Worst Bookmaker ever!

I was banned from there site after playing hundreds of pounds!!!

Anytime I placed bets and qualified for a potential free bet I had to contact their customer service taking precious time!!

The worst of all that when I wagered £20 to qualified the super free spin I was advised that I can forget it as I'm not eligible!!!

After several weeks of emailing and contacting their chat service they have finally refunded only £10 out of the £20!!!

Ridiculous company!!!!

Unsure how football teams wear their shameful logo!!!!

Oh…I know because they extract loads of money from customer after ban them so they have no saying or even right to enjoy the betting!!

If you are with BetWay find better bookmakers as this company is the worst I have come across!!

I have always enjoyed betting on betway site, but recent dealings with betway has left me thinking are they really so bothered about there customers. I have been waiting for four withdrawals from betway totalling £1250, since the 22/05/2020. i have had 12 live chats with their agents, and sent in my documents in five times so my details can be verified, but cannot get them to pay my withdrawals, or unlock my account. I need to update my method of payment. They keep saying the want me to send in documents for them to verify my details. but i still cannot get them to reinstate my account or receive any correspondence from them regarding my account, they just chose to ignore my requests.
I have spent hundreds of pounds on this site, and this is how they treat there customers. customer support is hard to contact, they do not listen to the customers problems. The website is not easy to navigate and they take ages to put your withdrawals in your account, this site needs a radical update.
Without punters like us gambling on their sites these guys wouldn't be in a job.
So once again i plea betway please pay me my money, that i am owed. Here are set out below details of the documents you have requested and received, and a copies of all the verification numbers, and copies of what the funds i am owed. If i dont get a decision from betway within 24hrs i will contact IBAS to ask them to help me get my funds back.

Is there anyone who has got money back who deposited through UPI ?
My suggestion for all will be to deposit through netbanking all the time because you will get refund for fail deposits only if you do it through netbanking .
Failed UPI deposits are never refunded even after continuous chats and emails .

Just wanted everyone to know to avoid this company, have tried this for over a year now and have found so many glitches, lost count of how many times I was unable to cash out when betting on football especially. They deliberately disable the cash out function on the app especially when you are waiting on only one team to win. I’ll keep my money in the bank instead of throwing it away to these people.

The customer service is painfully slow and dim-witted, repeating questions and not listening to my problem effectively. They take ages to withdraw your money and put it into your account. There is no "My account" page on the website to manage account settings which is very strange and the website in general is difficult to navigate.

I won some bets during March and I have made a request for a withdrawal from the 10th of March. Today 7/6/2021 has still not been proceed. I have contacted them multiple times but what their customer service says is "operations team is reviewing your account and they will contact you soon". They've never called me, they've never sent me an email. Just delaying the payment for no reason.

Being a customer of Betway since last 3 years from India I have decided to share my experience.
Betting odds, platform, offers and colors are excellent. But the main issue is- Till we are wining small and cashing out in small amount, everything is charm. Once a large win or large withdrawal happens, a reverification occurs on Betway or it put on a hold on fund and account as well.
Never deposit via UPI. If UPI transaction doesn't get credited in Betway then 99% money will be lost. No returns and no credit, whatsoever we do to solve it. The customer support is Dummy. They do not have power to act. In most cases they will escalate the issue and again a long, never ending waiting period starts.
Now , Betway evergreen non existent support email never reply and just says this email address do not get monitored.
Well currently my money is stuck in Betway payment processor since 26th May. It is just 1400 Rs and my issue is on escalation by the support but no help yet. I have already asked about the transaction status from the Betway payment processor I.e. Airpay. AirPay confirmed the successful settlement of the funds in Merchant account but no help from Betway yet.
The FB page says- we have a backlog of issues, so, it is taking time.
So it is time to say Goodbye to Betway.

But amount not credited to betway account I was shocked.anf I immediately sent mail to betway support and manager they sent receipt and In mail they told they ll solve as we can soon..same time I raised complaint to sbi also . I have tried to deposit an amount of Rs 500 into betway account on 28th May 2021 username: chayansharma. It has been so embarrassing that even after the transaction was successful from my end it didn't show up in my Betway account neither it got credited back into my account. I have sent them mail @support@betway no response yet. Everytime I try to chat they ask me same thing every time what happened and how & in the end the resolution is wait for 2-3 days , then wait for 5-7 days , wait for tonight after that it will get credited its like they try to get rid of me.

So bet Patrick Cantlow as leader of the Memorial Golf tournament after 2 rounds. He was joint leader yesterday after 2 rounds. They have waited until after 3rd round declared it as a loser? No live chat no telephone number found email on google. No response yet. Pretty useless

I played bet of $500 and my account debited and I won that bet but never get credited for that. I have enough proof for that also I have chat history with chat representative as they trying to make me fool.
Now just give my credit back that is mine or next week I am going to sue this company for cheating and frustrating me. I have all the proof.

A big problematic company, do not become a member, do not deposit!

They haven't been able to send a report for exactly 2 months, they don't answer the questions I asked and which I have a legal right to. Three time i deposited to betway and fund was not reflecting in my betway account although debited from Bank account.whike chatting with customer care they have standard reply will be refunded in 7-14 days but nothing has been refunded so far.
You will be loosing precious customers like me if you continue this way.

