After connecting to an agent took over 10 mins before my question was answered I had to keep typing the agents name to make sure we were still connected.From start to finish the chat session lasted roughly 30 mins (Very Slow) the result of my query’s were dealt with very well.

i have just had my betvictor account closed and my money stolen. i spoke with harriet on chat regarding 4 of my football bets. all but one game on each bet was void as the games got cancelled. i asked for my bets to be cancelled. there was no point in my bets being played out with just one team playing. harriet refused to do this. i said i want a refund. she said you wont be getting any refund. and closed my account. i have now had to get the police involved for theft

The worst website ever.
I was trying to build a big accumulator and it took about 4 hours to add 12 selections.
Pages taking minutes to load each time.
When you look at the inplay list, it can say an event is at half time, when actually it's half way through the second half.
Won't use betvictor again until they revamp the whole site.

Very good Casino. No issues with Deposits or Withdrawals after signing up. Managed to turn £20 free play on table games into £600 cash out after completing the wagering requirement. Played on the slots as well, monies seemed to last a lot longer than most Casinos I play at, ended up being a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely play here again in the future.

Very good company,had some confusion over my gamstop that ended awhile back and for some reason gamstop still popped up, Betvictor closed my account to be on the safe side as we were both not to sure what was going on. I finally sorted it with gamstop and Betvictor reopened my account straight away 🙂 Not only that they also paid me my 5% cash on all losses before my account was frozen, They really are the best safe and fair company. Also before all that happened I hit big wins 1674x on bonanza at £1.40 a 1555x on some fruit game and 1000x on book of dead. I stay very clear of all sites now but not this one. Hope this helps. I wanted x 4 prices to be quoted by their traders as they did not exist on their website (or any other bookmaker that i referred to). I made my request through their chat line and received a great service. I did not have to wait long for my chatline to be answered and their dealers gave me good prices very rapidly and they had to write these out manually given that the scorelines were not quoted on their website. First time round I was told my account was verified and I wouldn’t need to send any more documentation than I had already given waited a couple of days and it still wasn’t open so had to do the live chat again and wait for a while which was a pain. Dealt with Nikki who was apologetic and credited me a 5 pound bet which I was happy with in the end, just frustrating that I had to send in more docs when my account was already opened for a while

Excellent site. I have been gambling 10 years online. I know a great site when I use one. BetVic have their own Roulette now and I am amazed it isn't a lot more popular. Simply due to it being a live experience with only a 0.10p min bet. The options available with a 0.10p min bet per number are great in comparison to the likes of playtech or Evolution gaming. A 50 pound deposit can last 10x longer than with these other providers. In other words, the fun lasts longer and the bets available to place with a lower bankroll are multiplied 5 or 10x.
The withdrawal process is excellent and has seemingly a bad name from years back. It is said to be slower than other sites, but in my experience its been one of the quickest. I did, however, get in touch with chat to request that they remove the Pending period. That might speed it up a little, but even before hand was never over 24 hours pending.
The sports betting is a bigger and better selection than most sites and tye slots available are in the 1,000's.
Add to all this the fact the live support is better than any site, gambling or otherwise, that you'll find online.. and this site will quickly become the most enjoyable, effortless and favorable one to play at.

Very happy with my service on live chat today and the way betvictor have responded to an issue. Made a bet on a basketball game and one of the players that were involved in my bet didn’t play due to illnesss. After 10 minutes they returned my stake so Thankyou betvictor. Total nonsense. Will let you deposit no problem, try and withdraw and they try and make you jump through hoops, all whilst still holding your cash and (probably) earning interest on it.

If you insist on proof of identity, it’s no problem for most legit punters, but do it BEFORE taking any money. Would have though that was blindingly obvious.

Gave two stars as the customer service is quite good.
