Recently I deposited 5000thousand using upi(airpay gateway) and the money was paid to them/Airpay but betway showed transaction unsuccessful.I really don't know what to do now as the deposit failure should be resolved by betway and their payment gateway but they are blaming it on the bank.when I contacted them they said money will be reflected back into bank account in 3-5 business days but I didn't get my till now(6 days)
No response in very worst service

I wrote a review a week ago and betway support replied saying they’d get jn touch.as expected they didn’t get back to me. I then went on live chat betway for what felt like the millionth time to get some contact details I can contact and I got an email .I then emailed the email address trying to resolve my problem,got no response then went on live chat and got told the usual rubbish it’s being processed. I’m genuinely Heart broken to how I’m being treated. I’ve literally been robbed of 75 euro and I don’t know why

Hi everyone,

So this is update on my situation. I posted on May 15, if want to go and read back. Betway support did email back and fourth to try and resolve my problem. I guess there is hope for people like me who had bet malfunctions. I wasn’t happy it took 2 weeks to resolve but at least they returned some of my money back.

Better than nothing I guess. Kinda skeptical to play blackjack again reading these reviews online. But ya there is hope for them to fix your problems.

I feel like I should have got some extra cash credit for the hassle I was put through, but hey at least I wasn’t completely ignored by Betway customer service.

So yea, Goodluck to all you guys and I hope you win !

I made withdrawal of 1000 ruppes 12 days before, but Betway responded me like we cannot process. Please return my amount. Really horrible.

Avoid at all cost. Had 5 bets rejected on blackjack and lost my money. They wont return anything, they will act like they are looking into the problem without ever doing anything. If you dont believe me, you just sit in the blackjack for 2mins and you will see people complaining about it. I seen a video on youtube from an other user loosing 7k this way and said he only got this very bet refunded because he posted on youtube. Never putting any money again into this website, even for sports or anything else. Worst customer service i had in a long time. Sucks because all my previous experiences were good on betway. Been playing for 3 years and had cashed out money before.

I didn't bother to check the history of my bets but in the past i had a few large ones so now i will advise everybody to triple check their betting history with this dodgy site!
Ok, so on 6th of May i had a very bad experience with betway but hey, it's not the end of the month yet!
May 29 placed 1 (ONE) bet and today i realized that betway made 4 bets with their own power of will instead of my initial 1 (ONE) bet.
Their response?
"We are sorry about this UNFORTUNATE SITUATION!"
So basically they are multiplying your bets every few weeks and if you are going to trust them you will be scammed again and again. Which is THEFT and ILLEGAL.

Absolutely shocking service, avoid like the plague. They take money from your account when you place a bet, then say the bet is void when you win and dont even give you your stake back let alone your winnings. DO NOT USE

Not even 1star that's a compliment.
I wouldn't bet with this company bad customer service I placed a bet incorrectly my keypad started playing up recentlymy and placed the bet without me. I immediately contacted customer service they're they're response was the bets already settled. But I contacted them before it was settled.
They didn't say anything else.
Don't you dare touch this site absolute rubbish not worth a single penny absolutely ridiculous

I've been betting on this "site" for over two months now. I've tried to verify my account but every time they create a new excuse. I've sent emails talk to their bots as I want to continue using their platform but I wish to withdraw my earnings. I have almost 900 usd and they are stalling the withdrawal process. Don't bet in this place!

have tried to make 2 withdrawals from this site. Am still waiting for both to transpire. These are small amounts but they could have been larger. Only way of communicating with them is chat, totally useless! stock generic reply is "reset your withdrawal preference" which i did. This could be a scam site, easy to deposit, withdrawals way more difficult. Stay away there are more reputable sites

I have written here many times before and deleted what I wrote because we will initiate legal proceedings, now I am giving you all a short summary.

Do not become a member here, if you do, cancel your membership as soon as possible or stop playing!

In my opinion, they are by far the most but the worst Win / Loss ratio of any company. Not only the comment but also my calculations show it. Before I write about even worse things, I will give you a brief summary.

1) Stay away from all games, especially Red Tiger games. Don't let yourself be caught up to win the Jackpots. RTP rates are never like in the descriptions, it is also impossible to believe the details such as it gives 10000x 5000x 2000x, I haven't won 200x yet for weeks, maybe months!

2) Jackpot games and your winnings are related to the money you deposit. I talked to someone who has been a member here for 4 years, and he didn't even win the hourly Jackpot.

