I signed up with a welcome bonus. Didn't get the welcome bonus I signed up for. I didn't realise the didn't credit me with the right amount and betted part of it and now they won't give me what I signed up for. Make sure they haven't cheated you before you make the bonus bets!

Unticked the boxes not to be contacted about offers etc unless via email week later I’m getting phone calls from bet victor about their offers and my account etc. Well the guy who rang me tried to ruin my day but it didn’t work more like he got a piece of my mind and I probably ruined his. Bad company wouldn’t recommend. Don’t follow guidelines

just Few days since I opened the account .. and few of my bets has been restricted.. I don’t get any info … I just bet what I think it will win with market check … sometimes I do a bit bigger bet but shame few of my bets has been restricted but what to do .. I guess this is everywhere except paddy power… still never had any issue of Bets restrictions With them till today

today is March 10 and I still don’t have my money which they said it processed at 8am on Feb 28. I don’t know what is going but every time I contacted them they giving me different information. And I’ve requested for receipts of my withdrawals sent now for more than 10 times they never email me what I want until I spoke to the manager Adam and I got email of the payment but with no date on it. The agent Sam told me that money will be in bank on March 9 but it’s still nothing. What is going on Betvictor ? Not professional at all when doing this to me. Mistake could happen but I need to know the truth. I have to contacted them everyday asking for it. I’m tired of doing this. Very disappointed

Awful clunky navigation. No video streaming. NOT the best odds. Moronic "help" people. Pitiful slection of leagues. Woeful selection of bets available. Website is just awful, like something from 20 years ago. Don't waste your time or money – it's just the very worst of the worst. Don't believe the no doubt paid for 5/5 reviews – it's just very very bad.

It’s very nice Casino. Live Chat very helpful and nice. I love all of them , Megan , Keiron , and Jo … I did some research and I think BetVictor has high reputation that’s why I deposited a good amount of Money in to this Casino. But lately I found out that when I play slot sometimes the game lost connection for no reason and I know this is not because of the internet. I used to play at other scam casinos and I had the same problem. They kicked you out or mess with your connection so you have to start over a gain. Sometimes we play slots for hours just waiting for that moment. With all respect I hope it won’t happen Again in the future. This is gamble it has to be fair for customers and BetVictor is a big Site. I want to be a loyalty customer with a Casino but they always disappointed me. I hope BetVictor is Serious when they talk about Fairness. Plus my Withdrawals since Feb 28 I still don’t have it by now even they said they processed it at 8am Feb 28 🙂 .
