Mostly I lose but when i win it makes me happy to see my withdraw in my bank in less than 24h.few pounds shy of 1000£, no problems at all.It seems all casinos who are not trying to withhold your winnings for no reason must be recognized. Thank you! 5stars.

Very poor returns on the slots, certainly do not play like they are completely random. Can go 1000’s of spins without a bonus, even playing a variety of different games. No point trying to make a complaint or speaking to support as you get the same jargon. Clearly red flag accounts and are not legitimate. Also Google definitely shares data across all gambling sites. No way will I be returning to BetVictor

Great customer experience here. Best odds and short betting delay, fast paid out and so on. I always try different bookmakers and the BetVictor made a very good impression on me. Compare to Bet365 or Betway, BetVictor has a wonderful customer service team, when you raised your concern they always on your side and try to find solutions for you. Cat helps me a lot regarding my proof of paid out, which I have to provide to Immigration for my Visa application. Keep it up!

STAY AWAY!!! I had only been betting on Bet victor for a few days. Great site and great betting options. Sadly too good to be true!! When u join they ask to confirm your identity, passed that and they took my deposit of £100. I wanted to withdraw my £100 of my own money and now they refuse and have closed my account as “NOW” they cannot confirm my identity I have sent passport driving licence NI letter everything. £100 is a lot to me but not to them. They are thieves. Please stay away I can tell I will be in a big fight to get my money back. Don’t take the gamble and choose them. Search it up and there’s more people being scammed. Accounts closed and money being witheld.

Found some nice markets to bet for today and got restricted when I wanted to bet on the Super Cup final after a few hours. The previous bets didn’t even win, and I am very sure that they didn’t lose any money to me over the account lifetime.The response from Gyorgy (customer service) was vague (quoted ‘business decision’) and did not offer any proper explanations to the restriction (he definitely knows that when he replied to me). Really liked the company but now I must find alternatives.. baffled by their ‘business decision’, whatever that means.

After signing up as a new customer & depositing & placing a bet I received no welcoming offers as stated,got a very unhelpful employee on chat stating totally unacctepable waffle about How I could not get a full refund by voiding the bet like any other companies would do..I’ve withdrawn all of my deposit,taken a lower cash out on the bet that I placed.If this is the way bet Victor treat new customers then I suggest you give your chat advisors a good head wobble instead of abrupt unorganised & pathetic excuses that no other company would use.

By far the worst. I’ve played slots for many years and have been a Member of most UK sites and also establishments. This is by far the worst. 1000 spins and no bonus at all. Poor show bet Victor its a no from me I will upload video to youtube soon and you can all compare it to others.
