Still waiting for my money from a withdrawal They basically won’t give me my money backLooks like I will have to take it to the independent betting adjudicator to get my money back.Trust me I’ve used countless online bookmakers in over 20yrs and never experienced this!

They have the strangest approach to betting but it is very enjoyable! The site is well made but the navigation to the most popular sports/football matches could be made easier. Would recommend!

Love this site .. the kwiff odds boosts are insane… Really does give this site an edge over other site… Just made my first withdrawal request so fingers crossed things go smoothly.. will update review later and let u know the score… Knocked off one star purely for the fact I think it would be helpful if there was some sort of way of knowing which horse races and dog meetings are available to watch once you’ve bet on them.. a stream is not always available.. but all in all well done KWIFF so far . Awful company Withdraw back to my PayPal but never paid me. Had to email asking what’s going on…Then said I need to send a photo of myself showing myID, bank statements and screen shots of my account details… unreal behaviour!Didn’t ask all this when I deposited my money…JokersStay away and use a high street bookie

I am quite new to KWIFF, but so far I Can say if you are mainly going to be placing bets then this is the site to definitely join! They have a random odds booster that is called KWIFFED & for example my odds was: WIN: 20/1PLACE: 4/1 but when placing my bet it got RANDOMLY (supercharged) Kwiffed to61.86/1-Win13.96/1-Placed so worth signing up for betting!!My Casino experience so far has been a little hit and miss but so far my net deposit is £20 loss deposit total £45 balance £10 odd so yet to rant with joy. Seems good so far payouts could be a little faster but everything else is better than sky ladbrokes and most of them put together the supercharge is outstanding if you are lucky enough to win ..hopefully one day I’ll get kwiffed

Now this account really impressed me at first, so different to other sites. The boosting of odds and general site layout I could not fault. Offers another dimension, good new customer offers and really exciting experience. BUT what good is a casino you cannot withdraw from? I’ve had my account for over a year, never withdrawn but when I did – crack that’s where the issues begin. ‘DO NOT PLAY HERE if you ever want to withdraw your funds’. Strongly advise against anyone trusting Kwiff Casino. This casino was more than happy to accept deposits made over a period of up to 2 months. When i processed a withdrawal after winning – i contacted them after a number of days as my withdrawal remained in a ‘processing’ status. To my disbelief a day later when trying to login to the kwiff casino I was unable to – with a message ‘this account has been closed’. The account had not been closed by me. So goes without saying the account must have been closed by kwiff. Kwiff casino is great for anyone who deems the opportunity to ever win and be paid out as unimportant. AVOID

now i actually think this site is really good and i like the excitement of potentially getting massive odds on a bet that’s very likely to come in so no complaints there also the customer service are nice even when i was getting frustrated, i am unhappy but i understand why they have to do it so thats why i wont go below 5 stars, the verification process is tedious, im still waiting for my withdrawal of £230 after sending in all my docs which i hope are fine so i dont need to be going back and forth with them, overall a great site, just want my money! 😉

App is clean and the Kwiff experience adds fun to the idea of placing a bet. Not being able to add a new card or remove old cards is really strange. Only being able to withdraw certain amounts means the withdrawal process is arduous.UPDATE: Helpful live chat, had to send a lot of documentation just to have an old card removed that allowed full withdrawal.

This site has to be the fairest of all sites I have ever played, seen some criticism of the odds on sports which I think is unfair as when placing a bet your odds are usually Kwiffed to a greater payout, have placed a few football bets whose odds have been greatly increased needles to say as yet none have come up but that’s gambling. The withdrawal system is easy and quick. I have as yet not had to use customer services so cannot comment on that, my only slight criticism is that sometimes their is a few interruptions to the casino site,on the slots which can be frustrating. Best gambling experience site I have ever joined.

Quite disappointed really tried to remove some old cards from my account but the whole process degenerated into them blocking my account then me closing it with £100 sat in limbo waiting to be processed I don’t understand why KYC isn’t done at the start of the process and not 3-6 months in quick update and that statement right there is ridiculous in itself

I love the kwiffed odds, makes things more interesting. Regards to withdrawing funds, having noted some negative feedback on here. I was asked for the dreaded document upload after I won over 1k on cops and robbers and asked for a withdrawal. I was dreading it but if you follow the instructions correctly it should be no problem. I was verified within an hour even though I uploaded in the wrong format firstly. So have to say all good just be aware you may/will have to do it at sometime.

A fresh approach to betting. The odds may be slightly worse then some of the more mainstream bookies but the app is well thought out and if you’re lucky and get kwiffed then the odds usually are the best around.

Just had odds increased from 6 to 35.18! Kwiff may not have the best odds but they produce the biggest surprises. That’s what makes them different and gives them a niche in the crowded field of online bookies.They also have a good range of sports promotions which I participate in regularly.

They owe me money and have just closed my account and left me in limbo. I asked them to close the account and refund my money. But they just closed the account and have not refunded my money. No useful comms. Update: paid now but still avoid this company like the plague.

Terrible company dont let you withdraw your own money you win then start talking to avoid fraud rubbish. Customer service is terrible , avoid this app at all costs i won 100 quid and just had to bet it away as could not withdraw it. Terrible company and scam ! Sent all info a was asked to send and still no resolution , dont usually get angry but hate being scammed ! Dirty low life scum hopefully gets took down.
