Absolutely shocking site for slots… Not used this site for a while and thought I’d give it a go again today only to be even more annoyed… Deposited £77 and played on eye of horus the golden tablet… Got the bonus round after spending £56 then in the bonus round I got £10 back hahahahahaha absolute joke of a site… Just take take take so will NOT be using this site ever again…. Limit set!,first off they felt the need to set a limit n my account which automatically sets your ability to win anything substantial to zero ,then seemingly impossible to win any bonus thereafter comes across as fair casino but alas same old greed comes first company?

Rubbish firm that restricts you on all sports if you have a few wins. Shame really as Victor Chandler was an innovator. All they want are virtual game mugs as that is easy safe money for them.They restricted me on all sports and then let me know that my account was still open !! I asked what was the point ?? Did they do a fast-food takeaway delivery service or local taxi service or tv dish repairs as nothing else for me there .. not yet apparently .. hopefully soon as one thing is they have very nice staff

what went wrong thats a laugh . after spending £1820 an never won a penny they ristrickted my account because im on benefits be carefull they are supposed to do checks on your income only after they let you deposit but what they do is leave you in poverty before they do any checks. this is not a responsible gamming company

This site is by far the worst that I have signed up to, I set a deposit limit of £50 a day and not once in a week did I get over my deposit amount, took in excess of 500 spins to get a bonus feature on any slot. This paid maximum of 30x. I would not recommend Betvictor to anyone. I’ve had on average 20,000 spins on dog house and my RTP was 66% even I know this is very low. Save your money or go else where. I predict a fine coming your way Betvictor

Hard to write a negative review on trustpilot that does not breach guidlines as you can not mention how a site/product functions. So keeping it simple betting options are limited compared to other sites and casino is poor value for money.

Cheaters! As soon as you start to win they will claim they cannot pay you “as transactions are rejected by your bank” liars! they know if they keep your money will eventually gamble away all your winnings. its exactly what happened to me I never seen an online casino used this methods. I gambled with those people for over a month and payment was instant to my revolute. then they noticed that start to win too much then withdrawal transactions will not be completed and they claim Revolute is rejecting the transitions which they don’t as I’m getting paid by other casinos and I contacted my bank and they say there is not restrictions or any attempt to transfer money to your account. so I provided an IBAN and they claim the same issue is happening and the withdrawal transactions are rejected by may bank so that you don’t withdraw your money and make a mistake and gamble it all away like I did. this is a really cheap disgusting way of doing business. I will never recommend anyone to gamble here or do business with them really really cheap way.

Worst customer service . If you are winning they will freeze your account with restrictions and ask you for documents and once you send documents you won’t hear back from them for couple weeks and after couple week they will after for other documents. Fraud . They can’t help you verify account over chat and there is no way to get ahold of anyone who can resolved issue for you . Scam alert guys . As soon as I get my money back I am off and moving to Betway .

I had a bet on 12th Oct 22 which should have paid out £19 on the football game between Tottenham and Eintracht Frankfurt. The bet was spurs to win, over 2.5 cards, over 2.5 goals and over 8.5 corners.They did not pay because they said it was only 8 corners, but there was nine, as opta reported and I also counted out myself after re-watching game. Although I pointed out that they were wrong they would not admit it and still refused to pay.Up until this point I thought they were a decent company, did not think they would cheat.

I wrote a glowing review a month or so back regarding the help they gave via live chat when I was having difficulty understanding their new customer free bet options/rules of use, so hard to understand fully. It works like this? So I believe? £5:00 bets x 2 required to qualify for £30:00 free bets £10:00 horse racing £10:00 spins and £10:00 on extended horse Odds. These rules don’t seem to be fully explained when signing up. I thought in all the bet victor rules were some what complicated and confusing! I’ve since cancelled my account with bet victor and created a Bet365 account which find more straightforward and much simpler to understand and use. Thanks again BetVictor maybe try to simplify things for the less experienced punters ?

Pavol from BetVictor support was very helpful and patient with me as he explained the T&C for the welcome bonus.Reason for 3 stars is that the T&C for their bonus is not quite clear, rather than a deposit match bonus the welcome bonus with BetVictor acts more like a free bet bonus. To top it off they also convert your first deposit into the “bonus” section of your wallet, so even bets made with the cash you deposited only pay out winnings and not the original stake.In my opinion this could be more clear, as if you bet on any odds of 1.5 or lower, you’ve actually lost your entire cash deposited already since even if you win the bet, you will have used up your $1000 of “bonus” funds only to receive $500 of “bonus” funds back, which would be counted as the match you received.I would stay away from taking advantage of this promotion.
