The staff and service at Neptune is faultless every time I visit. Will at my local Reading branch has always gone that extra mile to help me with making decisions on purchases and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. It really is my favourite shop.

Paul from the Weybridge store helped us plan our kitchen from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. I knew the look I wanted but he was so helpful in planning the layout and adding all the finishing touches. It was so easy and stress free and the end result is a dream kitchen.

Absolutely worst shocking customer service - Chiswick staff literally cannot be bothered with anything. Lady on her phone at the till when I walked in so not even greeted. Have been several times and have never been approached - I would really like someone in there to sell me a kitchen but they just don’t seem to care. When I have asked for a guide in prices or any info they say you need a consultation - but still no effort to show me any kitchen features just want me out the shop asap. Lovely kitchens but will not be buying from them

I required material for a Roman Blind The assistant was very helpful calculating the required amount and advising on appropriate colour. I'm delighted with the quality.

Neptune is sadly a company out of control. They have a good product in their kitchen cabinetry but is disastrously let down by the fitting and management thereof. There is a chasm between showroom and finished product that leaves all involved, including us as customer, floundering. Beware of opting for dark paint options as this is merely sprayed over the standard light colour. Any wear or chipping is instantly highlighted. It’s a problem Neptune are aware of but fail to address. Proceed with a kitchen order at your own risk. Maybe different parts of the country have better success rates. Certainly not for us in Suffolk. April 26th start date and still going in late September. One saving grace is the lack of resistance to accept fault and attempt to rectify problems.

Love Neptune! The team at the Hare Hatch store are simply brilliant. Helpful, patient and, frankly, kind. The delivery team were amazing. Again patient, thoughtful, caring and kind. And the products are amazing. A very happy customer for a few years now. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I ordered two pendant lights and when they were delivered both were damaged. I reported this to Neptune immediately and 8 working days later I have not even received an acknowledgment to my email. I ordered another light from a different retailer at the same time, one of the glass shades was smashed on arrival, I got a replacement product within 2 days. This is not the service level I would expect from Neptune.

We purchased a kitchen from Neptune from your Holt showroom...after a house fire..we were so impressed with the service..also the lovely items in store that we need to replace..so had no hesitation when ordering other items Lamps and shades wall lights etc.. we haven't had the kitchen installed yet... but we are sure all will be well.

I used the Design service at Chichester with Misha. She’s been completely amazing. For a small initial up front fee, she’s given me loads of ideas. I have mood boards, measurements, ideas. Some I’ve rejected as not to my taste so she’s come up with others. The whole crew is lovely! Thanks Neptune. I can’t wait to get all my stuff :).

Very bad experience with this company. Ordered a light fitting in May 2022. Since then I have received 4 fittings all of which have been damaged and returned. No call from customer service has been received by myself even when their own delivery drivers and show room have said they would send pictures of the damaged fittings to them and request they give me a call. It is now September and I've decided to ask for a refund. Wouldn't recommend this company. Shocking service ?

A beautiful shop with very helpful staff. I bought 2 pendant lights which were too large for my room and needed to exchange for smaller ones which although I couldn’t see them in the brochure within a few minutes they called me back to staff confirm they could get them. No hassle and sorted so quickly by great staff. Thank you.

My paint samples didn’t arrive in time and I’ve had to go to a store to buy them for my builder. Very disappointing. I’ve contacted them to request a refund. Ordered online from Neptune and delivery date they said was by 4th September.

Jane at the Bury St Edmunds store has just finished the final touches to our lounge - it’s absolutely stunning! From start to finish the design process has been wonderful - gently steering us with ideas but really listening to our needs and how we use the space. The result is so clever - making the best of pieces of furniture we already loved and bringing the room together in a way that we could never have achieved. Having somewhere that we all love as a family is really special - thank you Jane and everyone from the Bury St Edmunds store!

First of all I have to say that the kitchen is beautiful and of excellent quality! Patsy at Cheltenham produced a superb design that really reflects the 'Georgian' feel that I was looking for.Negatives: I was advised to get the wrong integrated fridge and cooker hood parts which meant a lot of sending stuff back - thanks John Lewis for your patience especially the day before delivery. Plus the cupboard that was made to fit my microwave/combination oven (that cost me £450) was made too shallow. Of course Neptune offered to buy me a replacement but the only one that would fit was a basic microwave (valued at £100). I did ask if they would make up the value with vouchers or even a discount on something but have heard nothing....so I do feel a bit disgruntled about that!

I brought the Edinburgh Undermount Open Washstand for my family bathroom and had only had it in the room for 2 months when a dark grey stain appeared. I had read the instructions on arrival and the product said the marble had been sealed so I didn’t expect this after 8 weeks. I raised it with Neptune who suggested I brought an expensive aftercare kit and that the stain ‘may fade over time’. I have a lot of marble in the house and understand the need to maintain it but did not expect that a marble top on a bathroom vanity unit would not have been sealed properly before coming to a customer. I love the unit but can’t recommend this product or the after care support.

Very disappointing experience. I am yet to to receive the big order I placed nearly a month ago! I've emailed them asking where my order is but Neptune didn't even accord me the courtesy of responding. There have been no warning or follow up about the delay or what's happened whatsoever! Appalling. Not what I expect from Neptune. Won't bother again!

I spotted a framed print in the Wimbledon shop just ten minutes before closing time. The staff were so kind and efficient. Because it was to be delivered to my home address, they said it might be up to a week to deliver. But it actually arrived - beautifully packaged two days later. Very pleased.

The soap and the hand cream are absolutely wonderful. They smell divine and make your skin really soft. I ordered one of each and they came in a massive box, which I wasn’t happy with, because it took up a tonne of space in the recycling bin. But I asssume that isn’t the normal packaging for only two items.

Love Neptune & my Hanover cordless lamp, but just disappointed that should I have bought it in a store I would have received a beautiful complimentary Bronte candle. And that is outwith my power as my nearest Neptune store is a flight away to Belfast or a 3 hour train ride to Southport

Great quality products but delivery is hit and miss and charges expensive even if spending £100 plus… should be free. Lots of products have long lead times for delivery but quality can’t be disputed… why 4 stars instead of 5.

Product of high quality but the colour did not match or resemble the photo on the web site. Also extremely disappointed in the amount of packaging the product came in. Totally unnecessary and particularly when everyone should be reducing waste. No wonder the cost of packaging was significantly higher than other companies I have used.
