BetVictor is the worst betting site I have ever used, they don’t respect customers, they restricted my account for no simple reason like that, I just opened my account a week ago and they closed my account. I advise people not to use your platform because it is unacceptable. I contacted the complaints department and they still didn’t solve anything, that’s fraud with people. Same thing with Parimatch they are regulated by BetVictor.

I recently returned to this site having not played in a longggg time. Won a few bits on the bingo , just 10 minutes ago I won £40 on slots and it’s in my account already! ( Says on website approval can take up to 24 hrs) Very impressed , will be back.x

Very poor returns on the slots, certainly do not play like they are completely random. Can go 1000’s of spins without a bonus, even playing a variety of different games. No point trying to make a complaint or speaking to support as you get the same jargon. Clearly red flag accounts and are not legitimate. Also Google definitely shares data across all gambling sites. No way will I be returning to BetVictor. Posted this again as BetVictor flagged my review, clearly hit the nail on the head. How pathetic you are BetVictor

Awful service.I reopened an account I had had for years. After winning a grand total of £89 (and losing £34) after just 3 days they arbitrarily restricted my account. When I asked what the restrictions were, I was told I could not place any more sports bets. No reason given just “decided by trading department” As a sports betting site that doesn’t make them much use to me !Really poor experience.

I signed up with the intention of exploiting their bonuses; I made nearly £700 until I was rumbled and then I closed the account. I care nothing for this company or its employees – I have no concerns for their welfare.

100% NOT a rip off. Won a few times here and the rtp is always decent… Not gash like laddies orMr Green etc. Their sister site is good too parimatch… Had 2 very fast withdrawals 2.5k n 2.1k from each after less than £200 total deposits. Bit dead recently but defo not a rip site. ?

Common cheaters and thieves. When I paid in there was no trouble and I lost. As soon as I won and want to withdraw suddenly thousands of verification documents. I sent photos with ID statement from the bank bill. Nothing helps. They just want to steal. I will report the matter to the supervisory authorities I have all correspondence and screenshots.

Hi allI’d just like to leave a few words of gratitude to BetVictor betting website.I signed up a day ago and I thought I had done everything correct when signing up.I placed a bet to trigger the free bet promo on offer. I checked my account , no free bet awarded, (shock horror).I contacted the live chat facility at BetVictor for a explanation.My contact on the live chat was Christie who was ultra supportive and professional.Apparently I had made an error on registration,But not all was lost as BetVictor honoured my free bets. 10/10

I have had mixed experiences of the core service from most casino sites, including BV, however I wanted to post a review to give credit to Bet Victor’s customer team who have given consistently exceptional service in my experience. Jayce in particular is friendly, helpful and very effective when it comes to resolving issues – today it was a smaller point regarding promotional activities, however during the recent heat related data centre issues and the vast array of downstream system problems that it caused, the BV team were still completely on the ball and managed all queries admirably. This contrasts with some very poor experiences I’ve had with certain competitors’ teams and with so many online gaming outfits to choose from, it’s all too easy to go elsewhere. People tend to get quite emotional regarding money so the contact centres in this industry probably get the worst treatment, which is also why it’s important, perhaps, to take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt? Just my two penneth.Anyway thanks again Jayce and team, now I just need a jackpot, for a happy Friday, haha, I think I will just have to settle for the good service hey…!

Worst site I have used. Signed up, lost a lot of money, tried to withdraw the balance and they’ve ignored and have held on to my remaining funds!I don’t recommend.Communication is no existant. I wonder if they ever reply or process withdrawals?!!AVOID!

For me 0 star but don’t worry. I’m trying so many slot and the winning rate not 95% only 20% or Les. I’m sure they not scam but still you can’t win definitely nothing just Loose your money. I’m spin today about 100 time and clearly pay back 2 time.
