My response to their denial of a second bonus I qualified for under their own written rules: “Slow customer service. Convoluted and misleading bonus structure. I’ve been negated two bonuses over the most obscure rules. Bonuses that generally are less then ten dollars. After waiting 10-30 minutes to reach a customer service rep. They are slow and combative with their reply’s. I’ve been sports better for over 20 years and despite really liking Betway a software I will be leaving the site over what any apt CR again could have fixed in an instant Moreover I will be reviewing this site negatively on as many review sites possible. Worst customer service they will take more then 2days to show balance in your Betway even after depositing Never experienced as such customer service Trying to contact from 3days daily we need to wait for 4-5 hrs but they will not connect to us after waiting for so long also at last moment it shows as agents are busy try later should never try this service

Betway live chat service is really bad! Its a shame that such a reputed company, have such a bad service! It nearly takes 5 to 6 hours to get a response on the live chat box and by chance your system goes into sleep mode, all that waiting goes down the drain

My overall experience with Betway has been pretty good for the most part. Lots of sports bets, games, bonuses, etc..ButRan into an issue earlier this week. Placed a $1725 CAN withdrawal on the 5th. 5 days later and nothing. Locked account so I can’t check to see if account needs more for verification or if funds are processing properly.Very worrisome when we’re talking a couple grand and you’re locked out of your account due to “account review”Never had an issue like this before with them, but after reading all these reviews looks like this happens quite a bit. I feel like a lot of these issues would be resolved much much quicker if there was a phone number to call to get the situation sorted. Emailing to get bot responses seems to go no where. With that being said, I was assured today on Live Chat that I will 100% get my money back once the review is complete. I will continue updating as we go along. Dont fall for this scam website. The money gets debited from the bank but does not reflect in betway account. Customer Service is full of scam. I have lost hope of having my 2000 rupees back. Will warn others of this. Will make a youtube video as well so that others are not falling in this trap.

Do not use! Absolute scam of a company. Had absolutely no problem depositing my money and letting me gamble my money but when I won the withdrawal process is an absolute shambles they had to verify my account to withdraw but not to deposit? I’m awaiting a £3000 pay out from 4th March, all correct documents given to them on the 5th, the live chat is even worse, one person will tell you one thing and another something completely different. I’ve complained multiple times heard nothing at all from their so called ‘processing team’ who have been ‘reviewing’ my account for almost a week, I do not for once second think I’ll receive my money but if I can help others to avoid this TERRIBLE site and TERRIBLE service i will do my best, regular user of sky bet and sky bet casinos. Followup to previous review….I posted a review a week and a half ago regarding Betway refusing to process my withdrawal. They emailed me back a generic response saying all the required documents on my end have been received, and the withdrawal would be processed shortly….Nothing has happened.My original withdrawal was on JANUARY 30th. This is over 40 days, with little to no communication. They asked for documents, which I provided, then just went silent. A quick look at other reviews shows this is not an isolated incident. I will be filing a complaint with the gaming commission if this is not resolved in a timely manner.

A star isn’t even deserved for this app. Betway is a scam and they have scammers working for them. I’m convinced it’s run by scammers who work from home. I made a withdrawal and no communication has been made but they communicate to you when you deposit money to play on their casino games. I WANT MY MONEY. Same thing happened to my partner, we’ve put in almost R25 000 on this stupid app and all it does is take take instead of letting us get our rightful winnings. Don’t ever fall for Betway ever again it’s a scam.

