Ive been waiting for a password to deposit my money for over a month now. What a scam i was in queue so many times and each time they say we will revert this to our payments team. But still nothing has been sent. They certainly dont take care of their customers

I have only ever used trustpilot twice in my life and both times its for Betway bad experiences…….a withdrawal made on Tuesday at 6pm has still not been processed by them at 9am on Friday morning, reason given…..There isnt one. Look for people like me who bet on horses and sport and just want an easy time and to get their money after they make a withdrawal just use Betfair, Hills or Paddys its just so much less hassle and time out of your life. Before anyone thinks its docs, they are all sent and passed years ago, they have told me twice on livechat no reason…..just use someone else trust me

This company has THE SLOWEST WITHDRAWAL TIMES OF ALL COMPANIES. It takes MORE THAN 2 weeks to get the money to your bank account, which kills the satisfaction of the winning.AVOID AVOID AVOID.I am still waiting for the money they owe me.With Bet365 i get the money in 2 hours. Crashes and they take your bets. Happened twice and they have a “policy” that if you get “disconnected” then they keep your bet. Very convenient for them. Do not trust this app!!

So guys ; lemme be real honest.Honestly ; being a part of betway from the past 7 or 8 months.I now have lost the faith in betway as they came up betraying me.So on 1st Dec ‘ 22 ; i deposited 35000 INR to my betway account.And 15000 INR to my other account; Till Today ie 15 Dec ‘ 22 ; i haven’t recieved a single confrontation from the team.That always ask to allow time to them in order to get a feedback.The guy intentionally blocked my accounts ; and till today i have no clue whether they are gonna return my money or not.So betway is not a trustworthy bookmaker now ; do think twice before getting your money into this.Also ; the customer support is pathetic.They don’t care about the emotions or feelings of the person.All that betway care is about goddam money.So never invest a penny on betway; they are fraudsters.

Apparently they look into your credit history and put deposit amounts on that is ridiculous i work and get paid enough money to decide if i want to spend 50 pounds a month but when i try and deposit i have nothing but mither i need to send a code from my banking account total fuss will never use again and i recommend no one else does shocking site really bad

Your agents are totally unprofessional and your system tried to ignore my issue. I have to wait for so long to take my money back, and I tried to contact with your team so many times. The only answer is waiting or more terrible that they deleted my account when I tried to contact them without announcing. It does make sense. I just have a feeling betway are truly scam. Betway recently raised their minimum withdrawal limit to 5000 in India. This used to be 1000, which was way more feasible for someone that bets low and withdraws low amount. Now it will take forever for people like me to withdraw something from betway and probably waste it here itselfEither way, this was a low move. SHAME that global brands like Betway can exploit consumers and get away with it.

Joined Betway Sunday night lots of games and things to do. I won often ,lost on some games which is expected, i had some small wins and 2 decent wins , I withdraw 5times in last 48hrs and today all my winnings was paid to me. What can I say about Betway.com that hasn’t been said on here already. Their customer support is horrendous, they only offer one form of contact and that is via live chat. No security questions when you contact them on chat, definitely a red flag.Wait for withdrawals with bated breath… It’s been well over a week now since my withdrawal was ‘processed’ but not paid out. No resolutions provided, no escalations to payment, no reasons as to why. The best they can do is tell you to wait. At times I doubt if I’m even talking to a real person. It’s a shame as the site is good but the lack of security and service is appalling. Gambling Commission should definitely look into this company.No private message??

So many issues with the site I am an avid gambler and love using many different sites but considering the withdrawal timeframes and the fact I wasn’t credited my super prize wheel spin Customer service is a joke btw do not put your money into here there’s a good chance you may never get it back so with that in mind if I get my money back I won’t be using the site anymore

My 100000 INR in 2 transactions 50k each are still pending on betway where i have produced all the required documents for my verification.The transaction are now as old as 10th and 11th November Repectively. I trusted betway as a friend recommended but never knew i would be stuck this bad.I have mailed them multiple times and each mail is reverted in a s long as 3-4 days.Now they aremt even considering Police verified documents which are provided to them.I will highly recommend you guys not to play on this site.I have a really big amount stuck with them. On tellong them this amount is huge to me, they even banned my account under responsible gaming. This is a big scandal going on. If i am stuck like this, there would be many struggling with these guys.I am even planning to go through legal waya now.

Really terrible customer support made a bank transfer which never reached my account and have shared the transaction id from my bank and even my bank statement which they will not use and I do not want them to have all of my private information. Terrible company go somewhere else they will not help.

I deposited 5000 money on 6th December still now that money not credited in betway account. Chat representative team will tell that payment team was reviewing your ticket and there now timeframe to resolve the issue. There are big big scammers don’t trap this betway

Scammed me out of $150 and also scammed me on live blackjack, stuck me in a game with bots who hit a 15/17 against a 5 on my 200 bet.. provided proof to betwaysupportdotcom and they want to review further. do not put any money on this site. I played on this site from Canada and using my own money and refusing “Bonus” money i actually won 16KBut after now 4 months of trying to get my winnings they ignore and ignore want this and want that, they want me to prove i own the debit card i used for them to send me my winnings. Might as well make it 1 million to lul users into risking more. This way you’ll ALWAYS be chasing. Now, your money stays stuck till you get to 5000 or you could just stop playing and forsake the money lying in the account.Either way, this was a low move. SHAME that global brands like Betway can exploit consumers and get away with it.

You guys need to figure out your withdrawal system, I’m not waiting 2 weeks because you can’t withdrawal my money into the account I deposited from, then Interac sends me the passwords for the withdrawals after being told to do Interac instead…. BOTH passwords were wrong. Now it’s gonna take a full week to put it back in the betway account and bring it back out . SCAM ALERT! I have been waiting 8 days for my money to be deposited to my account after speaking to about 6 different agents who were of absolutely no help, telling me the same thing with no resolution. The agents are very contradicting. I’m deeply saddened that I have been given the round around when I am suppose to withdraw my money . Why are there restrictions for withdraws and none for deposit ? Even after sending in bank statements and ID they’re still restriction. I’m so exhausted having to go through all of this for my money with no proper resolution or time frame to resolve this matter. I deposited 1000 CAD to Betway Canada account, then they closed my account and don’t give back my money. I haven’t even placed any bets yet. I have emailed once , no response. Live chatted 4 times, every time I need to explain my situation over and over again, always asking for different documents and not trying to help. i have had the worst customer service rep who was literally helpless with my problem, they weren’t listening and offered random solutions not even regarding with my matter, i cant remember the name fully but it was moushabir or along the lines of that. Made 2 withdrawals from Betway on the 24/11/22 one for £150 and one for £50 they was both apparently paid back in to my PayPal account but only received the one for £150 Contacted live support was given a email to send a copy of my PayPal statement showing that it hasn’t been paid emailed the statement off to get a reply that this email address is no longer monitored received no response and still not the missing £50 withdraw with the withdrawal number of 270875815Very unhappy with the service provided and from looking at the reviews on here not the only one how long as a company do you think you can last when all your repeat customers disappear due to problems and bad customer support
