I think the Bet Victor site is well laid out and really functional but there is no rewards for loyalty, no chance to earn free bets not even a few random spins thrown in. So many better value for money sites out there.

Well played £2 a spin on fishin frenzy after losing about £200 eventually got bonus feature got £4 return off 10 spins which is dissapointing to say the least then got the bonus feature again a few spins later thinking right must get a decent return here but oh no I got a big fat £0 off that (sure the fisherman must be in isolation ! ) now to say I was shocked is an understatement this is the reason you play this game to get the bonus feature to get a decent return but it seems it’s what to expect on these scammers don’t care what they say the games are not performing within the gaming rules just happy to take your money and give no chance of actually winning manipulate the figures and as for there bonus’s to customers absolutely pathetic compared to other sites all tied in to competition draws no actual free plays just hope I can help some people from joining this site do yourselves a favour and don’t join these thieves unless you want to donate all your money to them

I opened an account with BetVictor yesterday and deposited £200.I started betting on live darts which is played via webcam by professional dart players.I received an email from BetVictor around teatime today saying that my account was being closed I replied and asked why this was but they never gave me a reason saying only that I could no longer bet on sports events but I could still bet on their online casino.I looked at my account balance and there was £682 in the account so I was showing a profit of £482 after 2 days of my account being opened. As I was not given a reason why they chose to close my account I can only guess and I am guessing is that I was showing a profit. I find this incredible that a leading bookmaker firm can treat their clients in this way.If anyone is thinking of opening an account with BetVictor is to think again. Do you really want to bet with a company like this?If this is not the reason my account was closed I would like someone from BetVictor to give me a reason why you closed my account. Absolutely shocking behavior from BetVictor I would urge anyone not to use this company

Very good site.(when your winning I supposed)
My grandson deposited £40 ended up winning £500 so withdrew it. Payments are processed instantly. It was in his bank the next day.
I signed up after him and deposited £70 and won nothing.
So I suppose it’s the luck of the draw of who wins.

i have cash money in my account they closed my account only because i rightfully opened a complaint and when they noticed they are wrong and they have to pay 4k .
i keep contacting them and quite interesting its always VICKY HO CLAIMS THERE IS NOBODY ABOVE HER !! once she says you asked us to close your account !!!!!
and when i say ok show me where and when i asked you to do so ?
this time they say you spoke to us not in good manner !!! again i say ok show our chat that i used "not in good manner " language ?
they just give me email , their own email and say if you have any complaint email us !!!!!!
up to 20-30-100 they are good if you play with proper money stay miles away .

Well thought I’d give them one last chance played same game deposited £40 played £1.20 stake per spin got 1 return higher than my stake yes a whopping 60p higher (£1.80) played £40 and got £7.20 back that’s a huge 18% rtp
The rtps are getting worse spent a lot of money on this site and the payouts are getting pityful
Come to the conclusion that since covid lockdown they are losing a hell of a lot of revenue from the suspension of all sports betting and are using the slots games to subsidise there losses which is in ethical and begs the question regards randomness? Stay clear of these thieves

Not a big fan of there bonus offer they just complicate you once you receive the bonus and they offer 50 free spins on starburst at a rate of 10per day so basically you will win nothing off the free spins unless your seriously lucky also it's tied to a wager ye 10 spins on starburst at 10p each is tied to a wager lol come on seriously sort your bonus offer out like a 100% match or something

After joining bet victor I got £70 bonus which was great but since that the bonuses on offer are rubbish compared to other sites they don’t reward people who spend a lot like me with real cash bonus or loyalty points that’s my first gripe
When I first joined I won £2000 and withdrew it I then left it a few days payment made no problem but when I went back on to slots it basically robbed me of this money rtps way below % took it all back which is fair enough so continued playing since on my main two games fishin frenzy and eye of horus the returns were pityful (rtp97.12%)to say the least when I did get bonuses on these games got £0 back on numerous occasions i put it down to bad luck and that’s gambling but it just seems such a common theme now just lost £188 this morning playing at £1.20 a spin on only 7 occasions did I get a win above my initial stake worked out my rtp for my cash spent came out at 58%this excludes any returns but including rturns it’s 28% many other times it’s been below 40and even 20% every time I’ve asked to investigate the gameplay all I get is generic reply games tested meet rtp within rules etc
My conclusion is these games are rigged somehow to suit your gameplay in any other industry it would classed as fraud of theft photo snapped my gameplay and shall be sending to gaming commision my advice is if you get a decent win take it and close your account otherwise they’ll rob you blind

I have had nothing but good experiences with betvictor to be honest , your allowed to win. Customer service is always great. I have had a rep named Tina , multiple times and she's been so exceptional. Withdrawals for Canadians are usually an issue , not with betvictor, done in crisp and accurate fashion.lots of markets and sports.

Complaint now 12 days old and still no sign of a resolution. Same standard email responses and still blaming 'third party' supplier of the game.

It wasn't difficult to solve from a customer service perspective and would have cost them less than £11.

Absolutely no idea why this didn't happen, or why they continue to fail to deal with it.

Second review on these thieves. I have played casino websites for over ten years and not witnessed anything like bet victor. The slots I have spent over £3k in the last 2 months and not a single and I mean a single win. Please avoid there are plenty more sites out there which you will enjoy your money with than these complete thieves.

Raised an issue 10 days ago…. despite several emails I just get standard template responses telling me it is an issue with a third party supplier of the game in question.

No attempt to deal with me as the customer or indeed offer me any resolution whatsoever. They just keep trying to fob me off with the "still investigating" line hoping I will just forget about it.

I won't and nor will I be using my account (with a healthy balance) until they deal with it.
