Got my free 50 spin bonus, didn’t have to pay a penny. Won about 20 quid. As soon as i was about to withdraw, the account was suspended. what the heck??? first of all, 50 spins is insane, i even thought it was too good to be true, as soon as you win, they don’t like it. I read through all of these reviews and my suspicion was correct. I got an email and they said they wanted proof of funds, ID, UTILITY BILL?! REALLY?! The signup bonuses are scams. They make it practically impossible to actually win the bonus. I signed up a a £1 bet where if Liverpool beat Bournemouth you get £50. Liverpool won and they didn’t pay me out, saying I failed to meet their Ts&Cs. It reflected in my account that this bet was active so this is just a basic con. I removed the couple of £ I had in the account and won’t touch them again

How do I make a complaint?I have on two occasions entered into a chat with your team, the first time your colleague was very rude told me that I would get an e mail which never materialised and then closed the chat.Today I spent over two hours during that time I chatted to the same person twice got directed to the safe gambling team and then to customer services and then to a manager. I have been asked the same questions numerous times and still got nowhere. My request for your complaints policy has been ignored as have my concerns about the protection of my information. I have been told by one person that it is “less hustle to simply give me another copy of your address to include all 4 corners than to make a complaint” How do I get someone with some gravitas to sort out my issue?

I only dealt with the help line, I cannot comment on the online gambling side of the site – but they were very helpful with me & I had no issues after using the online help desk – “It must be so hard to get to get a good review of somebody who has lost money gambling?”

Had an issue with my welcome bonus, I’d made my deposit through Apple Pay instead of using a valid debit card which meant that I wasn’t elegible for my free spins. So I have my account set up to only be able play a certain amount a month which is only £300. I then get asked to speak to online chat about my gaming habits before I can play again. This took 90 minutes of chat whilst they asked me (I lost count) the most crazy amount of questions. That is a ludicrous amount of time and I told them I got asked less when getting a mortgage.Still never won a thing on their site so not going to bother anymore – just took a lot longer to answer all the questions than to lose my money

I registered with PP last night. Placed 3 ACCAs, which are still alive after 4 teams in my ACCA won. Went back online this morning to place a few more bets and when I entered a stake, kept getting a message saying ‘max stake 0.00’.I chatted online with someone in the customer service team and after about 25 mins was advised to contact their ‘text team’. I sent a text to them and they replied saying I needed to chat online with their CS team. I said I’d been referred to them but they insisted I chat online to CS. After spending another 30 mins chatting online I was informed the traders had set a stake limit on my account and to go-ahead and place bets within that limit. I reminded him my max limit had been set to 0.00 and he said I should contact the ‘text team’ and that he could no longer help me. I explained that I’d already contacted the text team and could I possibly speak with someone who could explain their decision to restrict my account. He said the decision had been made and wouldn’t be overturned. I did contact the ‘text team’ again, and they again told me I needed to chat online with the CS team. I explained what I’d been through and sent screen grabs of conversations and they simply ignored me. I have no idea why restricted my account and the customer service is shocking. I know they don’t care about little old me but hopefully this review will help other punters when deciding who they decide to lose their money with.I wish I had read the plethora of negative reviews on here before registering with them and I strongly suspect all of the 5 star reviews are blatantly fictitious.

Ive been playing paddy power for about a year a now and today is the final straw with these criminals. Avoid at all cost.. I play big bass bonanza at 10p stake. Pretty much the onky game I’ve played here for the duration. Im 10k my stake down and never once had a win higher than 350x maybe twice.. Here’s what I’ve noticed tho and since then can’t unsee it… About 80% of all bonus chances on the game are actually a deception and not a bonus chance at all.. The scatter lands on reel 1 and 3 and then zero scatters on real 4 or 5 anywhere in view. Completely removed from the reels… There’s the same deceptive bonus chance on reel 1 and 4 also but does not occur anywhere near as many times as the con on reels 1 and 3… I have thousands of examples of this and never once as a feature been won from it becoz it’s impossible.. A bonus chance that isn’t a chance at all.. It says this nowhere in the games discription and even more concerning does not happen on any other platform where I’ve played the game.. Just designed to decieve and phycologically destroy the player.. Secondly well over 80% of all features that u do land arte actually a ore determined feature which is capped once it exceeds 20x no matter how many feature spins u have left. U would of all of playing the game experienced this.. 10 12 15 feature spins left and 0 hits. Again I have so many recordings of this and for so long now that it’s undeniable.. Ive achieved in all this time the times 10 part of the feature twice.. First time paid 0x second time paid 20x and today for the first time got all 5 scatters and it didn’t even pass the times 2 part of the feature.. Max win is 2000x and its already taken 10kX so 4 max wins needed to only achieve 80% rtp 😂 I wish I was intelegent enough to expose these criminals and if anyone reading this and saying paddy power big bass bonanza.. From my experience, I can assure everyone that paddy power is a fraud company. They are in the market just to loot money from the people on the name of entertainment. If you loose they will take your money but if you win they can change odds to your bet whenever they want stating that the odds presented were a mistake from their traders. Last year, I lost 1000’s of euros on paddy power and till then everything was working fine but the moment I win a bet of approximately 2500 € they told me the odds presented were a mistake. Then when I complained they block my account forbidding me to withdraw the money that I deposited. I have been complaining about this for months and they just ignore everything. I had the screenshots to prove that they changed the odds of my bet.I just wonder, if a company like this can’t afford to pay 2500 € how will they pay millions of euros to someone if they win. Everything that you see online that someone one big money from paddy power is just a fraud promotion.

Terrible misleading BOG offers.Accept odds change button doesn’t get honoured.Put a bet on at 11/4, didn’t take price. Horse won at 100/30 and they wouldn’t payout at 100/30.Spent over an hour on chat but they wouldn’t bend.Very misleading and confusing rules..bit of a joke for a company this size..will never use them again

I gave Mariah 10/10 on the Paddy Power survey response as Marian’s answers were prompt, professional and she offered me goodwill for a bet I had claimed correctly but then not processed correctly but she could see it was a genuine error and misunderstanding. I like Paddy Power a lot, the only betting site that I use, but they have let me down previously with similar claims where it felt unjust, to the point now where I screenshot every bonus/award claimed, but Mariah has restored my faith in PP for doing the right thing when asked. Awarded 4 out of 5 here because I had to repeat myself 4 or 5 times to the ‘Bot’ that first answered my query, that was frustrating…

PP lucky wheel is a complete joke, if you are lucky you win a 10c scratch card. Really if you are lucky. Paddy power bonuses are the worst compared to all other online casinos I’ve used and still use. A great part games are pp exclusives and are not great to be honest they feel cheap and don’t give you the feeling that you are playing a fair game. A BIG WARNING… Few days ago it was on the news that PP was brought before the courts because they refused to pay winnings (obviously the higher winning of above 10k)… It turns out that they can refuse to pay any winning at any given time and there’s nothing you can do about it even if you spend another 100k to take them to court you will end up with great losses as it’s all in the small prints… So forget about PP how higher jackpots, don’t even look at them because first of all we can’t tell for sure that they are won by real actual customers accounts, secondly PP will not pay it. They screwed up customers over 20k , imagine if they are going to pay out jackpots over 100k.The only good thing I can say about PP is that they recently introduced a feature that shows you your true balance of the past year.
