Absolutely disgusting dishonest casino. Opted in to a promotion bearing in mind promotions are rare at this casino and they are now saying I didn't opt in when I know full well I did! I honestly can not believe how low a casino can go just to avoid giving a poxy bonus. I've closed my account now, far better sites that treat their customers better and offer rewards.

After having an issue with my account, I contacted the BetVictor online chat team. Together the member of staff Katie and I reset the account and I was able to complete a transaction. All was completed with the minimum of fuss. Well done.

My PayPal account has been used fraudulently by this company. Transactions totalling 100. I have since spoken with paypal who refused my dispute without an explanation given. I explained several times to paypal to provide an explanation how my account Can be accessed by a third party and transactions made to bet victor without my permission but they fail to answer this question raised. I have since raised the query to bet victor and they point blank refused to refund my money. This is theft. Their response was to put the onus back on me as a customer and contact the police. Do the police care about a measly 100 coming from a persons bank account. I do not think so. Do I? Well of course I do and this is why I write this review. Bet victor are scam artists!!!! I have since changed my passwords with paypal but will never have associations with paypal in the future, due to this issue. As regards bet victor, well then should be closed down.

A like the layout of the website and the game available to play. They have offers on regularly, which is always a draw. Sadly, this is all tarnished by the withdrawal/payout process. Its been over a week since I requested a payout and still no money arrived in my bank. Everyday the withdrawal says pending. I have contacted then numerous times and each time they say there was an issue and they have to 'resend' the payout - which takes 2-5 days or 2-6 days which every one they tell you. So each time I wait the 5 or 6 days and nothing - then the process starts again - me contacting them, the adviser saying sorry we had issues, them sending the money - if they ever do send it. Its pathetic!! Its almost as if they do not want to payout!! From a very unsatisfied customer. I would not recommend.

Great odds and great service. Had an issue with a bet query and the help centre was very good to resolve it. App layout could be better as not as simple to browse all bet markets. Still very good though.
