This fraudulent story starts from opening an account referred by my friend, I have not used this app upon registering the account in betway, later fews day I received a phone call from their support team and asked " Why my account was not deposited any funds to play " I replied that I am still not aware of this app and will start playing in 2 or 3 days. One fine day I deposited amount of INR 558**** into this account they have accepted the funds and there is no message shown to verify the account. After once the amount credited and few games played, my account got locked, I became nervous and trying to figure out what went wrong and started checking my mails and followed them in live chat. After some research and follow ups I was asked to inform the convenient time to talk to betway responsible team in order to unlock the account, I have replied with the time and I received a call from them. My account was unlocked immediately upon talking to them, again I started playing and few games passed on the same day I won some money, suddenly there was a yellow tagline appeared on the top of the screen asking to submit the KYC for verification, I am shocked why this is asking KYC after winnings and not earlier while depositing amount and during phone calls twice from them, I thought this should be done immediately and submitted the documents as per their terms. Just after submitting the documents I have been locked again till today after some big winnings in that account. I have followed them for more than 2 weeks and sending e-mail's to all that they provided (support, verify, manager responsible, at betway.com, live chat along with their untrusted phone no's ) of betway company. I double checked myself whether I missed any of their terms and conditions whatever they mentioned in their website or did I breach anything of their terms? Did I do anything illegal or crossed my limits?I suppose did anything wrong? I went to the live chat and clarified with their agent that it is just a lock because my account is under review and their verification team needs to respond without any timeframe or deadlines to check or verify KYC documents.(This review can last infinite and unlimited offer to consumers who wants to play in betway)The entire above story is running since few days by holding my own deposits along with winnings in the account.I am surprised even their money deposits are not accurate, they are missing the payments while transferring to betway account! Scum. Their free daily spins will not always give you the free prizes you win which lead players into accidently using their own money. They then ask for proof that you actually won the prizes and they keep no record of it so you actually have to record the whole thing in advance to have proof. Some of their "bonus" money have a ton of requirements within a short period or they can take it from you and will also take a percentage of your winnings during the period you had their "bonus" money because they say they have the right to do so in their terms and conditions.

No, with whatever experience I had, it did pay me when I chose to withdraw but yes, the process is very slow in comparison to other sites. The only plus I see with this sportsbook is that it allows deposit via credit cards. All other attributes are similar to other top sportsbooks. If you are a football fan than this site is not for you. It is essentially for criketing buffs like me. As I read the reviews here it’s quite clear Betway is being cunning when it comes to withdrawal processes, just like so many other complaints here I’ve made money and had my withdrawal delayed for no apparent reason and unable to contact live chat It’s clear Betway is scamming customers and it’s a shame they are affiliated with so many big brands and resort to low down con tactics they are quick to deposit and take your money but refuse to pay out compared to other casinos like betrivers who pay you in hours or bet365 Betway is a complete scam now take your money elsewhere you would not get paid playing on this site even if u win stay tf away!!!

The site is purposely flawed your automated system processed the withdrawl knowing it will fail... and made me wait days example when i made the first withdrawl it sent a blank e-check even though i dont have payment profile saved for e-check it ruined the whole experience for me...There end goal is stall on payments so you use money to lose it all mind as well play at casino website like stake where deposit and withdrawl is instant. I guess i am not the only one cased on others having stalled payments.

Fraud Fraud in the name of identity re-verification, only if you wins money.I have sent all documents Aadhar,PAN, Electricity bill,6 months bank statement,each time they ask new document, each time they come up with new reason, first they asked aadhaar,next pan, next utility bill,next bank statement, after submitting all, they're saying we need to verify more,i don't have any document other than those,full fraud, please go with some other bookmaker like dafabet or parimatch ,far far better compared to betway.

Originally had an email saying the amount I deposited would be put back in my account but that’s no where to be seen.Avoid this site if you can and use the bigger sites as they clearly don’t like paying out if the other reviews are anything to go by

I've waited over 48 hours What i would suggest is your company have Active Emails That we all can contact to sort these issues instead of trying to go to the Help Section where Your livechat doesn't exist to contact an Agent. Please provide an emai that i can send over the My Bank Reference number, to prove payment was sent, as it doesn't show up in my account as a Deposit.

Free Bet Missing, signed up as per terms and conditions. Placed £30 on an accumulator bet which didn’t win. It said the free bet would be a available within an hour of my qualifying bet settling. Tried to live chat and email but got a bounce back saying email not in use and directed me to same contact us page I had previously been looking at and the live chat is not helpful at all.

I made a deposit on 23rd of April till now not yet received, they are asked to send statement of 7 business working days then again asked to send 3 months statement, after sending statement they are saying to contact bank as they are not received, when I asked in bank they said paid to merchant successfully. Why can't betway verify with transaction ID? Why can't they ask merchant? Betway is trying to cheat.

They take deposits 24/7, I win money for the first time and request withdrawal around 10pm Friday, I begin a live chat yesterday to see where the withdrawal is, as help section states 24 hours for withdrawals. To be told, we DO NOT PROCESS WITHDRAWALS AT WEEKENDS. They take money at anytime but will only pay you back on a business day

This site has stopped all live chat, it’s all bots now. No actual person no phone number no customer services, so you can be scammed non stop and can’t say nothing! I made a winning bet on the horses and Betway decided that the bet was a loss and never paid me out. There is NO way to easily contact support to question the decision. I am right and I am very disappointed with Betway. I would like the bet reviewed and the settlement made. It’s not a lot of money but a winning bet should be honoured by this company

2 days of frustration and still not over. I received a message on my mobile informing me of 15 free spins on Fishin Pots of Gold but after opting in and loading the game the free spins did not load. I tried contacting Betway via live chat but cannot get past the automated response which is no help. I Can not find a telephone number to call and the only email contact I have responds with the following message "You’ve mailed us from an email address that doesn’t match any accounts on our system" which is very strange as that is the email used to send and receive the verification documents? The free spins are only available for 1 more day (today) but with no hope of being able to contact anyone to resolve the issue it looks like my time with Betway has come to an end. I would hate to think what difficulties I would have contacting Betway with a serious issue.
