Don't waste your time – they're quick to take your money and slow to pay it back. They do what they can to screw you. Be it fixing the casino games to MAJORLY benefit the house, or letting bonus cash expire within a few days of getting it. Take your money elsewhere. I'm sure there are some sites that are less rigged than this one.

Until last week it was good experience and me with betway, their was no problem while depositing or withdrawing money but all of a sudden my depositing amount not getting reflect in my account(I made 3 transactions) I contacted customer support, they say contact your bank, back says everything is cleared from our side, nor my money for back, nor my betway account got credited, without depositing we can't play. Now the only way is going for other bet apps, which has use friendly experience

The worst customer support team. Every time we have to contact them for unsolved queries. They won't respond about the status. My deposit was unsuccessful on their end. They told me that I will receive it within 7-14 working days. Today May 22th still I didn't receive it. I have contacted them many times. They asked for my statement, transaction number. They said it will take 3 days to review. I have contacted them after 3 days and they said contact after 48hrs and again I have contacted them after 48hrs. Again they told me to give us some time. We didn't get any feedback for the escalation. Look, how they're being irresponsible. They won't even give you the status of our issue. By contacting them every time I am wasting 1-1.5hrs of waiting time. Such a worst app. I don't know whether I will receive my money or not. But I am warning you guys. Stay away from them.

THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL MY MONEY.

I created an account with betway today and while inputting my user information, the name got filed with my nickname that i usually go by. Rest of the information is the same as my government issued ID. I then try to withdraw my money and I haven't even made any bets yet but it won't ket me. I contacted betway support and provided them with all the documents they needed, an explanation about what happened and even a video recording of me confirming my identity yet they are still saying my identity cannot be confirmed.

This is utter nonsense and they are trying to steal my money!!!!!!!!

This site is rubbish. They have a section with quick links which is ironic because there is absolutely nothing quick about this site making cash out bets and in play bets almost impossible to use. The games site has far too much going on and it's very difficult to find games because the search system isn't great and when you eventually get a list of games it's almost impossible to see what they are called because everything is so small. All in all you spend more time trying to load things up which makes it a crap experience and it automatically fills in your bet slip with a value of money which you can change but I think it should be left blank so the customer can decide how much they want to bet without having to delete all this. The only positive is they are quite good with withdrawal times if you eventually get a bet on and win

Stay well clear absolute scammers had my account for less than a day made a couple of deposits all fine then as soon as made a 3rd deposit they closed my account with my money in it. Emails aren't monitored, phone lines not in use eventually got through via Facebook and they've had to escalate it to get a manual withdrawal authorised! Where do I start. BEWARE. so i was betting using the online casino through dragon/tiger and i won a bet $500 bet on tiger and they deducted my bet amount but did not credit the winnings. I tried to place the same bet after i won only to see" balance too low" . i contacted support repeatedly and they confirmed i won the bet, and their systems showed i had not been paid. the live support told me this happens all the time and my "account would be credited manually within 24 hours". Its been 1.5 weeks with me contacting everyday to hear a new story.

Stay away no point betting your hard earned money, if you do win, you might not even get paid.

worst app. no customer service. scam. Being told right now that its normal for a deposit to take 4 hours. As if people are waiting 4 hours to make a bet. Not sure how frequent this is, I was paying live blackjack. I would bet from 2-50 dollar hands. Winning around 200$. Then when I started to bet bigger. It would start to reject my bets, my bet was still taken without letting me play. This happened around 6-7 times. Taking 200 dollars each time. The screen would say bet rejected, by my money still taken. I spoke to customer support and they gave me a bunch of game ids and said they would return my bets in 24 hours. It’s been over this time period. I feel like I have been robbed by these guys. It’s like my game was sabatoged on purpose. Horrible casino. I'm not going to go into all the details, you can read about them from everyone else. Deposit= no problem, withdraw= good luck. I made a withdrawal and Betway says they paid my account but I have received nothing. So I go to the support option which gives me categories to troubleshoot and this problem isn't an option on there. So I try to live chat and it asks me to pick a category to chat about and when I do it just pops back up the same categories as before and doesn't allow me to live chat at all. I log out and try to get a live chat which shows that I am now waiting to live chat but I wait for hours and never get in touch with anyone at all. I try the phone number which tells me it is no longer active and I email the support account which emails me back that they no longer monitoring any emails form this address. Is this company for real? How are you not allowed to contact anyone after they've taken your money? I've never experienced anything like this. Never been ripped off by any other betting platform.

While I enjoy using betway than bet365 and I also understand everything is automated in Betway and it’s a good move towards long term but there should be an easy method to interact with support agent when we encounter problems. The email support doesn’t respond at all and their chat support takes beyond 50 minutes to connect.
I hope they will look into it and provide necessary support.