3) There is a regular shutdown problem in the games, the problem of throwing out the application. I ran into this problem while playing the full Jackpot game 2 months ago!

4) There is a game called Genie Wishmaker Jackpot, definitely stay away f! You cannot win hundreds of spins. For example, with 2 or 3 stakes, the bonus spin launc, it passes, it happened to me at least 8 times in a row. In addition, I did more than 200 spins with 1 and 2 stakes and there was no bonus game even once, when I reduced it to 0.10 or 0.20, the bonus game came in the first spin! Their system is officially kidding with us!

5) Do not be fooled by suggestions such as giving bonus, adding 85% more to your deposit! It is definitely not possible to convert bonus money to cash. I played a game of 2900 stake with what I earned and lost, I still could not convert that money to cash, with 0.20-0.40 small stakes. Think how many spins I do.

Let's get to the most important point!

I explain it exactly, please read here well…

I was playing Jackpot game at the end of March – the beginning of April, my game was closed 2 times, the application logout and returned to the main screen. I immediately ran an internet speed test and asked my service provider for the speed report for that minute. My internet was not bad, it was very fast, I even took a screenshot. When I came back to the games, I saw the Jackpot given both 2 times. I said prove me this to Support, prove that I wouldn't win if I played. Not even one person answered. Then I asked for a report, my RTP rates, and a detailed report of the 2 different games that I mentioned daily on April the first week. They said we will send you a report within 30 days. What do you think they sent at the end of 30 days? A white page, a blank page, on the bottom right, the total deposit amount I deposited until that day !!! Can you believe it? Inconceivable !!

Then I wrote, I wrote in more detail, an support member called me and said we will do our best, we are following, and I said okay. I waited. Then I sent an email after couple days, no answer, they said that one day we will get back to you on May 24th and we will end the case, solve the case. And while this process continue I think their systems collapsed for 1 full day at that time, I could not login to the account, I sent mail and they did not respond to me. I said let's wait 24 May, but they won't return on May 24, I said to myself!

The day of May 24 has arrived, so what do you think happened?
They mailed me, the said we cannot return to you, we want additional time!
There is no such thing! 2 months have passed, they could not give a report, they could not solve my problem! I hired a Bet lawyer and explained everything, gave all the details I had. We prepared a file for their CEOs, prepared a file to the Gambling Commission and Resolver.co.uk, and in good faith I sent 3 more emails, but they did not even return to 3 of them!

Think about what a company is, think about what a problematic company!
First of all they are wrong according to the consumer law, and they don't even value the customer!

The last time I sent an email, I said I'm waiting for my return until next Monday. They won't return, they won't figure it out, because I am the right one, it seems.

Losing is a normal process but not lost this way, that's not fair! We cannot be guilty for system errors!

As I said, these are my experiences, my comments. All recorded, all detailed. I'm trying to prove and solve it even if I'm wrong, but they can't prove it, they can't help me. Also let me say that if you are playing with small stakes and making small deposits, your chances are less than the lottery! I talked to a former software developer of a bet company, the whole jackpot and the wins table is determined according to your deposit amount, who will be the jackpot in the games is completely fictional. I do not know the rest, I leave the matter right or wrong to him.

Hi, I am facing severe difficulties with betway. ₹1,500 had been debited from my bank account but has not been credited to my betway account. I had tried depositing ₹500 on 27-5-2021, and ₹1,000 on 28-5-2021.

Worst online site..almost 50% of transaction die midway taking money from customer account and betway hold customer money for 14 days..as per rule in India such transactions must return in 2 days. Guys if you are reading this review..my suggestion is go to RBI OR YOUR BANK WEBSITE and raise complaint against these guys..more we raise they will eventually block these scammers.

On 8th May : 5 transaction died and took 2.9lac from my account..nothing back till now

Really disappointed with the unethical practices of Betway. In the begining you will win but later u loose all the money untill your account become zero .They use magnets in live roulette they can controll the ball ,I have noticed many strange movement of a white ball .Today it rolled twice consecutively on 0 which is close to impossible if random and wiped out my account. Verification nightmare!
They are happy to take your deposit money and then shortly after lock your account with no reason why leaving you to chase customer services. They will then ask you for your id and documents only for them to be rejected multiple times without telling you so you have to go back to customer services to see what the problem is. A long winded process and far from right