Used for a few months for bets and recently used for casino, after one week of using casino my account was restricted so I can now no longer able to place a sports or casino bet or deposit cash (I haven’t tried to withdraw yet). The live chat is non existent as you can only talk to a robot that is no help whatsoever, I’ve also emailed the safer gambling and complaints department but received no replies. It’s worst website. Please don’t play in betway, it’s very pathetic service and live chat if you want to connect you have to wait minimum 8 to hours in middle some times live chat will disconnect, past one week i need to raise a deposit query but still not able to connect concerned person…i transferred my money to betway app but still not reflect in my betway account. if you raise query one mail will get like this. Absolutely rubbish do not waste your time nor money. They should call themselves Jewway or Robway or something similar. Not only do they pay you nothing back, but they give no bonuses, free bets or anything. I’ve put in at least R50k and guess what I have in return. Yip zip. This is my 2nd time posting a negative review of Betway and I have now contacted the Malta Gambling Authority (MGA). Last time I left a negative review, Betway commented saying that they would review my account. It has now been another week and no progress has been made. Betway is withholding my money and refuses to respond to their customer support email. My account has been suspended and I am unable to withdraw my winnings even after supplying all of the necessary documents that were requested. I will be continuing to work with the MGA until we reach a resolution with Betway.

A female from Betway only called me the other day to discuss the reopening of my account. I then receive an email from these S.H.I.T people telling me they have set a deposit limit of £150. And that my account is now open. I deposit £100 only for these S.H.I.T people to close my account. I then receive an email me telling me I have not met the responsible gambling requirements. What the f.u.c.k is all that about? Why did they not tell me this before I deposited. I have now asked for a subject access request. I want all emails to and from, all telephone calls, and I want this information from the past 4 weeks. Fail to provide me with this information within 28 days? Then these S.H.I.T people will be hearing from the information commissioner’s office. I’ve already emailed a claim to ecogra regarding my £100 deposit. Because I know very well that these S.H.I.T people will try and hold on to my money longer than necessary.

Strange company policy I have been using Betway since the summer. Up until this time in January, there was no problem. From this moment on, strange things started to happen. I ordered a cash payment (950e) at the beginning of February. I sent all the documents as they asked, but I did not receive the payment. A week ago, my account was blocked with all the balance. I contacted live chat (the communication is tragic, it took me 3 days to get hold of their live support agent, and email support was not responding), and when I contacted them, they asked me to send another address document and said that my account was blocked because of this. The document has been sent again, but I have not received any response from them, the account is still blocked, and the payment has not been received either. Everything has been going on for a month. It seems that they can no longer be trusted. Be careful when using this company. It looks like the payment of 950 and about 1000 in the balance (total +- 2000) will be stolen by Betway.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are clearly making it difficult to withdraw and optimising cashflow. They have no issue allowing you to deposit but when it comes to withdrawal they will find multiple excuses not to. There communication is diabolical. They don’t respond to emails and the phone number is not active or never answered.They are not interested in customer service just winning or or holding onto your cash. This site is a scam. Please avoid at all costs.

Rediculous site to use, stay clear. Qualified for a promotion that I had opted into. Was notified on the site of the qualification, and was told I would recieve said promotion on the following friday. Never got it, and then was told I hadnt met the requirements by an online agent. But I actually had. Complete scam company only after people making deposits and avoiding paying anything out at all. Use other sites if wanting to play slots believe me. No need to contact me betway, had someone “check my account” already. I know what happened and what your site told me on the day I had passed the first casino reward. But your “check” was just calling me a liar.

I recently won some money and on the 26/02/23 I withdrew £300 via card withdrawal. 6 days later and no response on live chat I’ve had to go to twitter support and they finally responding and gave me an ARN number and to speak to my bank. After only a 5 minute wait on the phone to my bank, they confirmed they can’t track ARN numbers and it’s usually the case if they’ve not paid it. I’m disgusted with the service and I just want the money in my account. Sort this out please.

Withdrew money on 19/2/23 & again on 20/2/23. Betway said my money was paid to my bank but it has not shown on my account. I have visited the bank and they have no sign of transfer. I have contacted betway several times and keep getting told the same thing. It’s an absolute disgrace they are not paying their customers. I have lodged a formal complaint through resolver and will wait to see what happens. I would advise everyone not to use betway

Have been waiting for my winnings for a week now. Says its been paid on my betway account but it is not in my bank account. I keep trying to get in touch with online support but when I get down to “queue no.4” they knock me off and I’m back to the start again. I will never bet with this company again.