I am trying to get my money deposited back to my account and no one is calling or replying back to my messages. I want my 300.00. Since over 2 weeks I am trying to get a hold of someone and no luck. On 29th May, I deposited 10k Rs around 10:50am from my SBI bank account. Transaction went through but it was not reflecting in my Betway account. Then I contacted them and they said that your money will be in your account in 7-10 days. I thought that it's fine and let's do another transaction.

Again I made a transaction of 20k Rs on same day around 12:27pm, again money deducted and not reflecting in my betway account.

Now I am not sure what to do as after seeing so many negative reviews about the same events happened to so many players. Chances of getting my money back seems slim with fake promises from Betway representatives.

I deposited INR 500 in my betway account Unmukh2403 through my upi money was debited from my account but not credited in betway account transaction done on 27/5/2021 at 8.15 pm transaction id 137647 I contacted airpay helpline and they said they have refunded my money to betway on 29/5/2021 still money is not credited I had very bad experience using betway and I want my refund from betway or I will not recommend anyone to use betway in future

First I gave them 5 stars, but now I feel so embarrassed that I gave them this nice review. The reason I give them one star it’s very simple. I have been playing last month with Betway and my account always has been on profit. And I believe that they don’t like someone’s account to be on profit, my account has been locked up. After I had a call from responsible gambling team and we get this one sorted. I have agreed monthly limit on £1500. So once I logged in to my account I try to deposit all my monthly limit which I have set it. What happened I couldn’t deposit more than £740 pounds become Betway care for my financial situation 😬😬😬😂😂😂. Hey really guys, don’t get me wrong but this one seems to me funny. I tried to withdraw 100$ by etransfer, I received the etransfer but no password with it. This site has no live support at all that can help me, I tried calling emailing BOTH don't work, their live chat DOESNT WORK EITHER. There is no support for this trash site. They limit me on bets cause I win, complete scam. We need the government to start enforcing fair play on betting sites like this one. Horrible site, stay away. Betway deposit process sucks. Airpay confirms that the payments were settled to betway. But betway says rejected. Refunds are not made. Customer support is horrible. Emails doesn't even get attended. No one to get in touch.

I am here to register a complaint against my refund. On 21st April my deposit has been successfull from my end but amount didn't credited to my Betway account. When I enquired the support team they told deposit was unsuccessful. It's been more than 45 days still I didn't receive my refund. I have contacted them more than 10 times but still didn't get proper response. The only response I am getting is your deposit is under review or we are waiting for feedback from banking side. I don't know what they're reviewing for more than 45 days. Such a worst backend team they have. Beware of this site guys. If it is successful no issue if not you won't get your money back and we have to beg them for refund.

Have been a customer of betway for a long time .I have had a few little wins lately (not big amounts). I deposited £125 earlier , started playing slots and for no reason my account was blocked. All customer service could tell me was that i would get a phone call at some point. Absolutely disgusting service. I have done nothing wrong.

1) Stay away from all games, especially Red Tiger games. Don't let yourself be caught up to win the Jackpots. RTP rates are never like in the descriptions.

2) Jackpot games and your winnings are related to the money you deposit. I talked to someone who has been a member here for 4 years, and he didn't even win the hourly Jackpot.

3) There is a regular shutdown problem in the games, the problem of throwing out the application. I ran into this problem while playing the full Jackpot game 2 months ago!

4) There is a game called Genie Wishmaker Jackpot, definitely stay away! You cannot win hundreds of spins. For example, with 2 or 3 stakes, the bonus spin launch and passes, it happened to me at least 8 times in a row. In addition, I did more than 200 spins with 1 and 2 stakes and there was no bonus game even once, when I reduced it to 0.10 or 0.20, the bonus game came in the first spin! Now this is what you call a reputable online casino! My experience with Betway has been exceptional from the very beginning. They’ve got all my favourite live games and slots, The verification process was quick and the team is honest and efficient; i had a withdrawal that was stuck pending for 42hrs and they said they’ll sort it out and less than two hours later the money was in my account. Super prize wheel wouldn't allow me to spin. Was asked to send a screen shot to support@betway only to find this is no longer manned. Sent an email to the complaints unit 3 days ago. Still no response. It appears you have to post a review on here before they deal with your complaint.

Hey man Same happened to me today. While I was playing tennis I bet on total games would be more than 22.5. When I placed the bet still they were in set 2. Less chances of getting it to set 3. But I made it through by having total 19 games played in 2 sets so far. I was relaxed as I know even anybody wins by 6-0, I will win. Now they played the set 3 with the points system and when I checked back my account it shows I lost. When I tried to contact I got the same reply as you, bets are being correctly settled. I placed $200 as I was confident…..didn't expected this from BETWAY.

Hello friends…how I cheated ..not cheated hi jacked by Betway..my money 3500 is stuck there and they told me feflect money within 3 to 5 working days.after 10 days I asked to the cus care .same answer and after they closed my account for 6 month.can you emagine about this type of company.
