Please read my previous reviews to see the full detail of my experience . Please also note I’m a verified reviewer .PLEASE NOTE- they left a reply on my last review claiming they couldn’t find my account. The same day they replied via RESOLVER quoting their T/Cs to justify their action of closing our account and confiscating £500 of funds. So which is it BETWAY ??- you can’t find my account or you’re throwing around T/Cs about an account you can’t find ???I have now started to escalate my concerns using the complaints intermediary RESOLVER. I laid my concerns out in a considered step by step manner for ease of reply and asked them to explain their actions – NO RESPONSEYou ask me to use your live chat ? – it’s a BOT and YOU HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT so how the hell am I supposed to contact you via the app you utter fools ??? They are happy to use their T/Cs to raid their customers accounts but not so willing to measure their own conduct against those T/Cs BETWAY continue to justify their action using their T/Cs but have been, by their own standards accepting money to top up my account in contravention of their own T/CsA wager is an agreement – if your happy to accept a wager then you should do the decent thing and pay out when you lose. It’s a contract if trust and you have broken that trust !

I won 10k withdrew it, waited 10 days and they said my deposit wasn’t the same as my I’d with it was only thing different was my middle name in my id and not on my bank card. So I waited sent bank statements still nothing and I tried to access my Betway account and it says locked. Worse platform ever almost no customer service

MY DEAR INDIAN BROTHERS, please stay away. Betway gobbled up my INR 50k more than 3 months ago and still doesn’t bother to resolve or return my money despite submitting all documents and information as requested. They make it unvialble to keep chasing them since the only way is to reach them is via email or chat were you have bots giving standard replies. Because of UPI transfer mechanism you won’t have enough data for the banks to help you expressly.

I had one winning weekend during football season and then on the following Monday they began limiting my bets to a $20 maximum! I’ve heard of corporate greed, but this is a whole new level of greed. Would not recommend Betway.

Fraud Betway…please avoid this website….they are looting your money….Deposit and with draw both have problem…..simply they will deduct your money…. please avoide…you can’t contact them…for live chat minimum it will take 10 hour time….if anybody below 10 house can sit infront of system or mobile…

deposited 20 won 60 withdrew 50 site says this money has been paid yet it is not in my bank account tryed to find out why but get no help email address doesnt exist or isnt used when you do find it just an altermated response to confirm they wont read your messag live chat is joke! no real person on it the chat bot doesnt even give options it gives u 1 choice wen u click it it pretty much goes so issue solved and closes what an absolute joke! i have used other sites and no other site takes days to withdraw money many pay winnings with in a few hours!!!! i finally managed to find how to submit a complaint though i remain unconfident that this will get me any where as others have said after this they just cancel your account to stop you contacting them utterly useless

Made a deposit on this site on Friday early hours. The money has been taken from my bank account but they have not added it to my balance. I have emailed and been on chat numerous times and still have not been contacted or funds added. It should not take nearly 7 days for this to be resolved. I have been patient but the lack of communication i have received on this has been dreadful. Something like this should be dealt with as high priority.

I would give betway 0 stars but no option is available hence the 1 star.I have been a betway customer for a number of years,on Friday the 10th at 03.56am I made a deposit for £300 but this did not reflect on my balance,the money had left my bank account.The only option to contact them was to wait for 9am for live chat as there email and phone line is not in use. Live chat advised me that there’s an issue and the money will be credited within 24 hours, 24 hours came and another agent said please send proof of payment,done so and another 24 hours later agent advised the banking team is looking into it,then another 24 hours later was advised our Banking Team is working hard to resolve this.I have contacted everyday since and get told the same thing again and again.My deposit will never be seen by me again,truth is betway is now running a scam site,UK gambling commission don’t really care hence why betway get away with it.Please don’t deposit otherwise you will be next, my account will most likely get closed or suspended judging by past reviews but I will not stop chasing my £300.Please don’t gamble with betway,they will either keep your deposit or delay your withdrawal.Live chat advisers are just robots and to be fair to them it’s not there fault,its the people higher up who are doing all this.Please please avoid.

Can’t get through to a single person on the group chat. Just automated rubbish. PayPal withdrawals don’t take 3 days to process. Money has been confirmed for the release 2 days ago and still nothing in account. Why are betting companies so quick to take your money but take so long so give back AFTER account is already verified.

Signed up to Betway today thought I’d give them a try deposited £60 and I’ve get two pending withdrawals from the horse racing and games totalling £610. I like the lay out, love casino and range of games but the only bad thing about this casino is the withdrawal process. Most casinos do instant withdrawals these days but with Betway it is still 2-5 working days which is behind the times. Overall positive experience.

