Joined Betvictor to take a 100-1 odds on Fury beating Wilder by KO or TKO on Saturday night and wasn’t able to place a bet for that promotion as it wasn’t available on their app or website, wasted around 30 minutes downloading the app, registering and trying to find the damn promotion.

Played one game over 500 and it kicked me out of the game few times and no bonus future, maybe we should ask the developers how much money we should put to trigger the bonus round 1k 5k 10k or it’s endless story. Also not just this casino but others as well play for over 200 spins and the bonus round 11£, gambling it’s not just loosing, it should be fun and enjoyable, but a lot of greedy people out there and will put me off gambling for life.

Hello. I signed up for betvictor three months ago. I completely passed the verification. I made bets and started winning. And yesterday I wanted to withdraw money, but I could not. The support service wrote that I searched for a meal using a plastic card from which country I cannot use. I wrote to support that I didn’t make a deposit using a card. I used only an electronic wallet. they replied that they needed to investigate. and today I get the letter:

Dear Diana,

In response to our recent enquiries regarding your BetVictor account, we would like to advise you that your account with us has been permanently closed following our investigation into your activities on our site.

BetVictor reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time and for any reason, included but not limited to the circumstances set out in Sections 9 and 10 of the Terms and Conditions.

Following our decision:
• No activity shall be permitted (including deposits, withdrawals, betting or gaming)
• No bonuses or contingent winnings will be credited to your Account

BetVictor reserves the right to withhold the funds in your account from you where we suspect you have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement relevant to your activities on our site, including where we suspect the account has been linked with Prohibited or Fraudulent Practices or Dishonest activity.

I asked them why you blocked my account and why you are not returning my money. they didn’t answer anything concrete. They stole my money from their rules. I did not steal this money, I honestly won it. I will become a mother soon. And this money is important for me.

I think that Betvictor needs to change their BOG prices strategy for Horse Racing.
Looking at the trends of Horse Racing, markets open on most evenings before a race meeting and it occurs to me that if BV's ambition is to be a marker leader than you should offer your BOG service the night before like other bookmakers, BET365 & Boylesports being two that I know of.

By far the worst experience ever. Live chat with Tina was absolutely awful.. she ended the chat after myself asking a question about a method of payment. Which has left me to feel quite distressed. A full investigation should be completed on how I was treated, how can you terminate a conversation whilst talking over a delicate subject?

Live chat is the latest way of communication these days.. at least teach staff basic customer service if you want people to spend there money on this site.
