I have had to use the online chat a couple of time. On both occasions I have received excellent customer service. My questions were answered promptly, even though one of the errors was my fault, they rectified it no problem. The only down side is the length of time it takes to withdraw to your bank account. If they could speed this up, it would be a major plus.

I have been using BetVictor for the last two months and have only had the need to contact support twice in this period. Let me first say I have used almost all of the big betting names and brands, and have had my fair share of bad experiences with the majority of them. However, BetVictor has been a breath of fresh air. My recent occasion was due to an in-play sports bet I placed which was a 60 pound stake for another goal in a friendly match, the match suddenly ended minutes later (75th') unexpectedly, landing my bet as a loss. I was a little frustrated at first so I tried to contact support about whether or not the bet could be voided as it had no chance of landing with the match being called off early. When I got through to support which was after around 30 seconds, I was connected to Khaddy, who was extremely friendly and personable. I explained to her my issue and she instantly acknowledged with his response that I would like to void the bet, which was indeed what I was after. She then pushed this to her team to find out why the match was called off to see whether I was eligible for the void. After around 10 minutes of waiting and a friendly chat with Khaddy in the meantime, she then explained the policies of voiding bets in the case of a match ending early due to bad weather (which turned out to be my case), she then said due to the inconvenience and chat we had she was able to void the bet as a gesture of good will. I was overjoyed to say the least, but more-so with the fact I am now placing my bets with a company that genuinely values it's customers and will indeed go out of their way to help when needed. I have never experienced this support with another betting company. Excellent. 10/10

Needed a hand reopening my account after inactivity for so long, had no utility bill letters on hand nor government issued letters so I was in a pickle! A lovely lady called Nikki was able to help my account get fully verified in no less than 5 minutes!! Oh and popped a free £5 sports bonus bet on for me to enjoy! I’ve missed using BV and this is why! Brill customer service

I found the welcome bonus good as it encourages play on different platforms other than the usual bingo & slots however, although this bonus is good, I did find the slots very poor in general play & bonus payouts with over £30 in cash & £10 bonus funds lost very quickly.
