Was playing monopoly live had no set deposit amount and all of a sudden my account was locked . And i lost out on a huge win what was due !
No telephone number to ring so chatted on web chat which was the only option.
Was told my deposits were exceeded what i normally do and the only option was to set a limit . So did that . But angry i lost out on a huge win.
Slot bonus are rare and when u get one pay outs are nothing about £40 biggest on £1 spins. I must say withdrawels are in quick mine was in my account within hours x

Customer service unacceptably bad, they think THEY are the customer and not you. Do not bet with bertvictor, they've changed so much since the days of victor chandler when they were professional and considerate and commercial, those days are long gone. There are plenty of excellent bookmakers in the industry who want your business and will treat you fairly. BetVictor are not one of them. Avoid at all costs.

Played £340 on same slot game got a return of £60 that’s a rtp of 17.6 % no where near the 97% as advertised now don’t expect to win all the time (which lately seems to be a miracle!) but come on this is way below what anyone would expect they always come back with its luck number generated , within in rules , rigorously tested determined by algorithms well I say b*****ks they are rigged
Since lockdown the payouts are way below so as to subsidise there losses on sports betting so I consider them to be taking advantage of people during this time absolute scumbags
If they played fair and actually gave you a chance of winning I’d give them a high rating but I can’t see it happening how the hell they get away with it is beyond me and for them to have such a high rating is beyond me it would be 1 if they took out all there reviews of “great customer service” which I find suspicious
I am closing account today as I’ve had enough and because of there greed they’ve lost a good customer and my advice is stay clear don’t open an account with them they’ll entice you with £70 bonus but will give you absolutely nothing after that regards FREE bonuses that are not tied into deposit x to qualify for draws ( more chance of winning euro lottery) don’t treat loyal high spending customers with respect by giving some cash back or proper free spins gives no incentive to stick with them compared to other sites hat give you stuff back

I have only used the sportsbook, never tried casino. My experiences with this site are mostly positive. With one issue with bet settlement aside, which was resolved later, never had a problem. Odds are competitive and the site looks clean on both desktop and mobile. Quality of customer service is also decent, although I must admit my interactions with them are minimal. I also want to give props for the fact that they have the decency to look at the reviews here and actually even respond to negative feedback unlike most of their competition.

For some minor criticism, lack of sign-up bonus for international customers was a bit of a bummer for me, considering how many sites offer them. Cash-out also isn't the best, as they always take a small cut if you want to cash out.

Overall though, would recommend, 4/5.

one of the biggest scumbags around guys. Positive reviews are reviews written by employes, please don't try this rubbish. Casino games are terrible, every 500 pound you spend you might get back 50£, big wins do not exist on Betvictor, anything you will play is always next door or almost, just to make sure u get hooked. So guys , Betvictor should be called F u c Kk Victor.

Played again today more fool me ! Never got above what I deposited lost £200 got feature only after losing over £100 which didn’t put me in winning position well below what I’d expect from playing £2 a spin just kept getting pathetic returns nothing big never got bonus feature again
Don’t care what bet victor says the slots do not pay out like they should completely rigged in there favour worst site I’ve ever known for payouts on games stay clear , save your money find another site away from these thieving fraudsters !

Don't even try fellas ,just lost 700£ on slots and surprise surprise, absolutely nothing, for my 700 pound I got 48£ as a biggest win:))), shall I cry, probably. Very suspicious these reviews for bet victor and misleading on there rating
For every bad rating two good ones appear just noticed they had 3 bad reviews and in the space of a few hours 3 five star ratings appear you scroll down the reviews it’s a common practice
This is so as to keep there rating high just shows how dishonest this company is !

Just spoke to Helen on live chat, I had put a bet on and realised afterwards that it was for the wrong day, entirely my mistake, but it was voided and funds returned, with the minimum of fuss. Great job Helen!

I've been a customer with betvictor for years and years and they have been amazing to me. For the most part, they have been pitch perfect and my favorite book to use. However, something happened today that I found quite alarming and weird. I placed a wager on the total of a Basketball game (3rd Quarter) , it was a livebet and usually if there is a point , it will notify of a change and you would need to accept the change for your bet to go through. I was betting over 38.5 at a 1.87 odd as I found some value there. But it for some reason went through at over 41.5 at a 1.47 odd. I know what I'm doing and I would never make that play with that much juice as there is absolutely no point in doing that. I've been a player for years and I am not one to cry when I lose but I was shocked when customer service said there is nothing they could do as I've never really asked for anything in my life before with Victor. I've sent them tons of customers and I found this a little weird today. I still think they are a good website but I may refrain from using their live portal as I was basically stolen 300 dollars from today. Pretty negative experience. Dissapointed

I can understand if this was some type of error in the software or something , I just wish that given the length of time and the betting pattern I follow , that customer care would have been a bit more understanding with the issue , 1.47 makes no sense from a player that only wages 1.80 and up.

I even once told them about a win when it was actually a loss , I shall think twice next time.

I had one bet & it won but took 3 weeks to get my winnings. If you win they want to know your life history before they pay you. Had to threaten to take the matter up with IBAS till they finally payed me. I will never bet with BetVictor again.

I placed a treble on horseracing with this bookmaker. All three selections won. The payout should have been around £15,000, but they sited an obscure rule in their terms and conditions (which actually has no relevance to the bet in question) to cut this back to £5,000.
This bookmaker is probably OK for small bets but I would strongly advise against placing any wagers where you are expecting a big payout if successful, because it seems they strain every sinew to get out of paying!

BetVictor cannot give a reason to closing my account after 2 days. Having said on here that they would review my account they came back and said that my sports account was closed and would not give a reason for this which is all I want. Pathetic a bookmaker who won’t take a bet. Anyone who bets with them ands wins small will be barred. Yes their customer services may be excellent but unfortunately the people running BetVictor are an absolute joke

Easy online site to access … However l am sure you could improve customer satisfaction no end if you returned winnings with immediate effect as do Bet365
rather than wait several days for those funds, after all you take deposits immediately. let me know if you implement that system in the future.
