Beautiful products. Excellent service by knowledgeable staff. Was shocked to hear delivery charge is £100 even if you live next door. Decided not to order instore so went on line for free delivery.If we all go on line your beautiful shops will not survive. Waiver the delivery fee or loose customers.Delivery by the way was on time and by 2 charming helpful young men.

I visited and originally tried to place my order for 2 sofas at Neptune at Holloways but the sales consultant didn’t check availability or show any interest even though I said I wanted them before Christmas – I was advised delivery would be in January. In frustration I phoned Neptune Edgbaston and the person I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful, she immediately checked availability, advised the sofas were in stock and I could have them within 2 weeks – she was professional and provided amazing customer service.

Laura Munslow in the customer experience team went above and beyond to help me return gift sheets for the correct size – entirely outside of their normal processes. I have been buying the Albertine sheets for years and they are divinely soft, with a little touch of design through the ribbon trim. Thank you Laura!

My lovely new Henley kitchen is now complete. The Neptune team were great to work with and I am thrilled with the outcome. The space was challenging but the designer was determined to find a solution for me. You need to be aware that you will need to arrange and co-ordinate the various trades around their fitter which can be challenging and an additional cost to the project.

I would like to express my thanks to Neptune for advising, desjgning and delivering a beautiful garden room for me. The minute I entered the store at Tonbridge I loved everything on display from the table mats to the extendable tables and chairs. I then spoke with Emily Gordon, Home Designer, who explained the services provided by Neptune and I was hooked. Discussions started, a home visit arranged with a final design of colours, lighting and furniture agreed. Updates from Emily kept me informed of the order progress with a delivery date in September. Emily was on site and took charge to ensure everything went where it should be and accessorised the garden room. When Emily was away from the office, Georgia Hall was available to provide me with any questions or updates requested.I cannot fault Neptune’s services, professionalism and their high-quality furniture and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I was trying to find a selection of props to dress my sitting room and new Neptune coffee table and the ladies at Neptune were so helpful and tried out different ideas with me! I ended up buying a lot then and even came back later to buy more! They were very kind and made sure I had a great shopping experience!

The service that my wife and I received from Bryony at Neptune, York two weeks ago was excellent. Although a relatively new employee her depth of knowledge about items for sale was exceptional. We made multiple purchases, including a Manhattan console table, choices were made from different ranges and each time she was able to answer every question accurately without needing to look up a single fact. In addition, she was friendly, cheerful and a joy to talk to. We look forward to our next visit to Neptune, York. I would like to nominate her as the Neptune employee of the month!!

Super helpful & responsive staff, delightful environment, and v. chuffed with our new wall lights. Always a pleasure to see how the store’s décor changes from season to season. Joanna, the manager, went above and beyond when we asked a specific question about landscaping materials surrounding the Knutsford location; and Julie was kind when my husband felt a little unwell during a recent visit. We’ll be back.

Has to be one of the best stores in the network, again this time as always welcoming smile and introduction offer of refreshments and light hearted banter whilst my wife wandered and viewed the many wonderful displays and we both enthused over the new seasons colour, Constable Green which was duly purchased for my office. Jessica and Jo as ever made us feel very welcome and valued as customers as do the whole team there.

We paid and ordered a bespoke double wardrobe and waited 12 weeks for delivery.The wardrobe was built by polite and skilled workmen . However, the wardrobe was not only two different colours but had notches cut out of it, and had an appearance that it had been used or damaged. In fact the two young men thought it was an outlet product! I’m awaiting the wardrobe I had ordered.Such a disappointment .

We have bought quite a bit of furniture recently at Neptune Colchester, and we like to have the experience and honestly of Charlene. She totally understands our style and we both trust her 100%. What has been delivered so far looks great in our home, can’t wait for the sofa and dining furniture to arrive now. We will certainly be back for her advice soon. We received very helpful and attentive service as we have come to experience as normal at the Winchester store. We visited the store to see the Everhot mini stove and select a colour before placing an order. The team provided the samples and allowed us to take the colour we ordered home to check it was a good match. We purchased a wicker tray and the team checked the size would fit for our Henley coffee table. As we left before our order confirmation was printed (my error) this was posted to us by Ella.

We had our hearts set on a dream Neptune kitchen ever since we first laid eyes on them. Having seen the quality of other kitchens out there, we knew we couldn’t settle for less but we used to think a Neptune kitchen would be out of reach or out of place in our little semi-detached home. To our delight, the cost was actually incredibly fair considering the quality and outstanding craftsmanship. It is well worth the extra investment – Neptune kitchens are build to last.We finally took the plunge while adding a new extension to our home, opting for the Suffolk range in our kitchen and utility. Our designer, James, was the most helpful person throughout. He held numerous video calls with us, understood exactly what we wanted from our space, and put together a very well considered layout (also taking into account things we never would have), and dealing with our many questions. In addition to James, everyone else we have ever dealt with at Neptune – from the delivery drivers to to kitchen installer – have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and wonderful to speak to.We are so happy with our kitchen and utility. The new spaces already feel like they have changed our lives.

the kitchen cabinet is absolutely beautiful and excellent quality. the designer and staff, kitchen fitter and delivery are very caring and helpful. they shared useful ideas to enhance my kitchen. I would like to say something for delivery, the packaging is not easy fir delivery team to move but they are very careful and professional. thanks a lot.

My kitchen is nice however do not go for dark paint options. Any wear or chipping is instantly highlighted terribly. I would expect a lot more for the price.

I am very impressed with the Neptune team, from early conversations about the replacement kitchen, to get the requirements and design planned, all the way through to implementation. Excellent – the items arrived in well packed boxes. The planters are very attractive and make the plants look great. The neptune English fig hand and bath soap is lovely. The glass bottle and pump are of good quality that can be re-used well. Thank you!

We bought a pair of Neptune Montague bar stools. Great build quality and beautiful but I failed to follow my rule that you need to try anything you sit or lie on before you buy – function before fashion. The back of the stool is very uncomfortable digging into your back. So much for relaxing by my breakfast bar.A beautiful expensive folly – not sure they are fit for purpose.

This was our first visit to Neptune – Knutsford and it was an exceptional experience of their products, customer service and advice given.It followed placing an online order with Neptune in August and we were keen to see their products in real time and so we set out to visit their amazing store.Presentation of the product is simply terrific at Knutsford. The Store provides a real sense of the design, quality, thought and detail of what they provide.The staff (Julie and Stevie) were so knowledgeable, warm in their customer service, and helpful when it came to uncertainty in mixing and matching colours and materials.We simply couldn’t fault our experience and the service we received!

9/10/22 table delivered ,two men were polite and courteous,however disappointed to find upon assembly completion dent in top of table.assured this would be addressed asap. Lady from your company tried to get us to accept table at a discount (felt she was waiting for us to suggest a price) said no thanks wanted replacement.table came 23/10/22 this time no problem hooray!!

I absolutely love the basket and liner that I bought from Neptune – the only disappointment was how much packaging the product was sent in Everything was all recyclable however it would be better not to have it at all.
