Kwiff Review

Absolutely shocking. Joined on the 6/12/24, deposited over £300. No real issues other than being KWIFFED is the biggest con ever, only looks so god because the original odds they give out on sporting events are the worst you could possibly get. Anyway they randomly shut my account on Thursday with money still in my account. Been fobbed off ever since with ‘your account is under review and you’ll get an email shortly’ and ‘theirs a problem with withdraws but our team are working on it’………yeah not hard enough. I’m now taking it to the IBAS and UKGC to claim all my deposits back as they carried out no proper verification check.

Made withdrawal 6 days ago now, have deposited and withdrew before using the same method, however being fobbed off continuously by live chat. 6 days common. What is going on?

Just opened the account but first time I tried to withdraw there was an issue, still not resolved. Kwiff odds boost is a good feature but all other times the odds are shorter, sometimes considerably so than anywhere else.

I have a 490£ withdrowal that is on hold for moore then 3 days , reason payment departament problem, and when i ask when is goiing to be fixed no answear. i asked for free spins for compensation for the delay they refuse , not good costumer care , im loyal for moore then 2 years now. and is strange i had 2 withdrowals 490 and 10£ i recive the 10 next day as normal and the 490 failed due to the payment departament ,not clear the company does not have money and costumers.?!

This casino literally froze my account mid play I’ve been a customer for over a year now. Didn’t expect to this type of low blow by them. Without a valid reason they stop my play don’t let me withdraw my balance and the customer support shouldn’t be even given 1 star that’s the level of pathetic you’ll have to deal with. Literally no answer to the question just pawn you off to other departments make you write complaints against their own casino ffs. I don’t care about this low level casino. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY.

I’m waiting for £750 to be sent to my bank. I have been waiting for nearly 5 days now and have been in the live chat numerous times to try and get this sorted but keep getting the same excuse which is 48 hours it will be reprocessed to which it hasn’t so I’ve been lied to numerous time now. I have all the evidence saved to prove your using excuses to not release me my winnings. I also withdrew a smaller amount from my kwiff account which went into my bank instantly. I would like my money now.

Their withdrawals fail, they tell you it’ll be processed manually in 48 hours, it isn’t. Their live chat ops just tell you it’s out of their control. No updates. No concern, just fobbed off. If you expect a site with quick withdrawals don’t use Kwiff. I see a lot of other complaints in the midst of a bunch of dubious positive reviews. My withdrawals were made to a card I’ve withdrawn to before. It’s not to payment providers they’ve not paid before!! I’m pretty sure they’ll paste their macro response to this.

Withdrew £800 £50 and £47 on Wednesday, failed, now being told they are manually processing withdrawals, 4 days later nothing. Ridiculous In regards to this response, I have made several deposits and withdrawals with the card in question so you are lying yet again 🙄 Okay so why am I still waiting for payment ? 3 withdrawals all failed this weekend all i get from live chat is our department will reprocess the withdrawals as soon as possible. Was told 48hrs on friday its now sunday and still nothing. If it really is a banking issue, i find it really dubious that its only a banking issue going one way to the punters.In response to the below reply, i have made multiple deposits over the last couple of weeks. All withdrawals I have requested have been after multiple deposits.

Been a customer ages. Put a £20 horse bet on, then deposited £30 to put another horse bet on and got a message saying temporary limit on my account and to contact customer care. Did this and got told someone will be in touch in 24/48hrs. Is this some joke?

I wouldn’t bet with these guys until they take care of there banking issues, I have been waiting for a withdrawal since the 27th at 6am they said it’s a global issue but of course they will still take your deposits and they haven’t put any note to say they are having issues. Just shows these places are just in it to take your money

Usually very happy with this site great games and love getting a kwiffed bet especially when it wins so that’s reason for 4. But 2 days ago I made 2 withdrawals totalling £510 and after hours of it saying pending it then said failed. Spoke on live chat and apparently problems there end and would be re sent manually but it’s been way over 24hours and still nothing I hope this gets resolved as like I say the site is actually very good and enjoy using it.

Being kwiffed is just a gimmick. It is fine for them to make money but the punter has to take way below market odds. Take a random race at lingfield and you have to take a point less than what’s available elsewhere, why would you do that?In play is just as bad. Looking at the other reviews they’re fine if you leave a five star but if anything less and the people doing the responses can’t help but make pretty snide remarks acting like they’re personally insult by the review

I never leave bad reviews for places but sometimes it’s the only way companies listen. I tried to withdraw £110 and it said failed when I asked the reason they said they were having issues on their side but it’s been over 24hrs and you can’t give me a timeline so this is necessary just pay me out and I’ll happily close my account

Restricted my account (probably because I had a couple of winners) my account is fully verified and I probably use it once or twice a month. Ridiculous and also very poor customer service when trying to resolve my issue!! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Avoid this company! Will be setting up an account elsewhere today and will not be using again! Second time I’ve had problems in a very short space of time, in fact probably the only two times I’ve logged on to the site! Difficult site if you win.I signed up and won my first few bets, when I tried to withdraw, they suspended all my withdraws until I could provide proof I was the account holding (that’s fine, standard practice). However, they still allow you to deposit, play, bet etc – which is obviously unethical, if they’re unsure you’re the account holder.Second time I had a big win (Won £1500), I tried to withdraw, they cancelled all my withdrawals. I had to go on live chat, get this escalated, in order to get my money out. (All whilst still allowed deposits and playing casino).Then they restricted the account so I can only bet £1 or so on horse racing. I was not betting value, or doing anything with an edge. I simply had a few lucky bets and they decided that was enough, removed all promotions and stopped me from being able to bet properly.Edit following their response: email received at 10:00am today advising I’m unable to receive a sport promos or offers. So publicly responding to me suggesting otherwise is rather silly. I can still get bets kwiffed but I was staking £50-100. Now, my max stake is £1.Just another bookie that blocks any potential winner and feeds off losing gambling addicts. Also noticed you avoided my comments about allowing people to continue to deposit and play, whilst they’re blocked from withdrawing due to ID checks – avoid 👍🏼

Whatever you do please do not register with these people. Happy to let you spend money but as soon as you win there is a list of intrusive questions about your identity and residential status and income and job title and savings etc etc. they refuse to allow me to close my account and withdraw £104. So imagine what they are like if you win big! Avoid!!!
