Deposited hundreds on betvictor, never won anything. When you ask for something for free you will get always same answer,, you do not qualify for anything".

They scammed me out of my winnings and my deposit. They claimed I needed to verify my account and changed the requirements everytime I emailed as to what they needed. When they founf out I didn't have any utitlity bills in my name that wa the only verification they requested when previously they stated that a bank statement would suffice. I even begged for any alternatives, i provided them with my bank statement, passport, driving licence and proof of purchase. I have seen many other cases online and I will be pushing to get my money back. I will urge others to stay away or you risk losing your money. I have previously worked for a betting company before and know a badsite when i see one. I had sent them over 8 emails and they didn't bother to read them as they ignored anything I had to say.

Used to be my favourite but now it seems to be policy that on football you see a price , fund your account go to place a bet and suddenly price goes in…it's happening nearly every bet now so I think it's done deliberately….latest showing Leicester to beat man city 7/1… Stick a tenner in account all of a sudden it goes 13/2…happens all the time now so putting me off using…price never changes outwards

Awful awful casino
I joined this casino with a great hope. Sent them my documents and approved them yet they made an excuse not to pay me my winnings around £2k. They said I was self excluded and yet they allowed to open account and deposit a couple of times. This casino is corrupt. Their TC is nonsense. I will write a review Every week from now on to warn people to be VERY VERY CAREFUL when deciding joining these blood suckers.

I have given this an average not worse based on the politeness and good customer skills I received from an advisor called Kayleigh. My account had been closed due to inactivity and the advisor had unlocked this, however to access this I need to send proof of home address and ID. Well if you out going to watch a game of football and hoping to make a bet, you are not likely to be carrying a utility bill and an ID, so you I would technical miss out on the bet. I didn't have this experience with coral in the past, and I understand that businesses need to take extra steps now, however, I personally had just logged into my skybet account on this occasion and made my bets and will probably never bother with bet victor going forward.

I would give this casino absolutely 0 star if I can. They will try everything not to pay you. You send all your documents and even if they are verified they will avoid paying you. I had one of the worst gaming experience with this casino. STAY AWAY. %1000 scam
