Never seem to have a problem with Betvictor, live chat staff are very helpful, I once misplaced a bet and they voided it for me without hesitation. Withdrawals are prompt too.

I've been betting with betvictor since the days when they were called victor Chandler. When they changed companies, something changed in the company. VC use to have a lot of decent offers for casino and sports alike. A lot of casino bonuses which involved free spins and casino bonuses. Betvictor unfortunately has lost it's way. The casino offers are laughable on the site now. The offers consist of "have a chance of winning cash or bonuses in our tournament. Every £5 gets you a ticket" or "5% of your losses back if you lose (minimum a £1 as a bonus)". There is generally no loyalty incentive involved. New customers get one offer, then you never get another offer like that again. Over Christmas they offered "12 days of new exciting bonuses" but they were the Same bonuses done before but with a Christmas theme. Stake this to get a chance to win this. As someone has done quite a few of those tournaments, you don't win. You also don't hear of the winners either. The sports offers are poor. "Bet £10 in one week and you get a £1 free bet to use on Harry's picks."(sky bet let you choose what sport to put it on) "Best odds on horse racing (which every company does)". No decent bet offers over Cheltenham (best to use PP or betfair or skybet). The customer service also leaves alot to be desired. Very scripted answers. If you explain about free bets or casino bonuses not being added, they quote "from Jan 1st 2019 we do not add bonuses on request". I've been told several times that "I was at fault" when there was a problem. Which unfortunately there were a few. (Not being able to bet In play on Saturday at 3pm was a big one which happened for a few Saturdays on the trot!) Overall not a great site. In a land far far away I once cashed out some money from BetVictors casino (probably about 3 years ago) I am not greedy and will cash out and not chase more however you don’t make anything from this site. I had a funny feeling that I’m light of Covid-19 some casinos would drop there RTP knowing that people would play and from the people I know that play here have said in recent time they have struggled to win anything never mind profit from the website. My advice would be is look elsewhere first, they have little to no perks with the occasional bet X and receive Y and wager it 20x but this is very rare and can it even be classed as a perk? Skyvegas offer A wheel spin for free... William hill offer a prize drop for free... And many other casinos offer you something for free. You will see nothing from BetVictor absolutely zero and that’s coming from someone who’s held off giving my opinion thinking it might get better when in fact it’s almost certainly in the years that I’ve used them 95% poor.
