I have had the worst experience where I transferred monies to my betway account as per their protocol and it’s been nearly a week and my money has not been credited to my betting account where as they claim to credit within 45 mins~ 2 hours. Surprisingly there are no numbers to call for customer support, only a chat which might take you hours to reach one their executives who are utterly clueless and helpless. I have spent hours chatting with 8-9 different helpdesk executives who keep repeating that the banking team is looking into the matter which is now marked high priority. But no resolution till date. No response either to the several emails with all necessary proofs of transaction . Sitting in a different jurisdiction, they feel they can get away with anything without any legal repercussions.

I have been in contact with Betway 4 times through chat and 3 weeks later I still do not have my password to deposit my interact withdrawal. Betway cannot seem to speed this up leading to significant wasted time and effort trying to get my money.

Cant belive I am gonna miss out on 700 quid cause they saying that they can’t send the funds to the card I deposited with. Why are they making it so hard. They want copies of passport and banking details I don’t have time to do. Does this mean I won’t get my money. Gutted

I have been waiting nearly 2weeks for a withdrawal that should’ve only taken 3-5days as per the website withdrawl times they have posted. I chose interact as it is the easiest and quickest method. It’s just my email and it’s how I usually deposit but I haven’t received anything even after sending the required documents. I have spoken to support but they keep telling me 24-36hrs. But nothing changes. Any help would be appreciated. I was hoping to see it before Christmas

I deposited £520 in betway and I won and the remaining amount is £1800. I tried to withdraw the money and my account was blocked for no reason and they are asking for documents which I sent to all of them but I still haven’t received an answer and I think this is a scam even now I have no money to pay rent, stay away from this company

So basically I lost 20 euros at around 3:30PM September 22nd from my bank account but not getting it through to my betway account… Its been more than 2 months since that happened for me to get a reply today from the live support which is mostly made up of automated bots about how there was an error and thats it… Money still no where to be seen. Overall really bad customer support in general and the waiting time for solving problems is way too much. I’d pass this website for any newcomers that are wanting to gamble online.

I won 63700 ruppes on 22 September.the i kept withdrawals, after 2 days my account was locked due silly reason from them . withdrawal stopped.then after 1 month i received gmail regarding withdrawals ,they asked to send bank statement and ownership .i sended it already 5 days completed.when i chatted they are saying it is under review.when the review completed i don’t know .today they are saying you are withdrawals will not come .i have proof they are said in gmail withdrawal are processed.i have each and every proof .

Ive been waiting over a week now for two withdrawals which have been completed. Apparently there is now an issue with my payment method but it is impossible to get through to customer services on live chat as the wait is ridiculous. Wanted to close and delete my account. For some reason (probably in attempt to prevent you from leaving) I could find NO information on how to do this in their automated Help & Support pages.So I went onto the chat and was “apparently” next in line. Over 15min later I was still “next in line”.I believe this is a blatant effort to stop customers from leaving, hence the negative review.I will also be contacting the Gambling Commission as they may well be interested in the companies current behaviour.

Well I believe it’s been 10 days now. Was still waiting until 8am this morning and received an email which was a cancelled transfer ??‍♂️. Seriously don’t understand what’s going on with these guys. I was also told I would receive two emails, one with a code and an actual transfer email. I will never bet here again. I have cancelled the app . Good luck. Why no customer live support. you are suppose to be a big betting company, its impossible dealing with a stupid automated bot assistant. If people have problems and need some live support you dont provide none.No contact phone number too, you will lose many many customers with lack of no live support.

I have deposited Amounts on INR 900, INR 2000 and INR 5000 on 28-Oct-22, 02-Nov-22 and 25-Nov-22 and they are not credited to my betway account. I dropped multiple mails and had number of live chats with support team. They always say only one update that “Banking team is reviewing the details”. This issue is still pending and their support is really really worst. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life.

