’ve only just started and got a message today that they won’t be giving me any promotions. Someone somewhere in their department picks accounts they want to strip from all offers , they literally pick on them and they decide to take the offers from them. I haven’t won hardly anything here, quite the opposite. What can it be apart from greed?Moreover, they don’t want you to reply to their email as in the field “reply to” they put an address no-reply, which doesn’t even exist. I really liked their site for layout etc but they wanted a ‘chat with me’. I attempted 5 times to get this chat but either the staff weren’t available or I had to wait so long I was timed out. Once I was asked three times to start another chat. When I got through it was obvious they wanted to prove that I could not afford to gamble. Despite me advising them that I was more than able to gamble they kept coming back with even more, for example, in 12 months I had put my pin number in twice incorrectly when making a deposit, this they assumed meant that I had no funds in my account. I cancelled my account and advise anybody who likes a little dip to either only use them once a week or only spend a few pounds each visit. It was the oddest customer service experience I have ever been involved with. Just to justify my reaction I usually have some 10k in my current account and more than 1m invested, their loss.
