I’m surprised after reading people’s reviews. This site is worst than all of them. A clear typical robbing site.football is fixed. Slots took 800 pound on a pound spin without a win. All because I cashed out 100 the day before.So basically if you cash anything out. ( rarity by the way)Every game you play after that will just take off you.They will write back to this review with its all rgn generated. Thats a load of crap.You technically can’t win anything on this site. Not worth your money try another site. Because it’s the worst one. Also when you get threw on live chat they do not even want to know you.I had a football mistake. So I complained. To them. And the cheeky f*** said what do you want us to do about it. And blamed me.I spoke to the manager kieran. Who didn’t even know what day it was.he was clue less and useless. And told me he would refund the bet that was clearly there fault and said it was a gesture off good will and they wouldn’t do it again if it happened in future. Also ended the chat like I’d robbed them with out saying bye.So basically if there wrong they won’t refund u. But there happy letting you put ur money on and waste it threw the shoddy site. Please listen to this review as the rest of these reviews are possibly fake.Me my missus and my brother have all signed up on this site. And all blocked them permanently. Because all 3 of us have neva actualy won a penny. They just Rob u blind. And have realy bad attitude. God helps you if you win. They will argue your winnings. And won’t pay out scruffy robbing tw***..This is truth

I have played with them more than five years,what I realise now they are scammers.I have played a game, I have won the game, Not been paid.Trying to get support from the help centre online chat said Tell me the game you played and I have checked on history nothing was there and they said they can’t help.Maybe I have done this to me many times I didn’t realise.I was only playing with £10 or £20 blackjack,so I don’t really worry about it.think about if you play Big.Really annoying Casino.

So far so good, I have found that they do give you a game for your money and I have hit many bonuses on £1 spins that range from anything to £9 to £283 on King Kong cash, first withdrawal slightly slower then others such as mekhur slots and sky vegas but faster then 888 casino. Still very acceptable- withdrew at 21:15 money back in account 09:16 – 12 hours ….Will update review after some more game play and let’s see if it goes dead now I have a withdrawal. So far £250 in and £200 out but I could have cashed in profit if I wanted too. Thanks BetVictor ??

Betvictor stole my money, almost 1000 pounds with no reason. I won few bets and had there from 400 almost 1000 pounds. After won it was few minutes and my account was closed. On the chat they told me something about closing my account and showed me regulations in which they say that they can steal my money. This is a joke, on every online bookmaker forum I will describe this case and write a complaint wherever possible, do not play there if you do not want to be robbed like me …

An error was noticed where home and away display were in the wrong way round on the BV platform contrary to the live play as proven by screenshots I took at the time. Yet BV refuses to budge and accept their error and withheld my funds and winnings. Such a ridiculous process how they ignored the evidence which proves a fault within their system. I’ve yet to be refunded!

Shocking returns on the slots, can litterally switch of and go dead at a moments notice, I personally don’t think this site provides a random outcome on its casino. It does seem that it’s controlled in some way. I have just logged off and am considering closing my account as I have just spun 1000 spins on the same slot and didn’t receive one bonus round. Is this random, I think not.

very fast at settling your bets and great at taking your deposits but no so great at paying your winnings i have found them to hold your winnings for processing to the next day ie win on a Wednesday transfer that day processing on Thursday hits your bank the following week even though your have faster payments enabled on your funding method. I will be closing my account as i find a company so low does not deserve your custom!

The overround on their book is a massive 157.44%. Compare this to Bet365 who are 123.62% which still isn’t great but they do offer 2 extra places rather than 1 at BV. Best prices will always be found on the Exchanges but don’t waste your money at BetVictor their odds are disgusting! Also note they had my review about their massive overround on the Ayr Gold Cup removed……they don’t like the truth being told.

The wording on their offers is deliberately deceiving. One offer states that when you open a new account and wager 10, you’ll get 100 bonus. Seems clear and easy enough, right? Except in the small print it becomes clear that they have no real intention of ever honouring this promise, because of the conditions imposed on it.First attempt to use live help was terrible. I waited 20 minutes to get talking to someone and then when I stated my problem, waited another 25 minutes with no information coming from the agent. I couldn’t wait anymore and the problem was not dealt with; no follow up, no apology, nothing. The second interaction was a bit better, except it was there that I learned I would not receive the promised bonus despite having wagered more than required amount.As you can see from their reply (below), they didn’t even bother to read my complaint. It’s pretty clear I think, from my complaint, that I had already spoken to Live Help and they suggest I contact them again. It’s all pretence. Pretend offers, pretend customer care, pretend concern. I’ve now moved my rating from 2 stars to 1.
