If you continue to restrict heavily ‘winning accounts’ to a point of offering only pence per wager, you need to MAKE THIS CLEAR in your advertising. To falsely give the impression clients can continue to win beyond a certain limit, in some cases over £2,500 in a one month period is disingenuous in the extreme. The relevant gaming operational reviews of this company have real issues with the Bet Victor business and gaming practices (Bet Victor are one of many gaming companies) that are not addressed in your replies. I accept your administration customer service may be ‘good’ but for a gaming company it is not at all relevant, as your ‘stock’ answers to relevant operational criticisms on here attest. The fact BetVictor is putting such pressure on TrustPilot to take down my reviews if my identity is not revealed make me think there is a concerted effort to manage of the site’s score of 4.4, which is frankly beyond fantasy. I’m ready to make this review’s authenticity as big or as public as Bet Victor would like, if they truly believe their advertising is not misleading.. Let’s go..

If I could give it a zero I would . I know it sounds like a loser review . But it’s not . Why don’t you answer the questions you are asked instead of using a script you have in my case it’s very clear what my gripe is why dint you say we void the bet give you the stake back so even when you think you have win you haven’t if this was done from a shop you would get away with it

Loyal Customer treated badly. Removed Loyalty Club and Spinners Club with no warning. Had those on my account since it started. Spoke to Live Chat who couldn’t care less so I closed account. Absolute thrives!! Deposited £90 and few spins in was told I need to provide a ridiculous amount of personal information which I do not have. I am disabled therefore don’t have a driving licence or passport. Why was this not made clear before I deposited? Then told, too bad you can’t have your money back without the documents I wasn’t made aware I needed. Reporting to gambling comission and trading standards. Not acceptable!!
