Would have given 5 stars but after waiting over 4 months for the delivery of our table, we preferred to live with the very small bit of damage to the edge of the reconstituted concrete table ……the delivery drivers did ask my wife to check for damage – heavy table that takes 2 people to move.

Having purchased a lot from Neptune on er the years the last 12 months has been horrific. Departments don’t talk to each other – calling in advance to ensure deliveries would happen…i have 5 failed deliveries over the last 9 months…they were amazing on customer service – now it is just horrific. Sad to see.

My order came on time and really well packed.I ordered hand and body wash, and bath salts. They smell divine.I will definitely use Neptune again.Thank you

Absolutely love our Neptune kitchen…the designing of it was great and the finish is really premium. I cannot fault the kitchen fitters. However, the communication from York store was so poor, I didn’t know when workmen were coming to install the next stage, our key contact didn’t return calls until we had phoned about 3times to chase. They easily got confused sending us wrong parts for the cooker and charging us then having to refund it. Our key contact also said she would come when the fitters were there, she didn’t….she also said she would call out once it was implemented to take photos….the kitchen has been in 2 weeks now and I haven’t heard one word from her about this. Really shocking service given the amount of money spent. The management at York store need to look at how they support and train staff as it really is letting them down.

Excellent service from all the team from ordering over the phone to delivery. A really pleasant experience topped off with a very kind member of the delivery team removing a huge spider from my hallway!

Bought garden furniture and it was great. Whilst delivery was delayed because of COVID it was worth waiting for.There was a problem with some but Neptune sorted it immediately without any problem.Staff both in the office and delivery men were polite and courteous and a pleasure to do business with.Would recommend.

I bought the beautiful eggshell paint to paint my interior doors and woodwork , it’s so lovely to work with , it glides on when painting and the tin seems to go on forever , definitely worth the money , delivery was super quick too , 5 ⭐️

You delivered a King size bed with the wrong sized slats on 18th August. Despite me telephoning you on the numbers you gave me (no reply) and emailing you(no reply) three times, I have yet to hear from you when you intend to deliver the replacement slats. You have even been chased up by the Winchester branch and still no response. Shoddy service!

We went to the Bury St Edmunds store. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The actual shop was amazing, lots of examples and inspirational ideas. We have used the egg shell paint to renovate furniture. We needed to add water as we painted whilst it was quite hot. We were very pleased with the results and highly recommend the paint for renovating wooden furniture.

As long as one does not have a timescale then the furniture is good. I have furnished my whole home over past eighteen months. There have been broken lights and split cushions. All have been replaced without question. I am now waiting for a Long Island sofa which is being replaced. Told delivery early September but now December !If it is not in stock do not purchase. They offer dates to get an order but cannot meet those dates. I have been getting same excuses for twelve months.Shop was excellent but Head Office a disaster.

We purchased two chairs and a bed frame. The staff at Reading were extremely helpful and the lady we dealt with was great in giving us suggestions and options. The whole transaction went smoothly and our furniture arrived five days later. The delivery guys were polite and again very helpful. Neptune is a beautiful shop and their service makes it an enjoyable experience. Thank you again Neptune.

I spoke to the online chat & asked for a call back. Within 1/2 hour a lovely lady called Karin rang me. She confirmed that they had what I needed in stock. Great. Even better, it arrived within 2 days!! Brilliant service expertly dealt with. Thank you very much Karin

Good quality items but quite expensive. 1* given because of a very poor customer service that in no way matches your expectations after making an expensive purchase. I made an order that is to be delivered in 4 batches across 5 months and I was charged for everything straight away rather than on delivered items.When wanted to return part of already delivered items, i submitted an online request as instructed. When still not having a return label after two days, I had to chase twice making phone calls and wait so someone can create a label for me.Now, I can see that for last 5 days the other part of my order is available online but still not despatched to me. I sent an email asking why and if would this be faster if I make a new order and cancel the existing one. No reply after sending two e mails already.I am going to cancel the entire remaining order as I do not want to deal with such a poor customer service. Shocking experience!

Neptune were due to deliver on Tuesday in a 3 hour window. Nothing arrived and no contact whatsoever. Emailed today to say short of staff but presumably those working had a telephone?? Today Wednesday and the same happened again. Rang Natalie our contact at distribution but receptionist said there was no one available to take the call. Just how bad can it get!! Sent an email late afternoon but still no reply and no idea where our table is. Totally unreliable company. Very upset and very annoyed.

We went into the Winchester store to order a care kit for our Arundel table, ended up buying 2 hurricane lanterns in the sale then said we needed a touch up pot for our Havana Lloyd Loom chairs and they very kindly gave us an eggshell and emulsion tester pot for free. Great service and lovely products.

I work for neptune swindon and must say its the best company I have worked for love the products I’ve worked as a drivers mate and its a great feeling unboxing the customers furniture and putting it in place for the customer to enjoy I have brought Neptune products myself and every peice is fantastic im now working within the warehouse and still get to meet very nice customers through the outlet

Fast and efficient from ordering to delivery. Our delivery men (we think from Swindon) were brilliant! Very friendly and professional. Very small part missing which was sorted out on the spot and delivered to us by post within days. Very impressive, thank you! We love the bistro chairs which look great in our conservatory.

We had a new kitchen fitted by Neptune and had excellent service throughout. The kitchen designer (Patsy) was very impressive and I chose Neptune because of the ideas she suggested. Kitchen fitter (Carl) was brilliant with great attention to detail and he really went above and beyond. Everything was overseen by John, the Project Manager, who kept in touch throughout the whole process. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen.

We bought a dining table and chairs, but after delivery we noticed a small splinter on one of the leaves. We emailed the store manager at Bath who responded very quickly telling us that the customer care team would be in touch. The next day they telephoned and arranged a date to deliver a replacement table. No questions asked, no attempt to fudge the issue, no discussion needed. Excellent service from all involved at Neptune.

I placed an order online instead of going into store like I usually do but when my order arrived it was the wrong item so I called customer services who were so professional on how they they dealt with my query I really can’t fault them in anyway at all, they absolutely deserve a 5* rating

Every order recently arrives either damaged or with pieces missing or both and then you have to wait weeks whilst they correct it. The delivery team were unhelpful, surly and arrogant.Showroom staff are lovely but let down by the quality of anything that needs painting as there is zero quality control in their paint shop. The delivery team reluctantly painted a damaged chair and left ink paint on a newly decorated windowsill when they put the lid down.

We have bought full kitchen units, garden furniture and lately King size bed. Neptune offer delivery and installation service. The Neptune employees are always polite and considerate, clean and respectful of your property. Very happy for their quality products and services. You paid a little extras and it is worth it. Highly recommended.