They don’t honor their withdrawals.Heres my case.I deposited 100 $ on June 26 20222nd deposit 900 $ on June 30th 2022Made a withdrawal request following week .I decided not to wager the funds anymore .It has been over 120 days , zero updates.The last time support contacting me they said “the processor requires the last 4 digits of the SIN/SSN in order to release your withdrawal. ” Which was on Aug 2nd 2022 . I provided that the same day.I contacted their Live Chat over 20 times.I get the same ” This has been escalated , please allow 24-48 hours to receive feedback ” .I wouldn’t recommend this platform if you are planning to withdrawal your funds.They can’t even process a simple transaction under 30 days.Let me remind you, theses weren’t even winnings.These were the funds I deposited into their platform.Over 120 days of nightmare trying to get your 1000$ deposit back.I can’t imagine what kind of nightmare you’d have to endure had it been winnings….

I have become so frustrated with this process and I’m at the point now where I’m feeling mugged off by the support chat, not thier fault by the way as thier service has been good. I have £300 waiting to be returned from the payments team as they can take the funds from my bank account but unable to pay back into it. This is the worst betting company I’ve ever used!I requested a withdrawal of £1000 and have not received my money yet. One to avoid forever!! Warning!!One simple rule to check the credibility of a betting website is by checking how long they take to process your withdrawals and how long they keep your withdrawal option in the pending status with the cancellation enabled. Betway along with a few other third-rated wesites, keeps them open for five days. FIVE DAYS IN 2022 is a massive joke. It also means majority of the bettors will eventually cancel, play with it and never get the withdrawal. These guys know what they are doing. Just waste your time and effort somewhere else. Betway is not worth it.

have you ever seen so many recent negative reviews ,all expressing the same problems !! BETWAY take your deposits and disappear . customer service hides behind ROBOTS ! there seems to be no regulation to protect punters from rouges masquerading as betting sites. your basically trusting Robots ! imagine winning big ? based on what I’m reading I would not trust Betway to pay out without massive delays and frustrating obstructions, it took 8 days to return a £260 deposit .they should. not have taken ! They try to delay your withdrawl amount as much as they can buy saying details are not getting verified while they already refunded to the same account earlier. Everytime I try to speak with agent over chat there is waiting for more than 1 hour and then agent always say to send bank statement but after sending that as well they do not transfer your amount

Be careful. They try to promise you bonus which I never received. Contacting customer service not possible as there is only a robot in the chat even if you ask for a “real person”. Compared with the other big betting companies it’s by far the worst experience ever and the ugliest app I’ve ever seen.

I have deposited over a 1000 dollars with my VISA. I played for few weeks and trying to withdrawal 660 back to VISA. Of course they say my VISA is restricted. Apparently, not when they want the money. I contacted VISA and they stated the card has no restrictions. I was told to update Withdrawal method as next step, of course that isn’t possible. Next step was to have it done manually by BETWAY requiring ID, bank statements, the same stuff I used to verify my account. The site tries to make it as difficult as possible to make any withdrawals, they give you the runaround. Technically it is still a SCAM when they make all these problems purposefully.

I deposited $90 because there was a promotion to match up to $200. It’s been 2 months since I successfully e-transfered them my funds and nothing has come into my account. If I could give no Stars I would I set up my account and received an email saying if I deposit £10 I will receive £10 free to bet with (I used the link in email to deposit my £10). I still have not received this I emailed Betway who do reply and tell me to go on live chat. I have tried to get on live chat but cannot. I emailed them to ask for the live chat link as this is not working for me. I have been emailed with a list of steps to follow which will lead me to the live chat hyperlink (apparently). None of the steps lead me to the link. I have just emailed over screen shots to prove this to them. Dear Betway Team, Forced to put a negative review owing to poor response time from Betway & making me follow up like crazy. I have been interacting with your agents for more than 15 days now. There is a withdrawal of INR 23,000 which was processed by Betway on 4th Nov’22 but I have still not received the funds. I have shared my account statement with you on e-mail twice. You guys respond on e-mails only when I am on Live Chat with your agents & it takes atleast 1 hour for your agent to come online & start the interaction. Hi , i opened up an account and put limits on it , i bet quite small aswell so im not a big gambler. I deposited 10 pounds and tried to bet , they then blocked my account and when i asked fir my money back they said they need to review my account and to allow time .