Please read my previous review to understand why you should not under any circumstances trust this company . No customer services – can’t contact them and when you raise an issue with Resolver they cancel your account . By doing this they prevent you from being able to use the online complaint service or allow you to withdraw your funds. How are they allowed to sponsor West Ham and races at Cheltenham but behave like back street bully boys ?DONOT SIGN UP- they will treat you with utter contempt . For months I’ve been having problems.with Betway, now it has just gotten worse.I love playing the Aviator game but it is so rigged its notnright. When.you are about to win they kick you out, whe. You win and cash out, they don’t give your money they say its “Stage time out”. They also have a big habit of slowing down the system which will say “slow network” which of course only happens as you are about to win.I played for an hour today on Auto Cashout and lost continuously, just as I was about to win, suddenly “Network was jammed” and guess what, my bet didn’t go through. Immediately and I lost the win.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Betway you are a joke. I have my account blocked for more than a month with an amount of $700 and also a $100 that I had deposited in the account but I never received it but my bank sent it. Your Chat is controlled by children or what. Live chat with more than 7 hours of waiting and still no answer your support email is useless because no one answers us in return. At first I thought I was the only one but the reviews say otherwise.

This company offers incredibly poor customer service. It is literally impossible to phone or email them; they insist on using their chat, but the delay is immeasurable. I have twice had the chat on for close to two hours with no response. It is extremely irresponsible, particularly when someone with a gambling disorder would need to self-exclude from the stie.

They received £95 directly from my bank to there’s at 1am Friday morning and I am still without the money in my account. I have spoken to them every single day and get told to wait it is under review. I have proven without doubt that they indeed have received the funds. What they are commiting is fraud on an emmen scale look how many people they are doing this to, they are clearly using other peoples money to pay there massive debts. I urge any one at all to email me with there complaint as I am currently building a case against them with the gambling commission and ombudsman what they are doing is illegal.

Betway terrible customer service, 3h in wait and still nobody to ask to put the lines back up. Most of the time the lines are suspended as soon as an injury update touches the report or just cause the traders are don’t know how to price odds or they don’t want you to get your plays off in an simple parlay. will wait 3 hours for lines to be the same before the were suspended

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. I naively assumed this was a professional company but I’m left feeling like a victim of a scam!I had requested a withdrawal of $500 CAD (I originally deposited $700) and it’s since been 15 days since that request. My withdrawal has been withheld indefinitely with next to zero support. They sent me an email asking to verify my address (funny how they ask that after I’ve used their website, deposited funds, and now requested a withdrawal) – I sent proof of address with a utility bill 9 days ago and since then it’s been radio silence. Any time I contact support they just say they can’t provide me with any other information other than it’s with the operations department.At this point I don’t know whether I’ll ever see my $500. I would strongly suggest to read other reviews of Betway and avoid at all cost.

What happened to Betway? I used to like playing and I’d win some and lose some but always a fair explanation but for the last 4-5 months I’ve not won anything. It really was my favourite site but now it’s just a bunch of thieves. So I will not be playing there again. So a week after making my withdrawal from Betway I still haven’t had a single email from their ‘processing’ team that are ‘reviewing’ my account. I have £3000 sat there waiting for withdrawal but they’ve decided now to close my account without warning. I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a company. They are scam artists and con men. It isn’t difficult to see after reading all of these reviews. I have been to IBAS who have said there is nothing they can do as it’s the casino part of the company, if anyone has ANY useful help for me to take this further I’d really appreciate it. It’s impossible to get them on live chat I’ve sent so many emails with no response. If anything I just want no one else to have to go through this. They are scammers they are thieves.

The Rs 5000 was deducted from my bank account, and went into the Betway.com agent’s account, but even after 10 days the Rs 5000 has not been credited to my Betway account.I sent proof of the Rs 5000 being deducted from my bank account, and its getting credited into the Betway.com agent’s bank account to : support/betway.com ; manager/betway.com ; for which I got automated responses with : Betway Support Reference Number : 0002328574885 ; Customer Complaint Receipt Reference Number : 0002328574884. Betway just took it my money from my bank account but didn’t transfer that to betting account.done twice 50 and 20.i sent them 5 or more times all proves they had my bank statement.and they still not enough for them.you can see all in history on betting site history and my bank statement I didn’t use that money on betting site but you took it from my bank account.please stop to look to your customers like they are stupid.

I use betway often and am extremely disappointed by their customer service. I’ve tried calling them, and the robot prompts me to use the Live Chat which doesn’t work, despite having waited hours in the queue. I deposited 100$ onto my account which was deducted from my bank account, but never appeared on my betway account. It’s been three days now, and still no answer by email, and no trace of where my money went.

I made a deposit at 1am yesterday of £95 and it still has not been deposited. No matter who you speak to they tell you, you have no choice but to wait to hear from them. Completely unacceptable it is either fraud they are commiting or using people’s deposits to pay there bills you only have to see the sheer number of people this happens to to realise something is not right. I was told it would be dealt with within 24 hours, this did not happen. The staff are very rude and in many cases clueless. There is no managers and the staff simply do not care . I would think very strongly before depositing with them as there is a massive chance that they will hide your money until they can pay it back It seems they use your deposit money as a loan.i will be filing a full case against them for them to be investigated any one who would like to put there case forward please feel free to contact me all legal fees will be covered by myself.

Still no satisfaction from betway . I have uploaded my document for fica and they just refuse to accept it. My son is also on betway, no documents are required from him. He can make withdrawals without any proof. How do you explain this? He also have more games on his account. Are discriminating against me????
